    Im thinking that my problem of PE has to do with the fact that I got so used to masturbating that the rush of it that I trained my brain to climax quicker.

    This is the same theory that Dr lin has. he says you must retrain your brain , but how??? anyone tell me how please.

    lowering your timing of ejaculation with masturbation is one way, i mean if you are used to ejaculate in 5 minutes train to ejaculate at 10 minutes.

    stopping porn or other fetishes while masturbating can help in this issue , but it will take time too c the difference

    PE have to do also with a “weak parasympathetic system”, that is to say, a premature age and waste in the organs and quimic sustances that are involved in ejaculation/sex etc.

    For example, a excessive/insufficient production of dopamine leads to Premature Ejaculation. In general an abnormal number of neurohormones in the bloodstream can lead to PE. Also the PC muscle of the prostate can be “fatigued”. Also excessive prostaglandin E2 that causes inflammation.

    In any case, what you can do (plus to follow ´s advice, with which you will benefit) is to test your neurotransmitters and catecholamines. I dont know yet how to treat the prostate or the “excessive prostraglandin E2”.

    One of the guys that ACTUALLY recovered in this forum, after he fixed all the other problems, solved PE with a weird system with which I am skeptical… But I post it anyway.

    yes Ive read Yuhus story before but I have not yet tried that method. perhaps i should but im more concerned about solving the problem at its root.

    Yes delaying ejaculation is a theory that you would think would help but, what happens is that i will only get an erection (which i need to ejaculate) when im really turned on. and when im really turned on, i will ejaculate QUICK.

    so its a vicious cycle. it didnt used to be like this before all this shit happened.

    I used to be normal and could control my ejaculation easily. but now, with my girlfriend and even alone, i can barely last a couple of minutes of stimulation and then I can feel that I will bust so easily.

    I think the trick lies in the whole “getting turned on part” . to rewire the brain you must learn to get turned on (hence get an erection) slowly. i dunno. im desperate

    This would be a complete waste of time until uv adressed the biochemical reasons for ur premature ejaculation and frequent urination. Attempting to retrain ur orgasm response while ur chronically depleted of neurotransmitters most notably serotonin and gaba which help prevent pe is pointless.

    What many of u dont seem to understand about the people who have recovered is that before they engaged in any additional bonus therapies such as retrAining their orgasm response or cold water therapy or vacum cupping they adressed all the biochemical reasons for their dysfunctions in the first place.

    That has to be true.

    If you have reached this point, the so called “Sexual Exhaustion”, just normal tips like stopping masturbation, delaying ejaculation or taking epidemium wont do enough, because we are greatly imbalanced. Those steps are only effective for men, sadly, far more healthy than us.

    exactly… I also have alot of personal experience in this particular topic.

    One of the first symptoms of SE that started happening to me was the Premature ejaculation. It started happening almost immidiatly after the 2nd time I did exstacy. Fortuantly at the time I was i had a girlfriend so I noticed the Premature ejaculation right away. My timeline was something like this

    1st year of relationship = absolutly no premature ejaculation, actually had severely delayed ejaculation

    September of 2009. We go to college , relationship becomes long distance= begin to get addicted to porn alot more , start smokin weed alot more, and do ecstacy for the first time……still no premature ejaculation

    December of 2009= Ejaculating way to much, smoking weed way to much and do exstacy a second time.

    2 days later= see my girl…….Severe premature ejaculation. Less then 30 seconds. Before that was lucky to get my nut off in 20-30 minutes.

    For the next few months I tried every trick in the book. Kegels, thinking about baseball, thnking about my mom, counting backwards , deep breathing, and O ya I tried to train myself by masterbating for longer and guess what? Total epic fail.

    Around april , May of 2010 I discovered the SE forum and Dr. Lins sites. Finally everything made sense.

    Spent the months of june, july, august 2010 experimenting with various combinations of 5htp, GABA, phenibut, tryptophan etc etc to cure my PE….and guess what…..on about 4-5 occasions after I mass dosed those various supps for a few days before a planned sex session my PE went from 30 seconds to 10-20 minutes. There was absolutly no placebo affect. A few days after discontuning the supps the PE would be back.

    the reason Im postin this is because im tryin to demonstrate that most likely most of your symtoms especially PE is related to biochemical imbalances in your body…Abstaining and retrainin your ejaculation response will not do anything for that UNTIL you have permanitly fixed those biochemical issues.

    Once again im not sayin they dont have any value, but only under the right circumstances.
