For you guys that pump iron, what weight lifting routine do you guys follow? I’m getting read to start lifting again and I guess I needed some ideas from what you guys are doing. Also say if you’re doing any type of cardio or something

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

i’m currently on a maintainance cycle so my split is something like this:

    chest/biceps

    back/triceps

    quads/hams

    shoulders/traps/calves

i do cardio on OFF days and also include carb cut-offs in my diet.

By this time you should be able to consecutively perform this routine without stopping.

    500 body squats

    3 miles of jogging

    The routine for week 17-24

5 minutes of meditation and relaxation. 5 minutes of visualization. 5 minutes of stretching.

You can now mix and match to your liking as your in such awesome shape by now you can do what you want to take your training to another level. Be proud of yourself if you’ve reached this point, as many of the best fighters in the world do what you do. You’ve probably been reaping the rewards of this program already, and you can be sure, your now stronger pound for pound than anyone you know.

    100-300 sit-ups

    200-400 push-ups

    20-75 fingertip pushups

    30-100 pull-ups

    250-500 body squats

    1.5-5 miles of jogging

    Sat-Sun

    You choose.

This routine will develop your mind, body, and strength to levels you could never imagine. If you stick to it, you will make drastic changes in body weight, strength, and muscular endurance you’ve never though possible. You can also make fun of any martial artists or enlisted men you know, as you’re probably stronger and a much harder trainee than them. Good luck, and get started.

This looks very good Time, I think I might try your programme myself.

But don’t you think this will wear you out thus making sexual recovery take longer?

I don’t want to sound negative, but if I try this I need to know what effect such an extensive programme has to my energy levels or neurotransmitters.

    that’s right!

    I’ll go for it.

Think I can handle it now. Had a very long and bad comedown after my last drugabuse and have felt physically terrible but lately I have seen much improvement so I think my body is ready for it.

it’s been 11 months since my last use.

I think this is the biggest cause for my erection problems.

I am feeling a whole lot better physically now the last weeks so I am hoping that in time and with some good nutrition and excercise the rest will follow.

Well not really sexual exhaustion related but talking about push-ups you should look up to the great Kimura, one of Japan’s greatest fighter ever. Kimura did 1,000 push-ups every day after 6-9 hours of training.
