Here is a good site for hypothyroidism.

It discusses how excessive cortisol can cause hypo-thyroidism.

I’ve got em’ all except for increased weight and edema.

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

a good website and I’ll add a couple of points:

1- in the case of hypothyroidism, Ferritin and two thyroid antibodies (thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin) must also be tested. Low Ferritin can mimic the symptoms of hypothyroidism.

2-TSH is not a reliable measure of hypothyroidism or hypethyroidism but essential for pituitary testing. I had some symptoms and my TSH levels were pretty good.

3-Isocort is a good start but may or may not be enough for low cortisol. natural hydrocortisone (HC) should be considered further down the road. Cortisol is needed to distribute thyroid hormones to your cells. with little cortisol your blood will be high in thyroid hormones . low cortisol can also mimic the symptoms of hyperthyroidism (fast heart rate, anxiety etc…)

4- In addition to Iodine: Selenium, Vitamin C,Vitamin E from mixed tocopherols, B-Complex and L-tyrosine/Phenylalanine etc… are all essential for the healing process.

5- Armour or dessicated thyroid glands also contains calcitonin.
