Hey guys, long time since I’ve been here. I was wondering if adrenal exhaustion can cause testicular atrophy? Or is the LH/FSH hormones the only thing that affects testicular size?

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

NO i dont think adrenal fatigue can cause testicular problems.. Maybe just LH/FSH problems

all the hormones are connected in some way though

Iv never read about that being a symptom of AF, but I really think it is related in some way. I believe I am suffering from adrenal fatigue (not 100% sure tho), and i have been experiencing testicular atrophy. All my symptoms arose from a very long stress full time that really screwed me up and my testicles decreased in size along with other symptoms.

Its a system, if something goes wrong….a chain of wrong things happens

similar to what a hypothyroid illness do:

    it leads to high sugar

    low testosterone

    adrenal fatigue

    and many annoying factors…

It really depends on the person biochemistry and what pathways are affected. Any thing is possible with hormones as adrenal issue > thyroid > decrease LH out put in some males

my LH output is normal. So what you’re saying is that LH and FSH are the only things that affect testicle size

You might want to get your Prolactin checked. Iv had some testicular shrinkage which i thought was from adrenal fatigue, got some blood work done and my prolactin was pretty high..even tho i had abstained for over a week. High prolactin can shrink yo nuts!

is this 100% true? because my prolactin is consistently high.

adrenal fatigue does not cause it directly

Stress causes the alteratoin in the HPTA that eventually leads to adrenal, thyroid and sex hormones issues. The secret is to find the source of the stress remove it and support the systems till it has been resolved.
