I am 19 years old and began experiencing symptoms of SE starting around january 2010. They started with premature ejaculation during sex(something that never happend to me before). I continued overmasterbating and i began to get weaker erections until i rarely got morning wood and couldnt get it up with my gf. Iam not sure if this is due to SE or just doing heavy weightlifting but i also have a constant dull pain in my lower back which i read is were most of the nerves controling erection and ejaculation are is linked to SE. Once i came across Dr. lins website and this forum i was able to figure out what was causing my problems, overmasterbation I do not have adrenal fatigue and my thyroid is functioning well acording to my blood tests.
Since april 19th I have not masterbated once. At first i only noticed slight improvements but one time when i manually tried to get it up i expericned seminal leakage which just further pointed me in the direction that my parasymthetic nerves are severally undercharged.
Anyway since around may 2nd i began taking Dr. Lins love longer III, fishoils, multivitamins, 5htp, acetyl l carnitine, l tyrosine. lechitin, GABA, and worked out consistently. after a few weeks there were some improvements, i was getting night time erections that werent extremely weak, i was almost always getting it up for my gf (which is the only sexual activity i engage in) and toward the end of the love longerIII i was able to last much longer and truly felt like i was on the road to recovery. However once i ran out of Dr. lins product i cumed in less than a minute during sex. This was very frustrating since i felt like i had been making great progess. Any way i ordered more of his love longer III and endurmax which aparently nourishes the parasymthetic nerves.
This is my new plan starting the moment his pills arive
Take a multivitamin, love longer III, Endurmax, lechithin and fishoils after breakfast which will always have 4 raw eggs included in it for extra choline.
Take more fishoils and lechitin during lunch.
take the final dose of love longer III and endurmax after dinner with the final fishoils.
and then before sleep im going to take 5htp, l tyrosine, GABA, acetyl L carnitine, lechitin, and another multivitamin.
Im def not going to masterbate and iam even considering telling my gf to take a complete sexual break for a while(fucking sucks but i really need to heal this bullshit cant go on living like this) and im going to liftweights 4 times a week and do cardio on 2 other days. I am also gona focus on staying as parasympathetic as possible and reduce any stress levels.

You have the right idea. Limiting sexual activity is key. Weight lifting seems to be a common factor for people with SE, I don’t know why; maybe it makes people more tense. Be sure your workouts are balanced and stretch a lot for sure.
You also seem to understand that stress is the worst thing for you. Every bad thing you do to your body adds stress to it, so you’ll need good habits. You should try to sleep 7-8 hours a night and wake up at dawn. Staying up really late will stress you a lot. Also your diet is important. Avoid processed, unnatural foods/hydrogenated oils/high fructose corn syrup (which is in everything!)etc. Diet should be mostly plant based, but meat can be ok. Have you ever used protein or muscle supplements? (ie, gnc) I suspect those might be terrible for you.
Now, if stress causes the problem, which I’m almost certain that it does, the key to feeling better will be relaxing and letting your body fix itself. Make time for relaxation. This takes time and discipline; you will need to take time to go somewhere quiet and let yourself relax. Pay attention to breathing. (should be in the belly, not the chest…don’t worry to much about clearing your mind; it is nearly impossible) It is good to do paradoxical relaxation: notice where you have stress, and expend no effort (because that will stress you more); just accept the stress and let your body fix things like it knows how. There are plenty of other ways to relax; but active relaxation is key. Note that if your face is in front of a TV or computer; you are not relaxing.
I don’t know too much about supplements, but I suggest you avoid Dr. Lin’s bullshit (because it is bullshit), and take 3-5 GRAMS of vitamin C every day.
So there is good news and bad news. The good news is it is entirely possible to get better. The bad news is that it probably will not be fast. You will need to be patient. Avoid going back to too much sex as soon as you start to feel better. Be patient and stick to good diet/RELAXATION/sleep at night/limited sex/exercise and you should feel better, sexually and otherwise.
For reference, the only book I’ve found that is by doctors who seem to understand the problem is “A headache in the pelvis”. It isn’t specifically about SE, but they do address the symptoms and causes, as well as ways to get better. Here is the link:
Fight this problem aggressively! If you do not it will make you feel shitty for a long time. At the same time, do not panic, and be patient. Treat yourself right and you will get better.

