    Hi guys,

    I haven’t logged on in a while because I wanted to be absolutely sure that I was recovered. As of right now, I can say to you that I am ‘basically’ recovered because I have definitely cleared some important hurdles. I feel better than I’ve ever felt, except maybe when I was in high school, and have more energy than I used to.

    Well, you can look up my prior posts, where I describe my whole situation, but I’ll summarize quickly here. I masturbated way too much my freshman year in college and quickly became sexually exhausted, although I didn’t know what it was at the time. Eight years later, after a lot of personal suffering, bouts of depression, and hours in front of my laptop researching possible treatments, I stumbled upon something completely new. Up until that point, I had tried fasting, Chinese herbal remedies, special diets, various cleanses and detoxification programs and even considered flying to China for a ‘revolutionary’ treatment being offered there.

    The ‘completely new’ element is my current naturopathic doctor, who I’ve been seeing now for six months. He’s actually a practitioner in something called, ‘nutritional response testing.’ In this form of treatment, the doctor ‘scans’ your body for nutritional deficiencies by utilizing the body’s electrical signals. For example, if there is a ‘block’ in your body, he’s able to tell because your arm goes weak when he pushes on it, as opposed to locking after the first two inches. This is because the body can’t focus on two stimuli at once, the first one being the doctor physically touching a particular organ on your body and the second one being the involuntary locking mechanism of your arm. It’s really fascinating and I’ve found it to compliment everything I’ve learned prior about my body through the research I’ve done.

    According to my doctor, the reason I’ve been feeling ‘sexually exhausted’ with symptoms of ‘chronic fatigue’ is partly because of a hormone deficiency. My body has not be able to function properly, synthesizing the proper hormones and neurotransmitters and this has had a negative effect on my well-being. But here’s the difference; we already knew that. What I’ve learned from my doctor is that the hormone deficiency is only a symptom. The source of the problem is 1) heavy metal toxicity and 2) nutritional deficiency.

    He says that everyone nowadays, due to environmental toxins and conventionally grown, nutritionally deficient, pesticide-laden food, has various nutritional deficiencies and an abnormal and unnatural amount of heavy metals in the body, which accounts for the increase in cancer rates and autism. In fact, autism, he says, is a direct result of thimerosol, a mercury-containing preservative in vaccines. From generation to generation, these metals have a cumulative effect. They are being passed on in the prostates of men, and in the breast milk of mothers. I’ve been a skeptic for a long time, but this stuff is real. I also have a personal belief that jets have been spraying the air with heavy metals for the past ten years; look up, ‘chemtrails.’ A lot of this stuff has been labeled, ‘conspiracy theory’ but I challenge you to do your own research and form your own opinions about it because the information is out there.

    Any way, once he identifies an organ that is weak, he addresses the weakness with whole-food vitamins. This is the other piece that’s important. Most vitamins sold in stores are synthetic, meaning they were manufactured in a lab; they are not naturally occurring. This means that they are incomplete and your body is forced to make up for the incomplete nature of the ‘vitamin’ being introduced into your body by stealing nutrition from other parts of your body. With whole-food vitamins, the body doesn’t have to do this. So he let’s the body dictate which areas are a priority first, then he treats that area with the relevant whole-food vitamin. This strengthens up that organ or area and allows the body to start to slowly detoxifying and getting rid of toxins and heavy metals. A common misconception is that a ‘cleanse’ or detox remedy you buy at the supermarket is the most effective way to chelate metals from your body. The problem with these detox kits is that they fail to recognize the body’s natural rate at which it is able to get rid of toxins, which is different for each person. This is why you need someone who is able to coach the toxins out of your body with the right nutrition without overloading the liver or kidneys.

    After six months of this treatment, I’ve been feeling remarkably better. I have more energy, my prostate feels lighter and less burdened, if that makes sense, and I sleep beautifully. I build muscle faster, I can stay up later. My mind is quicker. There’s just been a marked improvement. Maybe the thing that’s holding me back from saying that I’m 100% recovered is that I’m always looking to get even better. But I can say for sure that I’m headed in the right direction. And it’s not even a ‘slight’ improvement. It’s a drastic, noticeable improvement.

    But it takes time. My doctor compares it to peeling back the layers of an onion. There are phases of treatment that you have to go through. For example, you have to treat candida and bacteria and parasites, which are behind the heavy metals in your body. After that, you need to strengthen up and fine-tine everything, which takes additional time, and then you have to allow for an adaptation period; these last two I haven’t even gotten through yet. So I expect things to get even better.

    In the bedroom, when I was with my girlfriend (who left me, but that’s a different story) I was good for the most part, but I think there was a mental block with her because I secretly despised her. But I wake up with morning erections, which I wasn’t before. So I know that things are moving in the right direction. I don’t go crazy with the porn and I conserve more.

    Another key component, I’m finding, is that you have to adapt your thinking. The mind is very important. If you think of yourself in a certain way, or if you think that you ‘can’t’ do something, then your body won’t be able to do it. But if you set that goal and decide that you ‘will’ be able to do something, then you’ll be able to do it. I’m not trying to be condescending, I’m simply stating that the mind is a very potent tool in the recovery process and in your self-image. For example, I went on a run today and my body was telling me, “I can’t go any faster, I’m tired.” But my mind was saying, “We’re trying to get fit, here. So you need to go faster. Trust me, you can do it.” And I did it. And that’s all it takes to get over a plateau. The body-builders and exercise fanatics probably know exactly what I’m talking about.

