    I’m new to this forum and want to start my recovery from sexual fatigue.

    I’ve found out that I am deficient in dopamine, serotonin, GABA and acetylcholine, with a major deficiency in GABA. I want to use amino acid treatment to get the levels back to normal again.

    Question: Which amino acids do I need to supplement to increase levels of serotonin and GABA?

    I also want to start taking avena savita, muira puama and maca as I’ve found out that these are all good for helping the recovery from sexual exhaustion. Would taking these be a good idea? I might take them all at once, or I could rotate (maca for a week, muira puama for a week, avena savita for a week etc) to make sure my body does become dependent.

    Could I take the amino acids and the herbal supplements at the same time or should I focus on doing one thing at a time?

    I have also started meditation and regular exercise. I also started taking a multivitamin tablet daily.

    If you can offer me any guidance about what I’ve talked about then I would be very thankful.

    Hey Frammo, did you look into taking SAMe? It has shown to be very helpfull in raising and regulating all neurotransmitters in the brain. Studies have shown that SAMe can even be as effective as SSRI’s such as prozac but without the side effects. I just started taking SAMe yesterday.
