    Hi guys

In regards to my latest labwork im about to place an order online. Need some suggestions on the best absorbable forms and cheapest prices and where to buy cheapest.

This is what i was thinking of:

B12 sublingual (to get higher on my labs)

B6 P5P form (to bring prolactin down to low, best form i believe)

    Vit D Biotics Research drops

Selenium (need some info what’s the best form)

All my minerals are low, good absorbable product wanted, recommendations (zinc, mag, selenium, calcium everything is low)

Perhaps ZMA haven’t used long time, or ZMK although expensive, to get deep sleep benefits

    Thanks for thinking along guys!

    Additional info required:

Whilst I have access to viagra and cialis, id love to hear people who had success with icarrin (high extract preferably) and their sources for it.

Im looking for something which is not hard on the liver and adrenal glands like viagra, cialis or aspire (which ive run out of). Yohimbe or yohimbine is out of the question since this is too hard on the adrenals.

I realize high dose Icariin has same effect as a PDE-5 inhibitor, but I need something natural which doesn’t have these big effects on me.

I need this until i get my situation sorted out which can still take a while from now on.

    Thanks in advance.

    P.S.

Does anyone know the best bio available selenium?

I found a liquid selenium, which is different from selenemethionine. Any good??

    #14711

    Darron

    B12

    Methylcobamalin vs Cyanocobamalin

Which is better? Is there much difference?

P.S. I found mixed B12, B6 and folic acid lozenges in one, my folic acid is low as well, might take this one.

Se-methylselenocysteine (SeMC) is the best source of selenium to use. The only high potency iicarin (50%) I’ve seen was in a product called RPM sold on nutraplanet. maybe you can contact the manufacturers and see if 50% iicarin can be supplied. Methylcobalamin is the better absorbed form of B-12 and B-12 lozenges are a good way to go.

you might want to try zinc lozenges as well. I use opti L-zinc and magnesium bisglycinate (Carlson’s chelated magnesium)

    what does selenium do?

ok i thought so my self, good reviews on this one

selenomethionine shouldn’t be that bad either, but i got the advice on another forum that the brand you mentioned is the best one, so ill go with that one

RPM yeah i read some stuff on it some time ago, don’t know if that’s a proprietary blend.. i heard to get a 50 mg viagra type of effect you should have at least 500 mg pure icarriin which equates to a gram of icariin, perhaps im gonna buy the bulk powder on 1fast400 or nutraplanet

ill go with the methylcobamalin, i read the cyanocobamalin still has to be processed by the liver somewhat and i want to avoid that (the cyano part), ill get them with added folic acid as well

on another forum i got this advice on zinc lozenges:

Zinc lozengers are not bioavialbable due to need to be bounded by picolate if trytophan is low

tryptophan and serotonin will probably be low for me since t3 is also low (t3 equates to serotonin)

zinc picolinate would be the best form, although i really am in dubio on zma vs zinc picolinate + B6 p5p, probably will buy zma for the sleep function and P5P in high dose to suppress prolactin and fuel dopamine and serotonin production

magnesium bysglycinate, is this the best absorbable form?

    what about a calcium recommendation?

    thx for all the info!

selenium aids in conversion of t4 to t3 hormone

i got a guy from another forum who had same situation as me

low test, high t4 low t3, low thyroid

since adding hydrocortisone, dhea, pregnenolone and selenium he felt better

but his t3 didn’t go up

so he added armour to get t4 and t3 up, and with this his test levels went up

same as me, he had low estradiol levels

to up estradiol levels his dhea usage was not enough, so finally he is using propecia, which converts his upped testosterone to estradiol instead of dht

    cool beans

but selenium should assist the thyroid conversion process

zma is good but the results you get will vary depending on the product. zinc picolinate is a good choice and so is opti-L-zinc. Magnesium has various forms. glycinate is well absorbed with no gastric distress and Magnesium citrate is a cheap option. but it might exert a laxative effect if taken in high dosages so you might need to experiment with that one.

so if the vitamin B6 doesnt have P5P, it doesnt suppress prolactin?

    #14720

    Eldon

so if the vitamin B6 doesnt have P5P, it doesnt suppress prolactin?

Incorrect at dosages from 200-600 mg per day they can be effective.

P5P is the co enzyme form, meaning its directly available and bypasses the liver.

Also P5P seems to be 5x stronger than regular B6 (pyridoxine HCL).

So theoretically 50 mg P5P twice a day should keep prolactin low and is cheap enough to try until my next bloodtest.

    Placed an order:

Bio D Mulsion forte by biotics research

    NOW ZMA

    Source Naturals P5P

    Dr Christophers Quick Colon #1 / #2

Superior Source 5000 mcg Methyl B12, B6 and Folic Acid 800 mcg

    Selenium i still have here.

Hopefully this will up my levels a bit.

    #14723

    Cornelius

is one of those a multivitamin?

    #14724

    Brooks

    nope

    #14725

    Kelley

I just started using biotics research emulsified vitamin D drops…as i was told they are the best to get levels up.

    #14726

    Efren

    i got that from HAN

apparently this is a better absorbed form

looking at my test results i got some intestinal absorption issues going on as well, that’s why i ordered dr christophers colon cleanse formula to sweep the whole bitch out

    is it working so far?

    #14727

    Moses

i think i need to get a colon cleanser as well…shouldn’t high fiber techincally do the same thing like oatmeal? I have pains in the colon tho so maybe i should try something more powerful as well.

    #14728

    Hans

I thought oatmeal would do the same but it did not turn out to be the case. a single strain probiotic and my colon cleanser recepie: psyllium husk, herbal tabs and activated charcoal did wonders for me.