    If you’re skeptical about what I’m saying, I suggest you schedule an appointment with your local naturopathic doctor, or ‘nutritional response testing’ practitioner and see for yourself. In my experience, they don’t take insurance, but the beauty is you can negotiate prices directly with your doctor, according to what you can pay. So don’t be afraid to barter a little bit. In my case, my doctor worked out a 3 month plan, where I could pay a reduced price over that period of time. Also, be prepared to spend money on the various whole-food supplements that you’ll be taking. They vary from week to week, depending on your body’s progress, but they cost roughly twenty to thirty bucks a bottle, depending on what you’re getting. Some are cheaper, around ten dollars a bottle.

    I don’t advise you to circumvent the naturopathic doctor and simply buy the pills for a few reasons: 1) your body prioritizes which areas need attention first and you need the doctor to “read” your body and tell you 2) I think they’re more expensive if you buy them on your own. But I’m not 100% on this.

    Point is, if you were to buy these whole food vitamins over the Internet, I guess you could, but it would be a crap-shoot because you wouldn’t know what parts of your body need attention first.

    But hey, give it a try if you want. The name of the company is: ‘Standard Process’ and they specialize in whole-food, organic supplements. Read their product list. It’s expansive. I’ve taken a little bit of probably 65% of their stuff at different times, depending on my ‘state.’

    I’ve also seen whole-food multi-vitamins being sold in some health food stores (different companies). So you could try this. Whatever you do, just make sure they’re whole-food, organic supplements.

    I totally agree with Rennie on the Chemtrails I know that this is a topic for another discussion board as well but it should be adressed and how can we ever expect to heal are bodies with these non-constituents being dumped in our upper atmosphere that means that we are being subjected to the toxins at a faster rate than our bodies are able to rid themselves of them. Barium, Aluminum Oxide, Ethylene Dibromide, Arsenic and Lead are the main ones turning up in rain water samples and this is definately not good.

    Dude, of course this is a conspiracy theory, one of the least conclusive.

    Think about it, IF somebody would spray toxins all over the country (or all over the world?), for whatever reason, wouldn’t it effect themselves?

    How can “they”, most conspiracy theorists blame some rather vaguely defined group label “The Secret Society”/Illuminati or the Bilderberg Group or any powerful elite that could fit that purpose, avoid being effected by the poisons themselves?

    What about the pilots? How many would you need to spray the whole globe daily? They are all in on it? What about their families? Do they fly all over the contryside spraying poisons and at the end of the day they return to their families with a big smile on their face, knowing they take part in a large scale genocide? Why do they not talk to the media? Let me guess, the media is also owned by the Secret Society, so they supress any information related to the conspiracy, right?

    So if, like MOST conspiracy nuts think, the purpose of the Chemtrail spraying is population control/reduction, wouldn’t it defeat the purpose if the elite themselves is going to be affected by the chemtrails themselves???

    Furthermore, if it is supposed to serve as a form of population control, its obviously not working very well.

    To avoid it? Drink purified water and eat natural organic foods. Not that I’m saying I’m in on this “conspiracy” (because technically it is), but your classic intentional ignorance towards conspiracies as exemplified by many classic anti conspirators is typical. Just sayin.

And for the record, all major media outlets in america (aka the ones on tv) are owned by the same 3 companies.     If ejaculating causes you all that grief then I would suggest you try to live without ejaculation for some time. Plus, those prescription meds are probably just hurting your brain and your body in ways you might not know. If the urge to ejaculate seems to be too much, maybe you should try practicing yoga to help circulate the sexual energy through your body instead of having it pool in your groin. meditation also help you to relax and make better decisions and lift your mood naturally. Try it.

    Yeah masturbation really causes me at least the psychological effects, ive said many times that after masturbating its a lot easier to become a lazy F*ck who just want to pass the day without doing anything. I also observed that suicide thoughts can come right after an ejaculation.

    However, stopping masturbation wont solve cases like me. I have 12 aminoacids low, low steroid hormones, high E2 and posibly chronically depleted neuros. And I havent checked my vitamins or minerals yet So I dont think masturbation alone caused cases like me. In brief, if I stopped frequent masturbation months ago is because my erections, libido and even penis size worse overtime. Obviously this need another approch than just stopping masturbation.

    I applaud your effort to get back to normal. The first step is to stop masturbation.

    It took my a long time to realize what I was doing to myself. I was doing it because it felt good, but little did I know that I was hurting my body and myself. If I had a chance to relive my life, I wouldn’t masturbate again. Religion is what helped me get passed my evil sinful past. It has been my support system, my rock, and if I didn’t have it, where would I be today?

    My advice to help you recover, if you’re not doing it already:

    1) Take multivitamin or a combination of whole vitamins everyday to give your body the nutrients it needs.

    2) Add Fruits and vegetables to your diet, stick to the 4 food groups. Grains, fruits and vegetables, dairy, and meats.

    3) Exercise – go for a run or walk, join a gym, or a sports team

    4) Cut out caffeine/alcohol/refined sugars

    Allright , how many time for the magical effects of abstaining to occur? Im abstaining now more than a week and I dont feel like this is helping with any of my problems (well that is not completely right, prostate pain looks gone) The more I was without masturbation was two weeks and nothing happened. Also, I havent overmasturbated since months, since I dont have libido for it. I mean, masturbating 8 times per month is overmasturbation?

    Masturbation wrecks havic on your hormones, causes lower back pain, fatigue, and possible hair loss. I think the reason is because when you climax you’re getting rid of some essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function. You’re also releasing other hormones into the body, like dopamine and endorphines, which if you’re deficient can have adverse effects.

    If you find out you have some kind of mutation in dna then there are ways to balance it out by a specific diet,supplements and live a full life the way you have dreamed about it.
