    I am considering going to med school and specializing in SE. I find it fascinating how so few doctors seem to be aware of this horrible and debilitating condition.

    Anyways I will keep a journal here to track my progress. I am trying to remain optimistic but sometimes I get severely depressed at my case and how and why I have come to this point.

    What sucks even more is that I was for a long time, very unsuccessful with women, and only in the past couple of years have I gotten to understand women better and how to attract them, and now I am unable to enjoy fucking them…

    Anwyays, my symptoms are

    -low back pain

    -prostate irritation/abdomen pain

    -weak erections/no erections

    -semen leakage (rare but still happening)

    -premature ejaculation (I have been unable to keep track of this but the last time I inserted my erect penis into a woman- 3 months ago-, I ejaculated in 30 seconds)

    Over the past two months I really thought I was healing and so started to engage in sexual activity once again. This was a bad mistake and now I am back to square one or even worse off.

    My goals:

    -Do not ejaculate for 3 months. (I will be sexually stimulated by my girlfriend now and again but she knows somewhat of my condition and has agreed not to touch my dick for at least 3 months) this means that I will be getting erections from her from making out and thats about it.

    -completely stop watching porn and smoking weed (this should be easy because I have good will power, althought the porn is actually turning out to be harder than the weed)

    -more exercise

    -SE type of diet

    -Good sleep

    I am on day 10 so far and things are going OK. My back pain is better daily and so is the prostate. I feel like in 10 more days I will be alot better. I certainly hope so. I also hope that once the symptoms go away, that they wont just come back the instant I engage in sexual activity.

    You may be right but i think that what im doing now ia definately going to help my overall recovery.

    I saw a doctor and laid it all out and she said theres no way at 26 that i should have hormone or testosterone imbalances. Anyway im scheduled for a prostate ultrasound does anyone know what this entails exactly? I have to insert some suppositiry apparently. They will also do bloodwrk and urine tests.

    Anywyas i am now on day 14 of abstinence. Both my prostate and back pain are getting a tiny bit better every day but both still irritate me and do not enable me to function fully the way i want to.

    I have also begun meditating daily, eliminating all forms of stress, sleep properly in the hopes that this will restorey neuros and hormones to proper levels. I basically nees to rewire my brain from what ive understood so i will try to do that.

    I fully believe in my success to recover and im going to be patient and slap a 6 month timeline on it. It has only been 2 weeks and i am feeling positive of course the real test will be when my gf wants to play with my dick which ive told her i would be ready for in about another 6 weeks

    No i dont have nightfall but i do leak semen when i am taking a crap or after urinating. But my suggestion is to train your mind.

    Start meditating and truly believe in ur recovery and before u go to bed you should have only pure thoughts and convince yourself that u will not have nightfalls.

    I am doing a little better. Today is day 17 of no ejaculation.

    Although I Have masturbated 2 or 3 times and gotten aroused several times. But none of those times lasted for over 10 or 15 minutes so I felt that NOT ejaculating was still best.

    I am slowly going to try to eliminate the masturbation completely and also not be aroused. This will be a challenge when Im with my girlfriend and we start making out or whatever. But its a psychological thing.

    My prostate is still irritated and my lower back is too but both have been getting progressively better day by day.

    I have stopped all other supplements as I feel the best road to recovery is all natural. If this doesnt work after 90 days, I will try other avenues.

    I am still concerned about my premature ejaculation because I kno it is still there. This morning for example I was very horny when I woke up and started stroking my cock a little. In 2 minutes I felt that I was about to ejaculate and I wasnt even very hard. I Immediately stopped and was mad at myself for still engaging in sexual acts knowing that I am further damaging and slowing my recovery period.

    After 2 weeks of no porn and masturbation , I felt it is easier for me to get and maintain my erection. I also do running and eat banana everyday.

    Do not set 90 days as your deadline. Sometime it takes less , some time more so keep going on if 90 days do not make you satisfied with the results.

