    maybe so, but coffee in moderation will do no harm in terms of healing same as alcohol; it is best to avoid both of these but i enjoy them both in moderation



    i think moderation for everything is good.



    I’ve tried to cut down on my tea. I used to drink about 3/4 mugs/cups a day from about 10 years old to now, 17.

    Now i usually just have one in the morning and evening or just in the morning sometimes. I sometimes substitute the one in the evening for a hot milk.
