    I’m 21 years old and I think since the age of 16 (due to my over-masturbation) I haven’t be able to have an orgasm when I ejaculate.

    I still ejaculate, just no orgasm, zilch.

    I’ve suffered this problem for 5 years.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    I havn’t been able to orgasm while ejaculating for over a year and a half now. This happens to be one of my key concerns while over comming sexual exhaustion. I am fully determined to get to the bottom of what is refered to as anorgasmia and also the more extreme anhedonia. I’m sure elevated prolactin levels are a key player and the low dopamine levels as well, but in order to find out what is preventing the Oxytocin release in the brain is the most important to figuring out why we can’t orgasm. I have noticed that I have alot of pressure in the third eye center of the forhead region and cannot get fully relaxed while trying to pleasure myself.



    I have noticed when i masturbate…. the harder my erections are and longer i can go the better my orgasms are ; which yields a big ejaculation too

    if my erections are weak and i dont last as long (premature ejaculation)…my orgasm suck..

    you can take oxytocin,, its expensive but it may work.

    I would just like to add something further to this thread that to help generate some oxytocin and I have managed to notice a difference with was stacking omega-3’s and omega-6’s. I would suggest doing this by DHA and Evening Primrose Oils both together the reason for these too is I don’t think Fish Oil is a good idea these days due to toxins and Borage Oil doesn’t get taken up by the brain but Evening Primrose does. If anyone out there would like to try this I would really like to hear about how much of a difference it made.



    Although most women with PMS have normal prolactin levels, some have elevated levels. Regardless of prolactin level, it is thought that women with PMS have an increased sensitivity to this hormone, which would cause the same effect as an actual increase in the hormone levels (2, 3). It is proposed that this increased sensitivity to prolactin is the result of a relative insufficiency of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) which is derived from the n-6 essential fatty acid (EFA), dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid (DGLA) (1, 3), which is derived from GLA. It is thought that a defect in delta-6 desaturase activity may lead to a relative deficiency of GLA and DGLA in PMS patients, leading to reduced PGE1, increased prolactin sensitivity, and thus the manifestation of hyper-prolactin symptoms (2, 4, 5, 6, 7).

    The role of essential fatty acids and prostaglandins in the premenstrual syndrome.

    Many of the features of the premenstrual syndrome are similar to the effects produced by the injection of prolactin. Some women with the premenstrual syndrome have elevated prolactin levels, but in most the prolactin concentrations are normal. It is possible that women with the syndrome are abnormally sensitive to normal amounts of prolactin. There is evidence that prostaglandin E1, derived from dietary essential fatty acids, is able to attenuate the biologic actions of prolactin and that in the absence of prostaglandin E1 prolactin has exaggerated effects. Attempts were made, therefore, to treat women who had the premenstrual syndrome with gamma-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid precursor of prostaglandin E1. Gamma-linolenic acid is found in human, but not cows’, milk and in evening primrose oil, the preparation used in these studies. Three double-blind, placebo-controlled studies, one large open study on women who had failed other kinds of therapy for the premenstrual syndrome and one large open study on new patients all demonstrated that evening primrose oil is a highly effective treatment for the depression and irritability, the breast pain and tenderness, and the fluid retention associated with the premenstrual syndrome. Nutrients known to increase the conversion of essential fatty acids to prostaglandin E1 include magnesium, pyridoxine, zinc, niacin and ascorbic acid. The clinical success obtained with some of these nutrients may in part relate to their effects on essential fatty acid metabolism.




    This is the orgasm hormone. Prolactin is a hormone that will inhibit oxytocin production and excessive prolactin will result in orgasmic dysfunction.

    The solution is for a high dopamine level which will inhibit prolactin thus allowing oxytocin to be produced.

    Dopamine – sympathetic:

    Regulates testosterone levels, inhibits prolactin secretion, and can be converted to epinephrine and norepinephrine.

    This is where dopamine becomes heaven and hell for the sexually exhausted. Over masturbation for a prolonged period of time will alter the gene expression so dopamine gets converted into epinephrine and norepinephrine excessively, which in turn puts the body in sympathetic mode (energy usage) rather than parasypmpathetic mode (regeneration).

    The conundrum here is how do I keep a high dopamine, testosterone level, and inhibit prolactin without having dopamine excessively convert into norepinephrine.

    The solution is higher Acetylcholine and Serotonin.

    One thing I haven’t been supplementing was GLA (PGE1), because I thought Fish Oil (PGE3) was all the anti inflammatory I needed.

    It seems that PGE1 is very important for sexual function and a good prolactin suppressant. In fact before Viagra, they use to treat Erectile Dysfunction with PGE1!

    So basically we should try to up our GLA and Dopamine to suppress prolactin and restore orgasm.



    I notice slightly better blood flow while using the Borage Oil.



    the guys would recommended the fish oils and borage oils, how much should one be taking daily? I used to take those oils, aswell as vitamins everyday. I tried to take 1g of EPA and a 1g of DHA daily, aswell as 3g of borage oil daily.



    I managed to get some oxytocin release with taking 200mg of macuna pruriens at 60% L-Dopa. I didn’t acheive a full blown orgasm or nothing but it does give me comfort in knowing that there is hope once I get my hormones straightened out.

    but when you push your body limits by Over Masturbating…you pull the concentration of you mind from Growing to —> Recovering from the damage & from the effects of exhaustion due to your Unhealthy habits

    So what to do right now ….you need to check that your body functions well …and you have no problems except your Orgasm

    Consult a Neurologist or a Urologist [ They should be well known..or donot bother going]



    I just masturbated to porn and I finished in like less a minute and my sperm was very clean and my ejaculation weak…it’s pathetic.

    But before I did get good orgasms (im now 19) and I think I need a big recovery.