    @ yes I know what you are saying. But previously I had gone abstinent for 3 weeks and I felt better so I began masturbating again and it just put me back to a worse state. So i want to make sure I go at least 90 days before making any decision no matter if I feel really good or not.

    @yo every case is different you should know that. just because YOU need some crazy hormone therapy or some other drug rehab thign doesnt mean taht every case needs the same approach. i for one have only touched marijuana and have ceased it completely as part of my recovery program. I will be getting tested but I am not about to jump the gun and take some crazy medication/therapy just because of some blood work test results that may or may not be related to SE.

    I also firmly believe that a good diet along with exercise and abstinence will be enough to restore my body chemistry to its proper levels.

    Today I feel better than yesterday in regards to my prostate/back irritation. I am hoping that both will completely subside within the next 2 weeks. After that I will be exercising alot more because right now I am not able to function as I would like

    Yes this is true but I am discovering that I shouldnt even be wanting to go back to what I used to be/do.

    I was jerking it relentlessly for various reasons. Sometimes fun, sometimes cuz I was angry, sometimes cuz i was horny, sometimes cuz I was bored, sometimes depressed.

    In fact I KNEW that I was leading a horribly sedentary lifestyle and I knew that one day it would catch up to me.

    That day has come and now it is time for me to change my life. I have no problem with that, in fact I see it as an opportunity to do something great with my life instead of doing nothing like I was previously.

    The major problem for me is getting rid of the back pain and prostate pain. These two things alone have severely disabled me and the fact that I am getting better is making me extremely happy.

    I dont care about having sex anymore AT ALL. In fact I would be ok never having sex again and being fullly healthy otherwise.

    So yes I dont want to go back to square one as that would mean that not only am I failing at recovery, but also failing at life.

    therefore I will abstain for at least 90 days. My girlfriend wants to have sex unfortunately but if she wnats she can go F*ck someone else because I told her she has to wait.

    Its weird having the sexual power in the relationship usually the female holds it but not now HAHAHA

    If your hormones mess up, you should have some therapy. However, in any case, staying away from porn and over masturbation is always good for health . And if you do not feel good, leave masturbation until you are sure that you are fine

    I never said that I did not want to get tested.

    However I do not have a doctor and when I go to walkins they are pretty fucking silly. I am scheduled for bloodwork and urine test but that sounds pretty general.

    What leves are tested in a regular “blood test” ??

    Should I be asking for specific testing to be done?

    No , but working into getting an “Optimal” thyroid and adrenal outcome and i will see how will be my state. not to mention my nutritional deficiencies (they fall every time i pump them up) , absorption problems and iam working on them.

    I am now passed the 3 week point of no ejaculation.

    But I am getting really depressed. My back pain is stil there altho its alot better. But my irritated prostate is not getting too much better. Im afraid that Im stuck in a cycle of inflammation as I have read several times.

    the tests i ran from 2009 up to date shows iam hypothyroid, low normal dhea , and fluctuating morning cortisol (not that bad till now), and Low normal T

    iam on thyroid meds from 2009 due to high tsh and low ft3, tried t3 but with no real success as if iam still on t4, but have some interesting observation i will comment on it near , even though my tsh is low i couldnt reach a good balance between ft3 , ft4 and the main symptoms come and goes.

    Blood tests shows other problems , some nutritional deficiency, high cholesterol , and Insulin resistance. managed to lower cholesterol and raise my HDL with a certain regime ( liver cleanse with choline , milk thistle and B complex dose, and increased my unsaturated fat intake ), insulin resistance has improved but i found my self with strict diet (no sugar low carb with some supplements) totally exhausted yet my sugar levels are still fluctuating between 89-105 which is absolutely better than 1 year ago.

    managed to fix my deficiency but they fall back to their old levels again, i assume its related to my digestion system / liver which i have booked to visit an expert internal medicine.

