Hey all, how’s it going? I’d just like to give everyone another little tip I found in recovering from over-masturbation. I got a copy of Kevin Trudeau’s Handbook of Natural Cures, and in the Impotence section, he explains that impotence can in fact be caused by “abuse or misuse of the sexual organsim over a long period.” He explains the diet you should be on, and what you should be doing, but many of us already know all of that. But what I found the most interesting was his paragraph on garlic, onions and carrots. I it out for all of you =) :

Kevin Trudeau is a very smart man, and has discovered natural cures for tons of different illnesses. I have watched many of his interviews, and have researched his work. He is very a reliable source, and I trust him.

I would give this a try, along with all of the other treatment methods and others have provided.

    I hope this helps! =)

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

    Great tip! Thanks!

    Very interesting. Thanks.

    No problem guys =)

And if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I have been studying this problem for about 1 year now, and I’ve gained quite a bit of knowledge about it.

But I’ll even have questions myself! And I’m not afraid to ask someone, just to make sure they have a similiar opinion.

So feel free to share all your ideas, it helps us all out! =)

    Good luck.

As far as I know about garlic, I think it’s considered tonifying to the yang thus helps androgen production. There are far superior yang tonifiers out there though I believe.

Heyyy! Yes, you are right CheeXiong, garlic is a yang tonifier. And you are also correct that there are also many other effective tonics for the yang functions, however garlic is an easy, not-to-costly method. Plus it tastes good! =)
