Is anybody here expereincing frequent urination? I know that when you increase fluid intake, you’ll urinate more, however, I’ll have to urinate extremely bad within 15 minutes of drinking a glass of water. I’ll go up to 3-4 times per hour!

I believe it’s caused by prostate problems/inflammation, as well as low PGE1. I found a good prostate formula I will purchase, and hopefully I can work through this.

    Leave your thoughts.

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

i think fish oil helped me with this

I get that to, I thought it had to do with increased adrenaline though and it normally goes away after a few days.

Well, I usually drink 250 mL – 500 mL per “glass.” So 1 or 2 cups. I am currently on creatine, however I had this problem before I started taking it.

The prostate formula is a very good one, with all of the ingredients you have listed.

hey bedwards has creatine elevated any of your liver enzymes?

    No idea, man.

this could be a enlarged prostate, high pge2 with low pge1 or a urinary infection. you should go to your doctor.

… I know that you said you had this problem before you started creatine, but that could make the problem worse. when I was taking it, it did the same thing to me. I was always running to the pisser. You are supposed to drink lots of water with it, by the way. If I were you, I would get off it. The benefits aren’t worth the potential risks for the future. But this is only my opinion… It may cause kidney problems later.

i agree with the fact that creatine is really a waste of time.

i took it when i was working out 6 times a week and it basically prevents you from getting fatigued too qucikly but i personally believe its more suitable for endurance kinda athletes rather than bodybuilders.

i don’t agree with the kidney problems however. one of my friend’s kidneys blew out coz he was consuming like 400-500g of protein while dieting. this protein stuff is so overhyped. every supplement in bodybuilding is hyped as well.

i think i drifted away from the subject but yeah it does sound like a pre-existing problem. you might wanna do a urine culture to rule out any possible infection.