    Don’t listen to all this b****hit from these people on here, it sounds like you have clenched up pelvic muscles like me. Abstaining won’t do too much just limit your sex, if you’re that premature just whack off an hour or something before you have sex and just do it like once a week. Honestly F*ck getting your hormones and shit tested too. Most likely you don’t even have an inflamed or enlarged prostate ( you can check by getting urine/prostate fluid checked out for bacteria) it’s cpps ( chronic pelvic pain syndrome ) or Prostadynia, which are both basically chronically tight and agitated pelvic muscles. The best thing you could do is order “headache in the pelvis” or “heal pelvic pain” by amy stein. It’s really not as complicated and end all fucked up as the six or seven retards active on these boards would make you think. It is however a long road for some people to unfuck their muscles.

    Your hormones/neuros etc. matter because they have to be in sync for you to heal, however that is not as hard as everyone make it sounds unless you are genetically fucked up. Go to bed early, rise early, get at least eight hours of sleep, exercise at least an hour ( not hardcore squats just walking or stand up biking or whatever ) Eat healthily and take some supplements and DONT STRESS. You will start out by stretching and relaxing the muscles, and then finding “trigger points” on your muscles. Just check this stuff out i can’t believe some of the garbage advice i see on this forum don’t let it drag you down it’s not that bad. I have only been doing it a week and notice major differences. Magnesium oil/powders epsom salts in conjunction with your stretches also work. If you have insurance and money you can speed up the process by tracking down a pelvic floor physical therapist however most are women and have to shove there hands up your ass to do the massages lol. It’s masterfully gay but what else can you do it will fix your pain and your dick.

    And abstaining for long periods will SHUT YOUR DICK DOWN lol you need to just eat healthy be happy and fix your muscles it sounds like. This board should honestly just be deleted because unless you are genetically fucked and need to get hormone replacement the approach everyone is taking is retarded. Keep your head up and fix your muscles.

    I agree with you overall I mean, I dont really think my neuros/hormones etc are all messed up. Even if they were, the human body is built to regenerate itself. So i have been doing the things you mentioned, eating, sleeping healthy etc but I feel like abstaining also must help because I must have been draining some essential nutrients every time i ejaculated.

    I think its kind of a mix of both theories, thats why its so hard to precisly diagnose this condition because it is so complex.

    I know for sure 100% that about 2 months ago when I was still ejaculating, immediately afterwards I would get pain in my stomach, right over my belly button area, and if I were to push down on this area it would hurt much more. So i would take break from ejaculating and slowly day by day it would get better. So im pretty sure that was my prostate region and my prostate was flaring up after each ejaculation.

    But maybe its just all the muscle things youre talking about. But im not 100% what exactly you mean. Like which muscles are you talking about? I wish we had a diagram.

    Also, after ejaculating, my back would hurt like sooo much. this weird sharp nerve pain in my lower back. Again this would subside after I stopped ejacualting for a few days.

    But then it came to a point where both pains were just not going away, so I decided I HAD to abstain for a longer period.

    Right now its been 25 days i think. I still get horny and play with my dick a little but the boners are not very hard and if I start masterbating, it feels like i will cum in like 2 seconds so I have to stop and INSTANTLY my boner goes away.

    Ok, your pelvic muscles are all attached to each other they control urinating, defecating, sexual functions. Your dick itself is 50 percent muscle, picture a big connected muscle going from your dick to inside your ass , your perineum pretty much. This “big muscle” is a bunch of different little muscles working together. They get tight and spasm when your orgasm and come into play just getting erect, they also are what is control of letting blood into your dick. So if they are spasmed out and tight and fucked up you will feel different variety of tightness/pain and dysfunction what correlate to how fucked up your muscles are pretty much. When they are weak or messed up you clench even harder subconsciously even to “force” an erection per say and your b.c muscle clenches up/spasms which triggers your brain to want to orgasm.