    #14729

    Isiah

    nope

    my mom has SERIOUS constipation

im talking not going one whole week!

so she got metamucil from the doc

yeah like this is gonna help sjees

i told her it won’t work, and guess what, when she tried it it didn’t work

it’s based on upping water usage to expand the psyllium husk/fiber and then it will sweep it out

basically you need a cleanser which gets it out en masse, then you can use more fiber to get it really clean

i bought these products from dr christopher because he invented them before dr schulze did and it is cheaper, although exact same formula

the formula #1 has many ingredients and functions as a laxative and cleanser, while formula #2 contains psyllium and activated charcoal and what not to do more thorough cleansing

hopefully this will get my colon functioning better and liver as well, so i can more easily absorb nutrients and dismiss toxins

    #14730

    Theo

won’t eating healthy, exercise, and taking appropriate supplements clean the colon without a colon cleanser supplement? I was told by the guy im seeing if i have colon problems to try oxycleanse but have yet to try it yet. I guess i might try tho for the sake of trying.

    #14731

    Jc

in theory it should, practice could be different

over the years as you might know from my log i have tried countless substances to heal myself and not one did a complete cure of me

now im taking hydrocortisone and have normal blood pressure and normal body temperature, nothing could accomplish this

apparently from my blood tests my intestinal system isn’t so good either, so i believe firmly we have to supercharge where needed the most with hardcore stuff and rest can come from regular diet, exercise etc..

    just my 2 cents

i think gut microflora plays quite a significant part in colon health. is right about the pysllium. I don’t use it without the herbal tabs which provide the scrubble and bubble effect. i also believe allergies worsen the issue.

    #14733

    Gil

i take a probiotic everday before sleep so i don’t wake up with candida…If i miss a dose i usually get candida the next morning on my tongue but if i take the supplement my tongue is always clean of yeast…I take a potent one from solgar with over a billion good bacteria…I also have a chronic pain condition which probably increases bad bacteria…but yea i think probiotics are also essential for colon health…I get pains in the colon when taking many supplements at once and it feels like shit leaks out…i wonder if that can be either a clogged colon or just a shitty liver…I am taking ativan everyday to deal with nerve issues of the trigeminal i wonder if that is messing my liver up badly and hence i am not absorbing shit either. That also messes up the nervous system i am told…On spectracell I am vitamin E, D, and B-5 deficient. Everything else i was fine but those are major issues which show non absorbtion issues which i am taking a super enzyme for wih cholic acid..I am also iron deficient so i have a long ways to go in just correcting those atm.

    #14734

    Erik

i believe allergies dont worsen the issue, i think they are a consequence of bad adrenal glands -> and thus bad liver function -> much histamine

    #14735

    Benito

depends i think adrenal fatigue people in general should take anything which bypasses the liver

i also have high bilirubin value and some other values indicating sluggish liver functioning, no doubt consequence of my colon health

b5 is pantothenic acid good for allergies, also in reset ad

yeah im querying around on forums asking about greens/fruit supplements with high ORAC value, these are from nature without additives and should provide many essential vitamins in natures own best absorbable form, perhaps megadosing a few months on these supplements could correct deficiencies

it’s the same as the meyer’s cocktail where nutrietns are injected into a vein, but then based on a greens supplement approach

i also read something about transdermal glutathione for the liver, instead of injections which my doctor can also give.. i believe the injections are pricy and do not know if the glutathione transdermal is effective at all, although probably better absorbed than pills

To increase glutathione values i suggest you get a high quality brand of lipoic acid R-isomer form

    [MOD EDIT: URL Removed]

I bought the 1 kg one from them its from genova labs very high quality pure shit….i think it can deplete iron as well so monitor levels.

and just keep taking your whey protein. As well as NAC and milk thistle do good job with that which i was taking for a while…My glutathione on spectracell was actually pretty high and I was taking ativan for over a year now straight which is supposed to deplete ..Its strange b/c its supposed to deplete glutathione as well as the other drugs i took prior when i didn’t know what the hell was going on…I’m still virtually impotent tho as a result of what i believe to be dopamine insufficiency and chronic pain…I have to explore more test and get my values more optimized through the doctor im seeing which is the same one max is seeing… I am slightly hypothyroid i was told but vitamin E and iron may help to correct it…Also my adrenals need to be tested to figure out what else which is why i take 3 raw eggs every day and 2 protein shakes daily with some biotin.

the best green product i have come across and use almost everday is

    [MOD EDIT: URL Removed]

Its freeze dried organic shit…WHen i first started taking it my semen became more normal and i had a more normal orgasm but i wasn’t consistent enough…It contains tons of phytoestrogens and imo is kinda like DIM plus and has things that increase T …Its definitely the most potent thing i have come across as well as maca root. There is another drink they make i may want to try later but this is all organic so its the best bet. My liver is too weak to handle DIM anyway especially since i am taking benzos daily…Im trying my best in cardio to make things work better but ultimately i’m gonna need more testing and maybe some sort of HRT to kickstart things temporarily into action.

the field of greens is cheaper at iherb or vitamin shop its about 37 bucks…the r lipoic acid is cheapest from the site above but in the 1kg form i recommend which may or may not be listed…It might be 150 bucks or so i forget.

Thx for the info man. I will research the stuff you listed.

Good on getting with that doctor and good luck with HAN. Keep me posted from while to while.

Ok so the P5P form of vitamin b6 is important to lower prolactin and keep it low and to increase serotonin. You said 100mg a day. How much vitamin b5 to lower and keep histamine levels low?

    #14739

    Hai

    Yep, yep.

I dunno, i feel an effect on two times 500 mg of B5.

    #14740

    Yep, yep.

I dunno, i feel an effect on two times 500 mg of B5.So any less than that has no effect?

Where you findin this info because i’m hearing the opposite about B6 and i never heard of vitamin B5 effectin histamine

    whoohoo
