I’ve recently been experiencing aching and soreness in my groin and area and testicles. It’s an on/off sort of problem like an inflammation or swelling. Does anyone know what this represents?

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

Read the posting “Burning Sensation in Scrotum”. I had posted-and got some replies. it’s too do with low PGE-1/high PGE-2. Strangely enough I noticed I felt this a lot when I was on high dosage Fish Oil/Borage Oil

yes if the doage is extremely high the body starts to counter effect the benefits of the oil. thats why u need to start with low dosages and work upwards or simply eat more fish during the week

sometimes it will hurt more when you take something to treat it. for example when someone puts a treatment on to treat a deep cut it will hurt.

oh ok, is that what we should experience when the oil is used a few couple of times in the beginning?

Here is what I have learned.

Prostaglandin E2 is definately stress related. If my groin is burning and I do some mild exercise, such as yoga, table tennis, it goes away.

If I am stressed out, or if I am arguing with someone, my groin pain flares up.

Here is an article that explains how PGE2 is related to fight or flight

Apparently, Vitamin E is supposed to reduce PGE2. See article

Sometimes when it is burning very bad, put some ice on my groin and it helps.

Finally, unlike what Dr. Lin says, I don’t think you even have to go as far as ejaculating to get this response. Sometimes, when I get aroused, the base of my penis (or spermatic cord) will start to burn.

you do mention a good point about pge-2. i’ve also found that when not in a comfortable position i also get the same burning sensation and lower back pain. when i do cardio all that pain disappears. however i still think one should get fish oil as it is all round has many health benefits. might as well get borage oil.
