    I have noticed that every time I ongoingly drink tea blood flow reduces substantially causing erection problems. When I’m off tea for a few days the blood flow comes back.

    I suppose a lot of recovery is common sense really. Avoid stimulants, sugary foods, sweets, alchohol , sugary drinks have a lot of caffeine etc. Instead drink water, veg, whole foods and so on. Avoid stress and negative emotions. I suppose this will serve as a foundation for healing.

    I don’t think my caffeine finding is exclusive to me, its common sense really as with the other things i mentioned. 1 tea a week won’t be bad, but 5-6 a day like me will.[/b]
