    the subject says it… im 20 now… been having erection problems since i was…. 16 ish. since then ive just been dealing with it, instead of trying to fix it. sounds ridiculous, but since that age, losing weight was priority over my ed problem… but now that im in good shape, this problems has risen big time. so now im trying to look back at when it started, and try to figure out what went wrong, and how i can fix this.

    looking back right now, it seems like theres a nice list of possible causes.

    1.) ripped fuel extreme – fat loss supplement i was taking regularly at the time. probably went through about 6 bottles of it, taking it at recommended dosage. ive read online at random places that this has led to ED.

    2.) over excersizing – possible. i was playing a couple hours of basketball everyday, consistently. i would notice alot less blood flow and reduced erection quality after playing basketball, lasting for hours, or until the next day.

    3.) over masturbation – might be the big one. a couple factors here… first i was masturbating way too much at the time…. i think it was at its worst when I was masturbating and finishing when i WASNT FULLY HARD. i read about this being a problem, but need some more info….

    4.) porn – when i first started watching, all it took was a naked picture of a women. then a couple pics. then an added dude. lesbians then became cool. then i had to be watching a vid, pics wouldnt do IT anymore…. u see where im going with this…. next thing u know, i got this fetish for MILFS, and it seems that regular girls my age turn me on ALOT LESS than a milf would. so i think porn as also fucked with my head. thinkin back, at one time i was trying to stop myself from masturbating while looking at milf porn, but thats all i wanted to look at…. so it was a wierd situation, one that could ahve been THE reason for this… but i dunno

    5.) penis enlargment – i tried this out for a while…. i was mostly only jelqing for a while… not very long…. others did it without alot of problem tho so im not sure if its from this, specially with the other possibilities.

    thats when it started. since then, ive been using 25-50 mg of viagra prior to sex, which does the trick. ive also tried cialis, also worked.

    herbals: tried tribulus and zma first, for a while it did the trick, my libido was back up, but then the effects wore away after like a month.

    tried maca, didnt notice anything.

    about me: 20 yo, good shape, good looking, i easily get good lookin girls, and i even got a couple booty calls accessible and wanting it, and i would like to give it to them, but id rather not take viagra first, and also low libido. this also ties back in with number 4 on the list.

    recovery: once the erection problems got to their worst, i stopped masturbating for moonnthhss…. then after that i never went back to overmasturbation, ive only been doing it once every couple weeks…. which i also consider to be NOT enough… but it seems like i dont even want to anymore..

    one possibility which explains why this hasnt fixed on its own since it happedn years ago is me being in the gym alot. even after this problem started, ive been in the gym consistantly 5-7x a WEEK every single week of every year… lifting, basketball…. getting sore/tired constistantly…. might have had a big impact of my body not recovering if you ask me…

    i wish i would have looked into this sooner. i recently got some blood work done (results below). looks like my liver and kidneys possibly have some issues… but im not sure. i also plan on going to a urologist soon but maybe i might find something interesting on here….

    regarding the reasons for your ED over-masturbation is one certain thing for sure and it looks like you were stressing your body with exercise rather harshly.

    a year ago i was on the atkins diet(all protein and fat, no carbs)… since then ive been eating a higher protein/lower carb based diet. alot of read meat, chicken, vegetables, fruits, some bread. also a couple basic bodybuilding supplements such as whey protein and creatine.

    it sounds that your diet is pretty good. perhaps throw eggs/fish oil/Vitamin C into the mix as well. how much protein do you consume?

    I would also ease up on the training. no need to train everyday of the week and over-stress your body. If you’re lifting weights twice per week is plenty. I would also look into meditation and massage.

    taking that ripped fuel extreme shit with ephedrine isn’t going to help your adrenals

    lay off that crap and maybe try some reset ad, since your into the bodybuilding world, supposed to be good for adrenals.. i got some bottles coming my way asap as well

    yes lay off the porn, as soon as you feel a bit better start socializing instead of porn

    take up some stuff like dance lessons (hot chicks there also milfs )

    3x a week should be enough.. legs 1 , chest/shoulders/triceps 2, back/biceps 3

    even if possible reduce the high weight and start training at higher volume with more reps lower weights, see how you feel

    go on the way you feel i dont recommend high weight workouts to ed sufferers

    it seems your thyroid is a bit sluggish, although not to bad.

    its best to test FREE T3, FREE T4, Body temp. ( after you been up 3 hours, take first temp, then 3 hours later another temp, then 3 more hours then another temp. add 3 temps divide by 3, your average temp should be 98.6.

    get the “ONE” test done from genova diagnostics. get your doctor to call and order this one.

    i think ive layed off all the big things that i felt led to my erection problems… and its been a long time now….and its still not going away…. my workouts now are alot less than they used to be. i was only running so much when i was trying to lose weight, which was a while back. now i only lift weights and do light cardio 3-4x a week, but nothing that would negatively effect me anymore.

    no more bad supplements like ripped fuel, stopped that over a year ago…. no more porn… when i FIRST stopped, i still had an urge to go look at some Milf porn, but now even that urge has totally gone away, and now i dont even waanna look at porn anymore. recently when i did look at it, i kept losing my focus… crazy.

    and i dont masterbate anymore either. whenever i feel its time to get off ill usually have a girl handle that… but even in that situation ill take 25mg viagra first….

    its random… rarely ill get pretty hard but itll go down quick… if im with a girl itll get about 70 percent hard but not enough to get inside with… but also a regular girl doesnt turn me on as much… i think this is part of the problem….

This means your body is too weak right now to get an erection by just seeing say a hot young woman. In the end of the day, this all comes down to the fact that you’re sexually exhausted or getting there.

    ugh…. my insurance is makin it a pain in the ass for me to go see a urologist…. so that might take a while longer….

    in the meantime…. ive been taking some steps towards healing…. i think what MACHINE just said is right on with what im feeling… the other porn IS more exotic and my body is just too weak atm.

    i think if i keep excersize to 2-3 days a week of weightlifting only, or even less if i can manage staying in shape, and while at the gym nothing too strenuous, along with a more balanced diet, itll give my body a chance to heal its self.

    the whole past week i havent been to the gym, and isntead ive just let my body rest physically. i cant even rememebr the last time i went a whole week, and i can tell my body needed the rest.

    thats how i plan to fix my physical problem…

    as far as psychological…. i think what i can do is start looking at milf porn to start it up…. get it fully hard… then just go off and imagine something HEALTHY for the rest of my session and try and finish off while thinkign about that only…. and see maybe if i can get my body to reprogram itself….

    i went to the doctor today… told him everything… he said that there really isnt a cure for this, and thinks viagra would be the solution. he is doing some testing tho, and i have to call him back to let him know about the different tests you guys recommended i also take, (btw, any updates on anything else i should test?)

    and when i asked him about a specialist of any kind (urologist) is said no… its not needed…???

    and referred a sex counselor of some sort for me

    i think the prob is both physical/mental now.

    porn messed up mentally what turns me on/off in a way, which im now slightly startin to fix through …. avoiding porn/tryin to change my own excitment triggers kinda

    physically through over-exercising, doin stupid stuff, ect, which i gotta take it easy on.
