    im so used to wanking its unreal, i “try” to give it up and find my self doing it as i wake without even thinking about it.

    im stoping for 9 months-the time it takes to produce a life

    ive quit a few times,went three weeks and felt no diffent so slipped back into old ways……

    this is going to be the hardest few months of my life….everything i know and do is going to change,because im going to do the complete oposite..

    Good luck man…9 months is a long ass time. Damn, in 9 months, the school year will be over…as well as highschool period. Anyway, are you gonna stop all ejaculations or just masturbating? And what supplements are you taking? I dont know for me, masturbating isnt too hard to stop, its just looking porn and other arrousing images.



    sometimes i get confused about how often to ejaculate…

    i have been having slight pain in my tailbone recently and this could be caused by not ejaculating…

    i still think he means one can do it this much as long as there completley healthy, he also stats that if someone quits masterbating they should have wet dreams 2-3x week since why he recommends to ejaculate.

    This is why i dont like dr.lin that much he says something like that than in a another post he tells one to quit ejaculation and they he stopped ejaculations for 6 months



    from what I understand, wet dreams are fine. Self induced ejaculations from masterbation or sex or whatever are what should be avoided



    stoping for that long may cause its own problems,but its to recharge!!!

    my pe can not get any worse,take a steady hit of suppliments for that to,e
