    I’ve been making a strong effort to stop looking at arrousing images, whether it be porn or just pictures of very sexy women. I’ve come to the conclusion that I cant. I’m just soooo horny, that I cant stop. I’ve been able to stop masterbating though, which is great. Looking forward to the next 2 weeks when I ejaculate for the first time in 2 months! Anyway, how do you guys do it? The longest I’ve probably gone without looking is a week.

    Raven…I don’t necessarily believe you’re doing it all because you’re horny. I suspect that you are addicted to looking at these images. It’s become a pattern for you…you speak of this in so many of your posts which just shows me how significant it is in your life. It will take a concerted effort to reduce the frequency and eventually break this habit

    But is looking at these images destructive in a way that it can make one more exhausted? Does it really affect you? I mean as long as I dont masterbate to these images, its ok right? I understand that its not exactly healthy to sit on the computer and just to look at these images. But if someone doesnt masterbate to them and looks at the from time to time, is there any harm in that?

    Time Ok I understand this…but my main concern is does looking at these images affect sexual exhaustion? Do you guys think its possible for someone to have looked at so many images online or not, that when they are in a real life encounter, they cant get an erection?

    ok guys, I understand that I’m addicted. I can get over that slowly, which I have been. I dont really watch porn anymore, its more like pictures of sexy women, most of them not nude pictures. The straight forward answer you guys are not giving me is if looking at these will affect my sexual exhausted, make it worse, or not have any affect on it…

    i think it can affect. the images propels you heart rate, your neurotransmitters are stimulated, you get an erection, you probably end up getting pre-cum. all not good to a sexually exhausted person. theres a time last week but two i had this girl, and we were fooling around but no sex, i was erect the whole time-about 45 minutes. the next day…no erection. i wished i had not had that episode with her..

    so in short i think imagining or thinking of sex which porn does can affect recovery.

    i bet i’m recovering (maybe 40%). sometimes i get hard morning erections, sometimes not…i had sex this weekend though it wasn’t as hard as i wanted. i stayed for almost 15 minutes before coming. I just don’t know if more sex will do me harm or good coz now i’m not getting morning erections. my erection is at 3 o clock and i need it to rise. i will try raw egg yolk i see how that goes.

    What are you trying to get out of the egg yolk? Choline? There certainly has to be an easier solution since raw eggs have their cons. (especially if you have an allergy to eggs)

    Here are some tips for eating raw eggs I found in my search:

    #1 ALWAYS check the freshness of the egg right before you want to consume the yolk.

    #2 If you are uncertain about the freshness of an egg, don’t eat it.

    #3 If it smells ‘strange’, don’t eat it.

    #4 If there is a crack in the shell, don’t eat it.

    #5 Don’t wash the eggs before storing them

    #6 To be able to properly judge the freshness of an egg, it’s contents need to be at room temperature; eggs that are stored in the fridge and are opened right away seem fresher than they are. The eggs that you want to check freshness of, should be kept outside the fridge for at least an hour prior to opening them.

    #7 First check all the eggs by rolling them across a flat surface. If they don’t roll wobbly, don’t consume them.

    #8 Secondly: shake the eggs; when they dash, don’t consume them.

    #9 Thirdly: Immerse the eggs in a pan of cool, salted water. If it rises to the surface somewhat, don’t consume it. If the egg emits a tiny stream of bubbles, don’t consume it. (then the shell is porous/contains a hole)

    #10 Open the egg;

    If the egg white is watery instead of gel-like, don’t consume the egg.

    If the egg yolk is not convex and firm, don’t consume the egg.

    If the egg yolk easily bursts, don’t consume the egg.

    #11 The first 3 days that you consume fresh raw egg yolk, take only one teaspoon of it, so that your defense system has the time to adapt to the small amount of bacteria in the egg. The next 3 days you can take one whole egg yolk. And the next 3 days after that you can take one yolk more, and so on. That way your defenses system will be properly trained to fight bacteria, so that even if you eat something really bad in the wrong restaurant with your friends, your bowels will maximally move too much while your friends may be seriously ill.

    raw egg yolks are just fine. As for salmonella, if you stick to free range or organic eggs that are fresh (healthy chickens produce healthy eggs), make sure to inspect your eggs when you buy them and NEVER EAT A CRACKED EGG, then your already extremely small chance of getting salmonella drops to about nil.

    Nope. Egg yolk has a host of other benefits…it’s like a stacked multi-vitamin and it has Omega-3 and Omega-6 EFAs.

    the usual stigma is that you can eat as many eggwhites as you want (1st meal of some bodybuilders is 18 eggwhites with other stufF)

    but not too many yolks, because this would be bad for cholesterol

    how do you explain this?

    yeah cooked egg whites is completely fine, eating raw egg whites could cause a biotin defiency, they probably dont eat the egg yolks because of the high fat content. its a good fat, and fat doesnt make you fat

    almost all bodybuilders advise those people on their diet, to increase the amount of fats in their diet, up to 30/40 percent of the totals caloric intake

    i eat fish nearly everyday and organ meat, plus i drink raw milk and eat 10 raw egg yolks daily

    Whats wrong with 4-6 boiled eggs with runny yolk and buttered soldiers every morning? …Or fried eggs with runny yolk – but fried in olive oil to up the intake of omega-6! …Then drink the oil left in the pan afterwards too, lol

    Does yolk taste the same weather its slightly cooked (still runny) or raw? Personally it sounds revolting enough to make me wretch.

    egg yolks are very good to consume. 2 bodybuilders talked about an anabolic effect when consuming raw eggs.i believe the term was eggloading. again if you consume the egg whites raw you will end up with a biotin deficiency. thats why yu need a biotin supplement. eggs are a very cheap source of protein. personally i like steak, chicken and eggs. on occasion i will eat fish.

    you should not refrigerate the eggs. they should be kept at room temperature

    Cooked foods are NOT the same as raw… The enzyme structure in food is greatly changed when cooked. RAW will always be better than anything cooked as far as nutritional value is concerned. Also cooking food in general increases the gylcemic index of the food.

    maybe i don’t know, eggs are extremley sensitive to heat or cold, even refrigeration can alter proteins, your best just putting the yolks into Orange juice, it taste good into organe juice