    Most people who’s pelvic floors give out have the exact same symptoms as you and i they just don’t associate it with masturbating, because it typically isn’t ONLY jerking off that throws them out of whack but usually a variety of things including stressors in life, poor posture, sitting a lot, nervousness ( a lot of people clench of when nervous ) etc. etc. that eventually snowball into “cpps” “prostatits” etc. which are all basically the same thing. This is actually more common than you think it is and isn’t “sexual exhaustion” go look at nonbacterial prostatitis forums, different levels of sexual dysfunctions or weirdness or whatever pretty much go hand in hand with “prostatitis” which actually doesn’t have much to do with the prostate, just the muscles around it. It is pretty much just fucked up muscles clenching off each other and messing with your circulation it’s like being congested down there so to speak. Go read up on pelvic floor dysfunction you can see charts of muscles i’m talking about just use google. Not saying that this is what everyone on the boards has or anything, but if you’re feeling muscle tension/tightness along with some pain and varying degrees of weaker erections or prematurity this is a pretty likely culprit. Believe me read up on it, all these muscles affect each other in huge ways if one is fucked up the whole ship usually goes under.

    and it’s not just pelvic muscles all muscles especially the ones near each other play off each other, hence abdomen pains, back pains, etc. Since my muscle tightness hit my hamstrings are crazy tight and painful and when i have sex which has probably been daily once or twice usually since i haven’t really been focusing on this shit i can feel them twinging and feel my perineum like a raised rock hard big rubberband or something, and after i orgasm i can literally feel my ass mucles or whatever tighten up heavy, so in my case at least i’m 100 percent positive it’s muscular.     Actually come to think of it, I have been putting excess strain on those muslces for years.

    I developped hemrhoids like 3 years ago and it wuoldnt go away for almost 2 years. and during this time , while I would slowly get better, I would feel the urge to fart all the time. so I woudl push down on my gut kind of and force a fart out. all this straining must of been bad for me.

    the good thing is that i chagned my diet to high fibre and that made me less constipated but i still was forcing farts out left right and center.

    and now my hemroids are 90% gone but now i have this other shit to deal with. im sure its all related. jeses how the F*ck did i get myself into this mess

    My back pain is all gone. My prostate pain is much much much better. I can actually sit down and feel ok now. Its still uncomfortable but getting better every day. Its amazing to see though how slow that gland takes to decrease its inflammation. It is still swollen im sure.

    The broccoli broth treatment- im on day 5- i dont kno if this is doing anything or not, but since my pains are decreasing, I will continue with the treatment.

    So those two symptoms have decreased significantly. But the real test is tomorrow when I will be with my gf. I will try not to ejaculate until the end.     I am now passed the 3 week point of no ejaculation.

    the tests i ran from 2009 up to date shows iam hypothyroid, low normal dhea , and fluctuating morning cortisol (not that bad till now), and Low normal T

    iam on thyroid meds from 2009 due to high tsh and low ft3, tried t3 but with no real success as if iam still on t4, but have some interesting observation i will comment on it near , even though my tsh is low i couldnt reach a good balance between ft3 , ft4 and the main symptoms come and goes.

    Blood tests shows other problems , some nutritional deficiency, high cholesterol , and Insulin resistance. managed to lower cholesterol and raise my HDL with a certain regime ( liver cleanse with choline , milk thistle and B complex dose, and increased my unsaturated fat intake ), insulin resistance has improved but i found my self with strict diet (no sugar low carb with some supplements) totally exhausted yet my sugar levels are still fluctuating between 89-105 which is absolutely better than 1 year ago.

    managed to fix my deficiency but they fall back to their old levels again, i assume its related to my digestion system / liver which i have booked to visit an expert internal medicine.

    Don’t listen to all this b****hit from these people on here, it sounds like you have clenched up pelvic muscles like me. Abstaining won’t do too much just limit your sex, if you’re that premature just whack off an hour or something before you have sex and just do it like once a week. Honestly F*ck getting your hormones and shit tested too. Most likely you don’t even have an inflamed or enlarged prostate ( you can check by getting urine/prostate fluid checked out for bacteria) it’s cpps ( chronic pelvic pain syndrome ) or Prostadynia, which are both basically chronically tight and agitated pelvic muscles. The best thing you could do is order “headache in the pelvis” or “heal pelvic pain” by amy stein. It’s really not as complicated and end all fucked up as the six or seven retards active on these boards would make you think. It is however a long road for some people to unfuck their muscles.

