    anyone know any good forms of meditation to help calm and relax. im looking for something to help me remain peaceful especially to help sleep. starting this weekend im gonna go on an abstinence streak for 8-12 weeks and see how im doing. ill record it on the site.

    mediation, meditation and medication are entirely different things. I guess excessive masturbation makes people dyslexic and incoherent as well.



    Play with the breath. Feel your body breathing. Find pleasurable spots. Tip of the nose, forehead, heart, stomach, rib cage, lungs, spine and pelvis are all good places to begin with. Just turn inwards. Have no reaction to arising thoughts, just get back to feeling your body when you find yourself distracted. Breathe calmly and evenly. Try not to control your breathing. Relax whole body.
