    if i pour coconut oil as a liquid on one slice of bread and take it to my work, will it still be good and not rancid after 4-8 hours? i.e. if i eat it in the afternoon?

    same question for hempseed oil on bread?

    what about if i cook a steak in the morning (medium) and then slice it up and take it along with me on bread, how long can you keep this (since it’s medium)?

    you could also put your food into a lunch box with an ice pak..

    i dont think coconut oil goes bad, in fact i heard it stays fresh for many many years.

    meat and fish is apparently fine once cooked for up to 2 or 3 days in the fridge. It is harder to break down when it is cooked. I keep leftover chicken and salmon all the time for my sandwhiches. You can buy fresh cut meat from deli’s or from supermarket shelves (air tight) and they always last 3 days so I can’t imagine there is much difference unless those bought in supermakets are stuffed with tons of crap and preservatives.

    i wanna try a diet like this:

    2 slices of bread with full butter and two whole cooked eggs 1 tbsp coconut oil

    1 slice of bread dipped in coconut oil with butter and cooked egg

    2 slices of bread dipped in coconut oil with butter and sliced medium steak

    1 slice of bread dipped in coconut oil with butter and cooked egg

    potatoes mashed with butter and maggi’s and some protein like fish or chicken with vegetables 200 grams and perhaps hempseed oil

    i think this will nicely substitute my stuff which i normally put on bread like thin slices of chicken meat and not providing me enough protein

    the coconut oil on sandwiches in moderation for fats

    the eggs for protein and cholesterol

    maybe every once and again switch the eggs with other protein and bread with salad/greens and/or rice

    Very well thank you. I have been reading lots of books on nutrition and its proving very helpful in my recovery. I hope your diet plans above are not made using white breads. You also need to remove those potatoes and any pasta and rice. If you must have pasta and rice then replace them with the brown kind and do not over-cook them because they will be digested too quickly. If you have potatoes then have new potatoes, sweet potatoes or yams because they contain less starch (nasty carb!) and have them or any other potatoes in moderation and small portions. They are all high in carbohydrates and mostly wasted calories which will interfere with any supplements you may be taking. High GI carbs like these will increase your blood sugar dramatically and mess with nutrients being transported in your blood stream.

    Perhaps you could explain why you are interested in coconut oil as it actually contains a lot of saturated fat and very little essential fatty acid.

    Anyhow, how is it going Pimp? I should be around a lot more now because things are starting to look up and I want to share my findings with you guys.

    apart from looking young without much beard hair its all good

    i feel reasonably good and can have erections at will and last a decent amount of time, often long enough to give my girl a vaginal orgasm if erection is hard enough and had enough foreplay

    labs im not so happy about which is why i will try to work with hardasnails to see if he can fix my stuff, my doc won’t give me thyroid meds or do clomid so that’s gonna be an issue

    coconut oil because it’s a good source of saturated fats and these are needed for testosterone

    i am on a little bit lower fat diet although im trying to change it, if this alone can help my total test numbers to go up why not?

    the carbs i agree on.. i will try to find yams and that sort of stuff.. truth be told i have to watch my budget as well and need to find a place to get all of this good stuff

    Same problem I have. I’m 21 but look only 17.

    Recently I’ve been using minoxidil (Rogaine/Regaine) on my face and torso and new hair has been growing; but I have also cut masturbation down quite a bit. But I really think minoxidil really helps, because this is the first time I’m growing torso and beard hairs. I hope this helps.

    rogaine is some sort of hair regrowth thing or formulated for facial hair?

    it only grows where you apply it?

    i don’t really want to use that stuff hehe.. have to be careful how you smear it out on your face i suppose.. not careful enough and you will have hair growing up near your eyes if you smear incorrectly
