Hey guys. Recently a homeopathic doctor has offered to help me with my problems. He says he understands how i am suffering. Do you think i should go for his treatment? There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program hereSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:16 pm #4603
well what did you told him , and what did he offered?
if you have an alternatives..then assess his offer just not to wate money
if you have no choice except him , then give it a shot all the luckSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:17 pm #4606
shell, he told me he understood how my weakness was due to masturbation and he also told me that 6 months of his treatment will help me…he came forward on his own. anyways as homeopathic doctors agree that masturbation is harmful in excess he might be good.
MOREOVER HE IS NOT EXPENSIVE. HIS CONSULTATION FEE IS 300 RUPEES A MONTH. THATS EQUAL TO 5 DOLLARS A MONTH. THATS CHEAP.
its not as if i can go on hrt now, so might as well try it. ANYWAYS IT WILL TAKE ME TIME TO GET MONEY FOR THE TESTING SO I THINK I SHUOLD TRY IT.
WHAT DO YOU SAY SHELL?September 14, 2013 at 8:20 pm #4610
anyone who reads this PLEASE REPLY……..SHOULD I GO WITH THIS TREATMENT AS IT WILL TAKE ME ATLEAST 2 MONTHS TO COLLECT MONEY FOR TESTING?????
ALL COMMENTS WELCOME…U TELL ME I AM A DICK EVEN THEN ITS OK, BUT JUST TELL ME WHAT U THINKSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:22 pm #4612
if u cant do any tests in the mean time, so it will be an advantage to follow with him and see if he can offer some tips rather than doing nothing for 2 months
so the answer is yes , youll spend 10 dollars with this guy
and i wont think that it will affect your budget of blood test, ist?
this is my opinion, and in the end its your Call to take the decisionSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:23 pm #4614
shell is correct
if you can do NOTHING or take SOME testing with a doctor’s help that’s always better than hanging around on this forum and hoping something will happen
you need to take action, try this and if it works great, if not move on and find another doctor and do all the suggested testing on hereSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:24 pm #4616
I’m suprised and are suggesting you should do this.
Sure, if you could get alternative treatment whilst you wait that is a good thing, but you want to at least go for alternative treatment that hasn’t been thoroughly debunked for decades.
Homeopathic medicine is extremely diluted, to the point where none of the active molecules from the original substance exist. Their remedies are water and are as effective as a placebo.
The idea that water maintains a memory is refuted by the laws of chemistry and physics. There is a complete lack of scientific evidence supporting its efficacy.September 14, 2013 at 8:25 pm #4618
action is always better than doing nothing
doing nothing is a step backwards
instead of constantly asking questions about what to do on this forum, he might actually go out of the house and try and tackle his problem
he might find out that it’s complete bogus (which it probably is) but at least he tried something and learned a lesson
which is find a good doc and do good testing
so this may be the necessary step for him to evolve
remember we try things and they don’t work.. some people just aren’t ready to go on to the next level and are fine where they are.. they might need some gentle push in whatever direction
movement = energy
sitting still = going backwardsSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:25 pm #4620
Action is better than nothing, but knowledge is nothing when you don’t apply it.
Using a quack doctor with no hope of helping him with water remedies is not taking action. Advising someone to see an astrologist isn’t going to help, either.
The action you take must be rooted in reality otherwise it is a waste of time. Time he could better use doing something constructive.
He plans on having proper tests done in 2 months. If he wants something useful to do in the meantime he can maintain a healthy lifestyle and a positive outlook and save his money wisely until then.
You acknowledge that it’s “probably bogus”, which it most certainly is, and he is asking for advice on whether he should do it. If you know it is ineffective you’d be doing him a disservice by recommending he give his money away in the name of taking action.September 14, 2013 at 8:26 pm #4622
i do respect your Opinion
iam a person who believes that there is more than one way to solve this problem , so if i red about HRT , diet , yoga , sleeping , herbs and supplement ,massage or cupping iam more open into getting new ideas…this is an aspect of how i think.
i believe that he would benefit and feed his thoughts with what this doctor shall provide, from my reading Indians and Chinese stick alot into herbs and diet which can be beneficial , there is a probability that this doctor can help him by providing a local herb or what so ever that can improve his body performance and ability to interpret with this issue
not to mention that Rushil is capable to pay him his fees since he mentioned that its cheap , so i cant see anything that hinders him fom not going into this doctorSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:27 pm #4623
I am, too. I didn’t actually go to a doctor to treat myself.
As you know, diet, yoga, sleeping, herbs/supplements, massage are not merely answers to alleviate sexual exhaustion, but help in a person’s overall wellbeing regardless. The difference being that these things have mountains of evidence supporting them, too.
I have spent a lot of time, like yourself, looking into these various fields, even before I suffered with SE and I’m not someone to write something off without understanding it.
I can see where you’re coming from, and Indian and Chinese herbs and diet are particularly helpful – but a homeopathic doctor is not the same as a naturopathic doctor, and the herbs this doc would recommend would not even be 1 molecule in a vial of water. The placebo effect people get from this is due to the endorphins released whilst the person is primed during their consultation. If someone’s condition worsens it is because “the remedy has that effect before it improves the person” – and if the person buys that and thinks they’re getting better more feel-good endorphins are released.
Rushil may very well afford the consultation, but that isn’t my point (Besides, his “medicine” will bring additional costs, too.).
You’ve mentioned several effective alternatives in your post which we know will help him. Why waste the time and money on this “doc”, when he could look into Chinese herbs, Indian herbs, yoga, supplements, acupuncture etc?September 14, 2013 at 8:28 pm #4624
OK guys not going for the treatment. read yesterday about how homeopathy works and to be true being a student of science, i think it wont help…Rather save my money.
But i wanna ask one thing. the only person on this forum who tried hoemopathy was . how is he now? anyone in touchSeptember 14, 2013 at 8:29 pm #4625
the doctor may over him some herbs, tips.
but nothing is certain, and he may fool around so it worth a try to c things
in bought cases if he went to him or not , he will hit a possibility and if it was a failure
he will eliminate it.
he left around 2007 or early 2008