i dono about dr lins products being complete bullshit because three days after i ran out of my first months supple of pills my problems began returning which leads me to think that if i had ordered 2 or 3 more months suppls and kept takin them till i was fully healed i woulda been healed. i completly understand why most people on this forum dont trust his products and methods i just personally felt like i was making progress with his pills. 1. look at lifesttyle, and why you are having this behavior.
2. Look for triggers and then work on removing them.
3. Look at nutritonal balance
4. sleep hygiene
5. Hormonal imbalnace – look for list provided by max for this
6. Look at psychological patterns or genetic traits that may lie
7. Find some thing you like to do and replace a bad habit with a good habit

1. 25 mg DHEA – taking DHEA directly is not a good idea. It’s not natural and it won’t help you in the long run. The only people that need to take DHEA are those that are lacking it extremely, and even then, they only take it for a few weeks. Have tests done to see where your DHEA stands, before you poison your body further.
2. This product ALREADY includes 5-htp and GABA, and you are taking more of those on top of it. I can’t tell you how much of each you need, but I hope you keep it in consideration that you’re consuming 5-htp and GABA twice a day.
3. Contains things like Horny Goat Weed, Wild Yams, Ginko Bibola..
Horny Goat weed – only a temporary booster; unnatural.
Wild Yams – apparently this is for females only. Forgot the details, but it’s not to be taken by men.
Ginko – also powerful stuff that is not to be toyed with. Can change your blood pressure and so on..
So basically, this product looks promising on paper, but it is to be AVOIDED. Dr Lin has all the right knowledge, but it’s unfortunate that he tried to make money off of products like these. 100 ingredients in 1 bottle that will ‘supposedly’ heal 1 issue does not work. I’m not a doctor, but I’m jus passing you all my knowledge from past couple months of research.
Certain ingredients might be helping, of course, like 5-htp or some ginseng, but the others might be doing harm at the same time, like the DHEA and wild yams. There’s a lot of unnatural ingredients in this, so for your own good, please avoid. It could make things even worse in the long run.
Also about the L’tyrosine you’re taking – again, cut it out. I’m almost 100% sure that you are not lacking in dopamine levels, and either way a dopamine agonist will only help temporarily, perhaps by supressing prolactin, and will do nothing for you long term. (I’m getting all this from a doctor, not just forums I looked up online..)
I’ve never heard of any of the ingredients of EndurMax, so I can’t comment.
So overall, keep everything the way it is, but please for the love of god cut out of love longer III and L’tyrosine.
The fact that you went back to PE as soon as the products ended shows that it could have been only a temporary effect perhaps caused by the aggresive Horny Goat Weed, and Tribulus Terrestris, and other ingredients. But you need to think long term. Those ingredients only give a boost short term.
I think diet, exercise, and rest are all very important, but I think the two most detremental factors that will determine recovery time are: taking the RIGHT supplements, and not busting a nut until you feel you’re recovered somewhat. Sometimes it takes me up to two weeks to get that sex drive and full erection back, when I know I can bust a nut again, or sometimes it’ll take a few days, but if you bust before that time, when you feel you’re still not where you want to be, then you’ll just be cutting into your progress.

aight thanks alot im strongly thinking about leaving the love longer III on the side for now and the l tyrosine. Iv noticed that raising my acetycholine levels is without a doubt whats helping me most its crazy how much it helps. i guess its cuse makes my parasymthetic nervous system function better. I actually also decided im not gona lift weights until im fully healed(despite the fact that i love lifting and this is gona be my first break in 5 years but whatever gotta heal). the reason i changed this is
A) iv noticed that after some intense weight lifting workout my syptoms get kinda worse, for example one of the two times seminal leakage happend to me was when i tried to get it up after an intense leg workout. and
B) to many people on this forum were into lifting weights, theres gotta be some connection. so for the time being ima actually stick to walking 5 miles a day. i feel like this wont stress my body to much and will keep me parasympatetic but will also alow me to now become a fatass. I actually did my first such workout today actually wasnt that bad just time consuming.
So in conclusion
Im gona walk 5 miles a day.
avoid all sexual activity until i wake up with consistent and powerful morning erections
im gona supplement with fishoils, vitamins, 5 htp, lechithin, GABA, and Acetycholine supplements along with a healty diet. O and milk thistle to help my liver.
