    Sexual Exhaustion is a curse, I’m 20, and I haven’t recovered.

    I believe this is my own fault for masturbating so young (age 8 ), and that its so hard to change your habits (masturbating, diet, exercise, supplements).

    But I’ll tell you one thing, after I recover, nothing will seem impossible again.

    My personal opinion is Sexual Exhaustion is harder to recover then cancer, because Sexual Exhaustion requires replenishing the central nervous system, as well as so many other things.

    If your not as bad off, by not masturbating so young, then you may see great results if you cut masturbating to 1 a week. Cutting your masturbating/sex should be your first move.

    I strongly believe that adrenals are key. I starting taking isocort and DHEA, along with other herbs and what not…but once I stopped the herbs, I was still able to have sex with the isocort and DHEA. I even messed up and masturbated alot to porn again, but when I was back with my girl I was able to have a strong erection. This was never possible if I masturbated…and to be able to have sex and soon after get another erection to have sex again without something like Aspire to me is unheard of…but I’m doing it now. I think I’m really getting close to healing. I’m getting so close, that I almost cried and became depressed when I masturbated because I thought that I reuined it, but I didnt. Three things that if I fixed I’d be really happy is my eye floaters, penis curvature, and my small testicles that sometimes are very cold during sex. I’m getting there guys…I think.

    i have recovered in the sense that i am able to have erections again as i used to, not perfect strength but like 80% of what it used to be

    i still have issues with premature ejaculation, not in a bad sense but wish i could go on just a little longer

    i am currently on 15 mg hydrocortisone and 30 mg dhea and 4000 iu of vitamin d, sometimes i take 50 mg zinc picolinate and 200 mg of 5-htp for improved deep sleep, it’s like every other day

    i still have the issue that my erections are variable and am working out with dim how to have a consistent strength by lowering estradiol e2

    so far ive had not much succes with it, so i am of the dim for now, because of new job assignment which is a little out of my neighborhood and less sleep, therefore my morning erections aren’t as reliable

    after new year i will start dim again and see when i get morningwood and when i lose it, will stop the dim, and the day my wood returns will go on half a pill of dim

    if this works and is sufficient to garuantee good erection strength, then i will go on for the rest of my issue, still some fatigue (also at around 80%)

    i might try raw thyroid again or selenium

    to solve my last issue, premature ejaculation i might try a two month trial of vitex or b6 in it’s p5p form

    when this succeeds expect a recovery story from me

    I’m taking 8 pellets a day of isocort(4 2x a day) and 50mg of DHEA(25mg 2x a day). I just started my colon cleanse and Reset AD.

    the more and more posts i read the more i am convinced that ADRENALS ARE THE KEY.

    raven is having huge improvements with Isocort and DHEA, both i believe address issues with Adrenal.

    BTW the last post isn’t a rant at you, its just to say most of us on this forum didn’t realise until later how hard it would be to recover from this condition.

    So if your in the early stages, give it all you got, because its damn hard to make progress in the later stages.

    I fall victim to this ALL the time. Like a month ago I started making progress, and I masturbated…alot. That shit always happens…but no more…no more. I made a promise to my girlfriend, my future wife, that I wont masturbate or look at porn anymore.

    SEXUAL EXHAUSTION IS EASY TO RECOVER FROM DEPENDING ON YOUR CAUSES.

    I started excess masterbating(several times a day) from from 10 years old and went on for well over a decade. In the later stages I became impotent but the erection came back after a few weeks. I read the article (Bernarr Macfadden) and did what he said for one month:

    abstinance+aerobic excercise+good diet + cold sitz bath

    I was seeing remarkable results within that month. However I quickly came back to porn and destroyed myself.

    I then suffered chronic stress for two months and now have adrenal fatigue(completely fucked up homrmon balancing). Now I have impotence which is caused by that and won’t be able to heal the damage done by masterbation until I heal the adrenal fatigue which is very very difficult and i’m guessing will take years even if 100% is possible.

    My point is that if you do not have adrenal problems and similar problems, just excessive masterbation leading to prematurity and reduced erection size, following an abstinance+aerobic excercise+good diet _ cold sitz bath will work. Doing this is not hard at all if you enjoy sports. Forget that your trying to heal yourself, pick an appropriate aerboc sport/s and become an athlete, you will become fit for marriage by the time you have done so.

    On the other hand if you have endocrine imbalances as you know they are affecting our erections, moods, energy etc so we must fix them first. As there is no clear path for recovery for us, we are in a tougher situation.

    I’m taking various things pantothenic acid, pantethine,vit c, pregnenolone, good diet, lifestyle etc. I am not on hormone therapy.

    I am not seeing any improvments 1.5 months into treatment and can tell this will be tough.

    dim is the one phil aka pmgamer18 suggests from ritecare pharmacy, it is the indolplex dim which is better absorbed by the body because of stomach issues

    the dim i got which is exact the sam don’t ask why it’s exact the same, but it’s enzymatic therapy estrobalance with dim

    got them from evitamins, under the natural sources brand.. will no go for iherb in the future

    it’s all good… i had an episode of more difficulty with wood last week, because i felt more sweaty and bad.. this i guess is because of the increased estradiol, and i have to report that taking this brand of dim really helped my erection, whether or not it truely lowered estradiol… a couple days later it came back online and was WAY harder so it must have lowered it

    life in general is great but busy with work again, still same girlfriend.. thanks! what about you?

    The treatment, supplement, dosages etc vary on the person according to my doctor. He originally started me on pantethine only but has now asked me to take both pantethine and pantethinic acid. Unfortunetely I do not know the scientifc exlpanation for this.

    All you need for a cold sitz bath is a bowl of cold water(the colder the better so add ice cubes for freeze). It can be done at home with a big bowl.

    You then just ‘sit’ your ass and dick into it with your legs and upper body outside.

    There is something illogical with dr Lam’s diet between acid-alkalin balance and potassium/sodium balance.

    Acid diet => weak adrenals (more cortisol release)

    Alkalin diet => good for adrenals

    but sodium ( recomanded for adrenal fatigue) is acid

    and potassium (not recommanded) is alkalin.

    And banana (high GI, high potassium) is not recommanded for adrenal fatigue but good for alkalin diet.

    Before adrenal fatigue I my diet wasn’t great, I was still having tea, chocolates but my meals were 3 sliced vegetables+rice+(chicken or fish or meat). As I said abstinance and frequent aerobic excercise such as indoor soccer even on a bad diet was working for me.

    After adrenal fatigue my diet plan is very similar to the one suggested by dr lam, at least in timing and amounts of food types.
