    hehe, summer is hard time to abstain. everyone is horny!

    if you collapse, you just have to get up again and quit porn again. Having a whole new attitude on sexuality may take some time. I was 2 years celibate and then started slowly to experiment with masturbation and currently somedays I masturbate 4-5 times, although I block ejaculation but still it’s too much and I do it aggressively.

    good luck being cold turkey. we really have the power to control our sexuality if we really want and NEED. and we need to.



    UPDATE – Day 3. Feeling less anxious, less tired and able to calm quickly. Looked at a bit of porn by mistake but didn’t get aroused or masturbate. Having explicit thoughts but need to block them. The only reason Im staying off porn because I don’t want to fall into the trap.

    – I was less anxious, I felt happier, I could get erections easily, I was really horny all the time though. Generally I was getting more productive things done i.e applying for jobs, meeting people etc.

    – diet was the same. The usually unhealthy crap. This time over I am eating healthier. Laying off anything white (sugars, bread, flour, etc.) and junky (candies, soda, fries etc.) for 6 days and week and having a cheat day.
