so I did a hair analysis which showed

    Im in exhaustion stage

    adrenal burnout

low zinc, low sodium / potassium

    body is cannibalizing body proteins

    impaired liver and kidneys

    fast oxidation

    cant tolerate sugars or carbs

    protein synthesis sucks

the doctor told me to eat vegetables , fats and oils, because of my fast oxidation.

my body is a big soft mess. it feels as if all my muscle and bone mass has deteoriated. 3 years and still dealing with this

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

Nutritional Balancing will be a great start for you. Adrenal fatigue its a very important part of the puzzle for most. The adrenal miracle mix its also a great idea, look it up. Good luck.

yea thats what my doctor field is in nutritional balancing got him from Dr. Wilson site. I forgot to mention my selenium is low as well. I wish I would have focused on hair analysis instead of the hormone side for 2 and half years wouldnt be in debt now.

    Is it Adrenal Fatigue? Probably.

If you’re a frequent masturbator I would stop right now! I’ve read articles that have said that every time you ejaculate your body loses nutrients because there is nutrients in sperm.

From what I’ve read when your penis gets hard that is when your body levels of epinephrine increases. It also increases dopamine and norepinephrine levels as well.

I think masturbation has a lot of side effects and I have made a personal choice to stay away from it because instant gratification is not worth a lifetime of heartache.

I agree but my penis / flaccid hang is not hard its just super small of what it used to be.

what are your current symptoms ? I could/can manage majority of symptoms im dealing with but the flaccid penis one is really bothering me if it would just stop.

first thing upon wakening two glasses of lukewarm water with some lime juice squeezed in it -> helps bowel movement to come

eat some water dense fruits -> oranges, prunes, kiwis to fill you up and maybe one banana if you can handle the sugar

add in a vegetable protein shake -> hemp/pea/brown rice

follow up with 1-3 tbsp olive oil -> calories, good for bowel, anti oxidants, wash this down with some orange juice

also one cup of coffee with 1 tbsp coconut oil

if you like 1 tbsp of cod liver oil for the omega3s

during morning say 10.30-11.00 -> more watery fruits, oranges, apples, prunes whatever

lunch -> make a nice hummus or lentil spread with herbs, buy from a can, rinse well, blend up with herbs/spices, put this on some self made chickpea flour pancakes.. add in vegetable protein shake, and take another nice olive oil shot 1-3 tbsp, and coffee with 1 tbsp coconut oil

now time for bowel movement #2 after lunch -> might be slightly olive oil covered but doesn’t matter, all the fruits help loosen up everything in your stomach/gut for easy exit -> feel clean as a whistle inside and have more energy

later on afternoon -> finish up the lentil spread or hummus on one of your pancakes

at this time you have enough fibre, protein, healthy fruits and bowel improving lentils/chickpeas inside to stay full until dinner

workout -> just pushups, walking on a stairmaster (leg workout awesome for erections), and some assisted pullups -> small complete body workout with no taxing weights but still enough to make you strong enough for sex and detoxification

during workout -> you can have some simple sugars to fuel yourself, couple bananas, bunch of figs (bowel)

dinner -> bitter green salad (good for hydrochloric acid) with avocado and olive oil dressing, nuts (zinc) or brazil nuts (selenium) with maybe some seaweed added in (iodine)

small amount of fatty fish for the protein

at this time you have supplied a good amount of nutrients, your bowel is fine and superclean, the bowel is not pressing on the prostate and bladder and you should be able to have good erections because bloodflow is improved, you got in the healthy fats, you feel stable during the day due to good proteins and fats, you have your nutrients for thyroid (iodine/zinc/selenium) and enough vitamin c for adrenals (oranges, kiwis etc)

you should be fine now, only problem is keeping up such a lifestyle

remember easily digestible proteins (if you can’t handle meat/fish buy vegetable protein powder), good amount of low glycemic fruits during the day for the bowel, good fillers during afternoon, great amount of healthy fats for lubrication, veggies also included and avocado for higher calories, don’t forget any water or coconut water to keep you hydrated

shell, I do agree it takes time and patience I was working today at work and my muscles were getting weak and etc . I felt like I didnt know what to do to make it through work I went to the store and brought some sea salt added it on my lunch . I dont think it was placebo but it relaxed my body I wasnt so tight and winded up.

so Im gonna put sea salt on my daily foods that need seasoning and follow the nutritional balancing . today showed me that my body can heal it just needs the right stuff

I think you’re weak muscles have something to do with your masturbation, but that’s just my theory. You need to follow a proper diet and eliminate masturbation.

If you don’t feel better after following my advice, then by all means you can go back to your regular normal routine.

I think healing is not going to happen over night and it will probably take awhile to recover.

    is right. He’s very knowledgeable.

this is a general outline on how to eat better for better bowel movements and health

so yes this can help SE or adrenal fatigue

sea salt contains more minerals than the refined salt, thus its more healthier.

I would recommend you to look into your Magnesium levels, its also one of the basic minerals…if it wasn’t tested then it should be recommended for the next check up.

Pimp food regime is a master piece, i follow a similar diet .

thanks! can you give me your a sample of your daily menu, i know it differs of course but a general outline?

sea salt is good shit, you can toss this in your morning lime water too.. salt water will also help flush your bowel

the reason for lentils is they are a good alternative to get your (not super complete) protein.. instead of harder to digest beef for example, AND they also contain a lot of magnesium and folate which is also necessary for a lot of stuff… combined with rice you get a decent amino acid profile

the magnesium in the lentils helps your bowels of course, and also might have a calming effect so you can toss out your magnesium supplements as well

you can combine it with liver, or bacon if you’d like to get some more saturated fats in and toss some green bitter type herbs on it with a bunch of olive oil… lentils precooked from a glass container this al whips up pretty quickly

    Quote:

Well i dont eat alot, but 2 meals a day is essential to keep my weight

in general my breakfast would be

Oat meal , eggs 2-3 ( boiled, scrubbled, etc), wheat meal, 2 fruits apples or peaches, ~250ml milk (almond, goat,… but not cow) protein shake (isolate whey), sesame butter..etc

I use a wholemeal brown bread. (2-3 slices at most)

    For launch:

Brown rice (1.5-2 scoops which gives around 55-70 g of carbs , i dont exceed it) a piece of meat whether it was fish-chicken-red meat..and sometimes just sea mussels.

a bowl of boiled steamed vegetables.

    dinner:

    nothing

but sometimes i take a 1-2 cup of yogurt or 2-3 pieces of fruits/ vegetables.. i do go bed with light stomach to avoid bloating and discomfort.

Mainly my diet is low in carbs and more restricted, my snacks are almost monitored to avoid high spikes of blood glucose.

2-4 tablespoon of fat , sesameolivecoconut.
