We know that acetylcholine powers the parasympathetic nervous system which generates healing power.

However Dr.Lin keeps going around and around, for example in this case study:

He say that DHEA and Androstenedione are used to generate the parasympathetic system. It seems like he’s saying that the endrocine system is needed. DHEA and Androstenedione works to increase testosterone levels supposedly right? If you have time, you could dig up W’s analysis on this in the Herbolove board (I will but I’m just too busy with college at the moment).

    Then in this case study:

Dr.Lin says that the pineal gland and melatonin is the root of the bioelectric recharge system (parasympathetic nervous system).

We need to figure how all this fits together.

Keep us updated on the adrenal formula you’re taking and I’ll keep an update on Lecithin’s effects.

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

Hmmm, wow, this is interesting. It seems Dr. Lin doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about! Haha. He always says something new.

But I did read up on one of ‘s posts, and he did recommend that taking DHEA and Androstenedione to help speed recovery. But I’m still not sure if it’s a completely safe idea. Most of us are quite young to start taking those products. I’m not starting that yet.

As for the Pineal Gland and Melatonin…

If most of you don’t know, the Pineal Gland secretes Melatonin, and I think that Melatonin will definetely assist us in recharging, since it allows for deep sleep, which is when we recover the most. Serotonin is converted to Melatonin, so maybe having a bit more could do us good! =)

Read this page (especially the charts on different ways of nourishing the Pineal Gland), it’s very interesting:

I think we should follow some of the eating habbits in those charts.

I think you went too far back. did recommend those earlier but then switched to LH/FSH boosting supplements later, along with natural herbs and 6-OXO.

I will dig up ‘s posts, I actually have some notes of ‘s theories in my desk and will post it up as soon as I have time.

Seriously, if you wake up in the morning and find yourself subject to a face full of facial hair that needs to be shaved daily, maybe you’re not deficient in testosterone at all. Dr. Lin’s probably speaking with older adults in mind, who need the extra boost in DHEA.

Younger people will do just fine without melatonin and DHEA. In fact, melatonin/5-HTP is to be sparingly used to begin with, and tribulus terrestris are for severe cases of no testosterone. I’ve heard that 5-HTP are used only by seniors to sleep longer and tribulus is a natural alternative to viagra. For us, we’re all better off worrying about our diet/exercise and refueling our parasympathetic neurotransmitters, since we aren’t severely lacking hormones unless blood tests indicate otherwise.
