I feel as if there is no hope for me at the moment as i haven’t really felt one bit of horniness since about early March time this year. So soon it will be getting close to half a year.
Other symptoms I didn’t mention in the other thread include:
constant bags under my eyes
I nearly now always wake up a few times in the night even though the temperature is hot i think this isnt a factor. When i do wake up its a lot earlier than usual now and I don’t feel like lying in what so ever.
I really don’t want to go to college when I wake up on the morning and I haven’t been going for a while apart from the odd few days.
Stress and frustration as I don’t know where to buy products in the UK and I don’t have too much money as I’m currently at college without a job
When I talk to someone I feel as if I have to look into there eyes to show that i am concentrating on what they are talking about but that’s really hard for me.
I am often really hungry and feel bloated a lot, I feel as if I’m putting on weight as well.
I hardly have any friends any more as I exclude myself from going to party’s, music gigs etc. just simply because I don’t want to and it doesn’t feel right.
I played football the other day (soccer) and even though I stupidly played at midday when the sun was right over us, i still felt bad and felt sick afterwards. You know when you get the flu you shiver and have goosebumps and your face feels on fire when to everyone else it looks really pale? that’s how I felt
I don’t know whether i want to take the viadopa and arginox pills i ordered from dr lin any more (been on them for 2 days) as i have just masturbated and felt decreased pleasure than any other normal masturbation. And so far they haven’t made me any hornier, or more healed.
Sorry about writing so much but I just had to get that off my chest. And I know some of the symptons are wierd but thats how I feel.
Any advice and direction pointing is helpful.

Unfortunately, I don’t have long to reply this morning, but I feel compelled to, nonetheless. DON’T GIVE UP!!! It is tough, but it takes time. I am going through it too. The only advice that I can give is to cut out any sexual activity for an extended period of time. I have been doing this (on and off) for the past several weeks and I am noticing that I am improving. if it helps i myself am a college student and haven’t bought any of the stuff talked about in this forum. the last thing you want to do is to feel depressed and lose hope. there is always hope. there is always light at the end of the tunnel. just be patient. i’m graduating this year with a chemistry degree and will find a job and as soon as i find one i will be buying all the supplements i can get my hands on. i’m more concerned about losing weight now. i’ve lost around 10 pounds and tomorow i’m starting to do cardio. i never had any friends because of my size. i guess thats why masturbation helped me out. i could careless about friends these days if all what is left is partying and drinking and smoking. i’d rather be happily married to a lovely girl and live my life peacefully.October 10, 2013 at 6:52 pm #12088
Hey yall. I feel yo pain but this is what i know…You really need to get a social life. This is SO important. and it does help…ALOT. You should know most people really are cool people. There are a few nasty people but most are cool. Get some chics even if you have sexual problems. Chics really are the coolest creatures on earth and they have a way of making you feel nice..even when you feel theres no hope.

I will try and get a blood test done for my testosterone as soon as possible.
The only reason for that I don’t have a job is because I’m in college and concentrating on my studies which I’m sure you picked up on. I get EMA money from the government to continue my studies, which I receive every week so I should be able to afford anything more ‘pricier’ that you suggest.

hmm well whats your budget for a month, how much can you spend on this?
if i were you i would concentrate for one or two months (apart from your studies) on getting this mofo fixed
here i can get a bottle of lecithin with 50 caps of 1200 mg for euro 2.50
so each day you could take 7 caps, which would be 8.4 grams, a good starting point
a bottle of 5-htp from griffonia seeds will cost me 30 euros for 120 caps of 100 mg (last me two months)
bottle of tyrosine with 120 caps of 500 mg is 17 euros (last me two months)
a bottle of omega 3-6-9 will cost me 19.50 euros, with 180 caps can last me one month (or two if you dose low)
so it’s quite possible to do this
let’s say 10 euros for the lecithin and 10 euros for 5-htp and 10 euros for tyrosine, is 30 euros a month (add the omega if you like, then its 40)
maybe manny can chime in on this one…
let’s say i take the 5-htp two tabs a day at 50 mg, like dr. lin recommends.. he recommends one in the afternoon for stress and conversion to serotonin, and one before sleeping 50 mg, to aid in melatonin production and restoring the body
can the tyrosine be taken at night also along with the 5-htp (because i read serotonin and dopamine should be raised at the same time), or should it be 5-htp one during the day, two tabs of tyrosine, and then only 5-htp at night?
like to hear manny’s comment on this

i got from dr lin this:
moodmax to calm down and relieve stress in the morning
5-htp and dopafibra, for increasing serotonin and fighting stress plus dopamine increase
evening moodmax and dopafibra
before bed 5-htp to increase melatonin and recharge my system
so i think it’s probably best to take 5-htp at 50 mg during lunch and 50 mg just before bed
just not sure on what time to take tyrosine, ur rite i searched and found definitely not at night for insomnia
so maybe in the morning and afternoon
dr. lin also recommends the best combination for improving dopamine is phenylalanine, tyrosine and yohimbe

What improves what by the way?

lecithin increases acetylcholine (when taken in high dosage, like alpha gpc does)
5-htp increases serotonin
tyrosine increases dopamine
zma/tribulus increases testosterone but should be used after you have done the above for a few months

Myself, kickinit and now David has mentioned lack of emotion as a symptom so it is correct to conclude that lack of emotion is a part of the sexual exhaustion syndrome.
Now what causes lack of emotions? Well it has to lay in the neurotransmitters and hormonal system. you need to fix your dopamine system so that the dopamine can start producing oxytocin again. dopamine will also lower prolactin so more oxytocin can be released. a high prolactin will inhibit the pituary for the release of these hormones.

I’ll hopefully be picking up the suggested supplements this weekend coming up as I didn’t get a chance the past weekend.
Just some more symptoms i’ve been experiencing include:
Diarrhea everytime I go to the toilet, and when I pass wind it really smells ( Yes i know it smells all the time but mine is just constantly awful + hot burning sensation when the wind comes out)
Decreased size of penis and testicles – this happens when it wants to. What I mean by this is for example I could wake up and my penis and testicles can be really small and tight but a few hours later they can be hanging down like normal.
No tingling/tickling sensation when I pull my foreskin back.
A lot of stress especially in my stomach (If you’ve ever run a race and your waiting for the gun to be fired to start, it’s that nervous feeling of butterflys just a lot of the time)

i think the issue of diarrhea is more to do with your diet and what you eat. plus also if youre taking in too much fish oils. testicles are outside of your body for a reason. yes they will shrink and expand thats normal. penile shrinkage coudl be either to low acetylcholine or low test levels. you also mentioned low sensitivity which perhaps indicates low acetylcholine levels,

what happens with 5-htp is that some of it gets broken down in the bloodstream and so thats why you may get drowsiness. i suggest you start off with lose doses 20mg typically and c what maximum dosage your body tolerates. the better option is to great those craniyums as they bypass the bloodstream for immediate delivery to the brain so all those side-effects you won’t experience much. the protein shake only works for the mild conditions.
