    I’ve been masterbating since I was 13. Almost everyday, sumtimes twice a day (rarely). And recently (19), I lost my libido and my erection. My question is, how long to get recover from this? Or is it impossible to be normal again? Any recommended drugs? I’ve been taking Horny Goat Weed, Zinc, and 2-4 raw eggs a day.

    if you dont get the proper blood work, honestly i dont think you’ll ever get recovery… unless you have a very minor cause.

    but i think 99% of the people on this board have something up hormonally either adrenal fatigue, thyroidism, neuro imbalance, nutritional imbalances..

    all of which can be tested for and all of which can be rebalanced.

    i think the bare minium tests should be

    Urine B12, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc.

    Of course you can heal, it all depends on the how depleted are your internal energy reserves, and also how good is your healing rate. Is there some other problems in your body right now, what is the emotional state ( calm, relaxed? ). If you are not calm, I recommend meditation, deep breathing and relaxation practices.

    If you have a lots of stressful things going on in your life it will make the healing more difficult. Excessive stress can prevent the recharging.

    Solid diet is recommended, eat less foods which give you problems. Don’t be too harsh on yourself, your health will not fall apart if you drink few beers now and then, I drink beer quite often nowadays and still recharge very well.

    Do not abandon sex altogether since it is not natural, try to find a nice girlfriend who understands your situation and with whom you can have sex with about once a week.

    Yes I do. But I don’t do it too frequent (1-2 per week) like the good old days, as I have observed that each time I ejaculate I feel so tired and I feel as if I’ve lost my soul or sumthin (sounds silly though).

    They key I think is just to avoid porn and take supplements regularly, although some supplements might not work but they still give you a possitive thinking that you’ll recover someday.

    Horny Goat Weed and Extagen, I know I’m not supposed to mix those things. But I adjust the dose. I took 1 Extagen and 2 Horny Goat Weed per day. Those pills made me feel warm somehow. I tried taking 2 Horny Goat Weed at a time but it speeds up ur heart rate, so don’t try it.

    By the way, the Horny Goat Weed I’m talking about is a product name, which contains not only Horny Goat Weed but some usefull ingredients.

    Also I have made some serious diet style change. I ate a lot of bean sprouts as it increases the amount of semen (proven). And I ate raw eggs and oyster whenever possible. Believe me, those things are not just myth.

    From my opinion, by avoiding porn, you will have more interest in real girls, especially the one in front of us.

    For me porn is purposely browsing a porn site or watching porn movies.



    I think its important to remember that time is a issue as well, i mean how much you look at it.

    For me looking at a hot girl, maybe makes me horny but simply because it doenst take that much time before it slows down im not as affect, atleast for me these situations seem to insignificant.

    While actually watching porn for long periods of time simply because i was addicted to it affected me on a whole different level, imo simply because i did a lot more.

    I’ve been dealing with sexual exhaustion with my main symptoms being a numb penis and testes. I have been looking for any advice on supplementation and was hoping one of you guys could help. I’m currently taking…

    – GABA (125mg/daily)
    – Acetyl-L-Carnitine (500mg/daily)
    – Gingko Biloba (120mg/daily)
    – Krill Oil (500mg/daily)
    – Vitamin D (500mg/daily)
    – Vitamin B Complex
    – Multi-Vitamin (on top of everything else)
    Is this a good supplement regiment? I don’t want to further screw myself up by taking improper supplementation, but know that I need to take action further than just abstinence.