    Your hormones/neuros etc. matter because they have to be in sync for you to heal, however that is not as hard as everyone make it sounds unless you are genetically fucked up. Go to bed early, rise early, get at least eight hours of sleep, exercise at least an hour ( not hardcore squats just walking or stand up biking or whatever ) Eat healthily and take some supplements and DONT STRESS. You will start out by stretching and relaxing the muscles, and then finding “trigger points” on your muscles. Just check this stuff out i can’t believe some of the garbage advice i see on this forum don’t let it drag you down it’s not that bad. I have only been doing it a week and notice major differences. Magnesium oil/powders epsom salts in conjunction with your stretches also work. If you have insurance and money you can speed up the process by tracking down a pelvic floor physical therapist however most are women and have to shove there hands up your ass to do the massages lol. It’s masterfully gay but what else can you do it will fix your pain and your dick.

    And abstaining for long periods will SHUT YOUR DICK DOWN lol you need to just eat healthy be happy and fix your muscles it sounds like. This board should honestly just be deleted because unless you are genetically fucked and need to get hormone replacement the approach everyone is taking is retarded. Keep your head up and fix your muscles.

    I agree with you overall I mean, I dont really think my neuros/hormones etc are all messed up. Even if they were, the human body is built to regenerate itself. So i have been doing the things you mentioned, eating, sleeping healthy etc but I feel like abstaining also must help because I must have been draining some essential nutrients every time i ejaculated.

    I think its kind of a mix of both theories, thats why its so hard to precisly diagnose this condition because it is so complex.

    I know for sure 100% that about 2 months ago when I was still ejaculating, immediately afterwards I would get pain in my stomach, right over my belly button area, and if I were to push down on this area it would hurt much more. So i would take break from ejaculating and slowly day by day it would get better. So im pretty sure that was my prostate region and my prostate was flaring up after each ejaculation.

    But maybe its just all the muscle things youre talking about. But im not 100% what exactly you mean. Like which muscles are you talking about? I wish we had a diagram.

    Also, after ejaculating, my back would hurt like sooo much. this weird sharp nerve pain in my lower back. Again this would subside after I stopped ejacualting for a few days.

    But then it came to a point where both pains were just not going away, so I decided I HAD to abstain for a longer period.

    Right now its been 25 days i think. I still get horny and play with my dick a little but the boners are not very hard and if I start masterbating, it feels like i will cum in like 2 seconds so I have to stop and INSTANTLY my boner goes away.

    Ok, your pelvic muscles are all attached to each other they control urinating, defecating, sexual functions. Your dick itself is 50 percent muscle, picture a big connected muscle going from your dick to inside your ass , your perineum pretty much. This “big muscle” is a bunch of different little muscles working together. They get tight and spasm when your orgasm and come into play just getting erect, they also are what is control of letting blood into your dick. So if they are spasmed out and tight and fucked up you will feel different variety of tightness/pain and dysfunction what correlate to how fucked up your muscles are pretty much. When they are weak or messed up you clench even harder subconsciously even to “force” an erection per say and your b.c muscle clenches up/spasms which triggers your brain to want to orgasm.

    Most people who’s pelvic floors give out have the exact same symptoms as you and i they just don’t associate it with masturbating, because it typically isn’t ONLY jerking off that throws them out of whack but usually a variety of things including stressors in life, poor posture, sitting a lot, nervousness ( a lot of people clench of when nervous ) etc. etc. that eventually snowball into “cpps” “prostatits” etc. which are all basically the same thing. This is actually more common than you think it is and isn’t “sexual exhaustion” go look at nonbacterial prostatitis forums, different levels of sexual dysfunctions or weirdness or whatever pretty much go hand in hand with “prostatitis” which actually doesn’t have much to do with the prostate, just the muscles around it. Believe me read up on it, all these muscles affect each other in huge ways if one is fucked up the whole ship usually goes under.
