    That is an awesome and inspiring post. I have been on the recover trail now for almost a month with many of the above recommendations and I could tell that I am definitely getting better. I have been diagnosed with Prostatitis but I am determined to get healed and signs of recovery are already happening. By following proper nutrition(food and supplements), I will get better.

    I am determined to get my health back to normal as I am still young, early 40s, and have much more life in me. The definite key to success is eating correctly, no junk!, and taking the right form of supplements to promote healing. Also, it is VERY IMPORTANT TO REST! Our bodies do most or all of the healing while sleeping so make sure to get your rest. If you find it hard to sleep then ONLY take natural supplements that will help. If you exercise, continue, but take it easy to not over do it as the adrenal glands will suffer more. B Vitamins help recover.

    I could never understand why my armshands would tingle, headaches, anxiety, bags under eyes, and many other symptoms as I thought for an early 40s guy that I was in great shape but should not feel this way. Had the muscles, 6 pack abs, etc but just felt like sh!t. Now I know as SE was taking its toll on me. The only exercise I am doing now is yoga several times a week and mix of light cardio. I dont need to punish myself anymore since I still have a good foundation of muscles.

    Oh yeah… and one more thing. Laugh like crazy! Laugh, laugh, laugh as much as you can! Hang around people that make you feel good and laugh or watch TV shows that are funny. Nothing violent – too disturbing in our state of minds.

If we exhaust our body so that we have to sleep and eat just the get ourselves back to the state of vitality we had before exercising, I do not understand what is the point of this all. Also, like discussed many times, it is relatively different for everyone what is too hard exercising, forcefully going to jogging and heavy weight lifting if you already feel tired and weak is not a good idea. Some people can do them without problem.

I mean like if something was wrong, I’d know right? I dont “feel” bad so thats why I have no idea where my status is healing wise. I do know that whever I look at pictures of anything sexual I feel guilty afterwards.

    For example today I was looking at a magazine and there were some pages with ads for porn movies. Ofcourse it didnt show anything because its a regular magazine but I did get an erection from it. That kind of stuff makes me feel guilty afterwards, because I’m not sure if just looking at something that gives me an erection haults my healing. I guess everyone once inawhile wont do any harm, especially something so not revealing as I saw today.

    But for me, I believe looking at sexual pictures like that is psychological for me. Thats the reason why its hard to get an erection in a real life sexual encounter because of all that nonsense I seen in the past. I mean I dont get pre-cum from the erections or anything.
