    For the last couple of days my new idea is to follow exactly what Dr Lin eats and takes. Problem is when I emailed him with these questions, I just got a quick non detailed answer which was exactly this: “eat sea foods, seeds, nuts, vegetables and 1 egg every day.”

    I find it funny he recommends 1 Egg as I’ve never seen this recommendation by him before.

    So I was using Google to see what I could find on his website and I found this case:



    He never mentions Whey protein in his emails or case studies usually, and I’ve never taken whey protein, but isn’t 30g a lot?

    * 1. Eat or drink natural foods as possible as you can – Processed foods containing high artificial or additive chemicals that affect our bioelectric systems; enterprise-farm grown meats containing concentrated artificial hormones that stimulate the growth of the breast, ovary, prostate or testis cancers; residual pesticides in farm growth products causing infertility as well as busting sex drive.

    Some guys have improvement of symptoms when they keep a proteined diet.

    Some Nutritionists think that excessive sugar overstimulate adrenal glands and keep a good ration between proteins and carbohydrates is the first step to heal adrenal fatigue. (2/3 carbs for 1/3 proteins).

    whey protein is really good but is getting more expensive and if you’re not lactose intolerant it is a good option to shoot for? As for how much thats something you need to experiment with.
