I found this interesting, so just sharing

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

INteresting, but its more of a religious thing.

dr. lin talks about how strict diet combined with abstinence practiced by monks disables sexual function and decrease sex hormones.

    people can abstain from masturbating..

but i highly recommend noone abstain from sex.

Dr Lin is a quack, he was an engineer before he went into the lucrative career of quackery.

I dont know, i dont agree with everything dr.lin says but a lot of his theories are accurate in my opinion.

Ummm, This is why he can describe theories of Qucaking our dicks symptoms!!!

Your topic sounds quiet interesting..but I couldn’t get the Idea of the Hinduism…

I do Agree with Max that Diet can lower our Testosterone and sexual desires..

If Dr Lin was truely interested in helping people he would open up a professional clinic for people to get better rather than marketing herbal supplements that are for the most part weaker than regular penis enhancement pills.

If you do not wacked off you are more likely to have enlarge prostate later on in life as well as having extreme anxiety and potentiall greater chances of AADHD as an adult. Girl I dated did not masturbate untill 30 and she was a basket case from hell.. Sexual release is a positive thing and also a natural thing. Organized religion can be good in many aspects but also brain washing to people destroying their lifes.
