And supplements will do nothing about the anatomy of this important muslce… You gotta learn how to relax this muscle in all positions and situations… It takes years. The tension is SO chronic after thousands sessions of masturbation. First you get a little drips of blood flowing there ( u can actually feel it), in years you will get CONSTANT strong flow there.     Nicolas you should definitely relax.

    If they’re the cases where this approach will help then they’ll start working on it later. First they need to do what everyone else did and that is to try to get everything into balance and see that it will probably wont cure but only help a little (not talking in absolute terms here). It’s a mayor advancement that people here are noticing what’s going on in their pelvic area because on the two other forums people have not even started to debate this. A lot of cases have underwent hormonal therapies under supervision of good endos but noticed little to no effect even though they’ve got their bloodwork done right and everything else.

    And anyway. One has to learn how have relaxed small specific pelvic area during arousal, beginning of erection, erection and orgasm. The pelvic area will then throb autonomously.. the more autonomously will it throb the sensitive your penis will get to friction and pressure. So the nice arousing tingle which you get from friction is a very good indicator of your progress. When you’re getting only autonomous throbing/clenching/spasming and the tingle is the thing that starts the orgasm convulsions then it’s only a matter of maybe a week until you’re normal again. The biggest thing for me was how my penis got sensitive again.. during sex without a condom I could feel every little surface bump like I used to when I was 18. sex is just so good again! That’s my experience which I share for cases like me.

    It’s interesting that some of us have learned to do something that should the brain do only autonomously.. maybe that’s why the cases are so rare because not everyone is capable of this skill.

    The thing is that it’s just so unbelievable to say that a mere voluntary habit (which is so hard to get rid off) can cause such chaos to a person.

    some people have pelvic tightness. some dont. everyone is different. everyone had different masterbation and sexual habits.

    I would say its gona be a very step by step process and your gona have to reavalute your sexual function many times before its all over.

    for example balance all hormones and neuros.

    1) Do I get morning wood?

    2) how are my spontatneus erections?

    3) how is my arousal to women and/or other stimuli?

    4) how is my PE and precum leakage

    Lets say your satisfied with your ED and know you can get it up whenever the need arises. But your PE only improved like 5 minutes and your not happy with this.

    Then possibly try cold water treatment. do this for a few weeks/months and reavalute.

    Did you PE improve? Lets say it improved ten minutes….so you can go for ten to 15 minutes usaully……this is good but your still not satisfied…..

    The problem is, not everyone is conscious of the tension.

    If you have sexual problems, you have pelvic problems. Actually this is more of a pelvic problem than penisy one. The root of the penis is inside pelvis. You cannot destroy your penis without doing damage in the pelvis, actually, penis problems are only a symptom of a pelvic problem. People concentrate way too much on their penises. The orgasm is also generated in pelvis, not in penis.

    Healthy pelvis=healthy penis

    first i wanna heal my hormonal and neuro issues……..i wanna see where this leaves my body. Chances are theres gona be a signifcnt improvement. maybe 80 percent or so.

    However knowing mysself i probably wont be happy and thats when ill start adding those all natural methods for healing.

    ill probably add breathing and cold water at the same time. i feel like they go together.

    i just wanna be as organized as possible. Iv come to accept that chances are the next 6 months to 3 years of my life are gona be spent dealing with this. maybe longer depending on how things go. so organizaiton and patience is gona be key.

    A True singer has mastered their breath, singing comes from the belly, not the chest. Deep breathing is all part of singing and anyone who has taken more than 6 months of singing lessons probably has amazing control of their breath.

    Yeah I still jam every so often but I’m not as active in my music after all of this started happening. Didn’t make it worse though.

    Thoracic diaphragm massages all the internal organs with its breathing movement, and with this movement moves also the pelvic diaphragm. Pelvic diaphragm doesn’t work like thoracic diaphragm, it cannot breath for itself, it’s depended on the movement of the upper diaphragm. If the breath lacks depth, it will never reach pelvic diaphragm, and stagnation will result.

    If you quit acting like Mr. Know-It-All you might even learn a thing or two

    Actually breathing reaches the whole body. Each and every joint in the human body moves with the breath. Learn how to breathe mainly with your cells and you can reduce your breathing down to 1-2 breaths per minute like happens in meditation. Seasoned meditators do 1 breath over 10 minutes. That’s slow, and efficient. It’s a lot more of time for the body to process the air and much more oxygen is extracted from it.

    Oxygen is the main source of energy! Without it, you die in a few minutes. Though we yogis can survive without oxygen for longer times

    To be honest breathing exercises alone didn’t first do any “shit” in my case. I first had to get sensitive enough to feel the tensioning going on in the area during arousal, erection and orgasm. Then it was time to start with play with the breathing exercises during the whole process. And actually everyone gets tension in prostate area during these things but I identified the abnormal tensioning.. it feels different than the normal “sexual pressure”.

    The downside of getting sensitive enough was that I could feel my prostate buzzing every goddamn time I sat at the desk at the work. Now the prostate wasn’t hard but I could feel it buzzing and it made me very very uncomfortable. If it was really hard and really very tense I would maybe even have hard-flaccid state.

    It was great to feel that If I abstained for at least a week the buzz would go away so it corresponded every bit to the phenomenon that SE symptoms go away with abstaining.

    The amount of playing with tension, arousal and orgasm (other words experimental wanking) I had during my experimental phase put me into SE symptoms all the time… that’s why the experimental phase sucked so much.
