    I been on this forum since august i had much improvement but also have gotten worse, i been in many ups and downs.

    i have tried many supplements, the best ones i have found were probably ZMA, alpha gpc, 5-htp, fish oil.

    i have had a solid diet, and i dont think diet is going to help me in anway overall, diet is only useful for people that are overweight or have a case minor case of exhaustion.

    my libido is soo low, although it does get a little high sometimes not to often though, it seems it has slowed down alot when i started to regulate my ejaculation frequency.

    my free testosterone leve was very low 27pg/ml (50-200), my test was taken at 3:00pm one of the lowest points of testosterone. most men my age should have at least 100, my testosterone might be 75pg/ml + if i take it first thing in the morning but thats even pushing it.

    my situation could be classifed as “testicular failure” if thats the case then nothing will be able to boost it unless i think about hormonal replacement theapry. i always figured my Testosterone was low since i have very little agression or “motivation” to go out and find a girlfriend (my SE also is a factor in this)

    Overall i dont really care about my condition, i’m just afraid it’ll always keep me from having long term relationships if im unable to have sex one day.

    , i thought i was nearly healed, like i havent gotten a morning erection for the past week like i use to, which kinda scares me a bit.

    im going to start taking Tongkat li from dragonherbs, the product called tom kat, and i may try alpha gpc again.

    the only thing i can think of that made me worse is a bad defiencey in magnesium. i wasnt getting any in my diet and i wasnt taking any multi vitamins, up until a 2 weeks ago. i was drinking lots of milk and i read milk can make you depleted in magnesium.

    dr.lin said if your testicular function is weak herbs or such wont help much in boosting it. but i’ll give it a shot. i mean when i pleasure myself i can still l get good erections, but that dont last long at all or i lose them as soon as i stop. when i was near healed i could go for like 20 minutes, it was a great time.

    the only thing i think could of made me worse is possibly diet or supplements, i never went back to ejaculation alot, the most i was doing it was 1x a week, sometimes once ever 2-3 weeks.

    no, i dont think so. its hard to say really.

    i believe regulating is the best thing todo. no more than a week, i think stopping for long periods of time say a few weeks, dropped libido and possibly thats what dropped my testosterone a little to.

    i have to experiment more with supplements and regulating ejaculations.

    it’s not really what im saying, but in my case

    ok i went say 15 years + (since age 8, possibly younger i cant remember) ejaculating almost everyday sometime 2x a day, my body is programmed to constantly produce massive amounts of hormones to keep up with it, now all the sudden i change this cycle possibly confusing my body, now maybe it takes a few months or even a year or 2 to get the hormones to balance again im not sure, but i think my hormones went way down due to the fact i stopped ejaculating as much.

    thats definitely something you’d expect, so maybe trying to temporarily boost them might be a good idea to speed up the recovery a little bit.

    ok so you say your diet is fine.. and you consume a lot off egg yolks (or whole eggs whatever)

    but you have no libido at all?

    higher fat diets are advocated to increase testosterone but since your chucking down 12 yolks this shouldn’t be an issue

    can you post your typical daily diet?

    have you looked into a product called activate, this is especially made to increase free testosterone

    my diet is basically eggs, meat, fruit, sometimes some toast like sourdough, i dont eat many vegetables but i just started to juice vegetables.

    i occassionally drink beer or coffee.

    i think i become highly defiecient in magnesium or something.

    Max is right about ups and downs… the same things happens to me too.

    Its still confusing why I feel so exhausted since I didnt masturbate so hard before…let`s say as an average frequency 2-3 times a week in my horny periods. …whatever…

    I subscribe to the idea it`s getting worse since someone quits masturbating /and watching at porn. This is happening to me… My tiredness scared me last september so I quit any harmful activities (mast/porn) , starting a better life: getting to bed earlier, eat raw diet, little physical activity… Nothing works… although there are short periods (not more than a week in a month ) when i feel much better even my night erections are harder … fell cured these days, but soon it all disappears and my anxiety comes back…

    one more thing I realised most of the doctors sucks… take money for nothing

    I found something about you not ejaculating frequent enough, its from Dr. Lin

    He says unless you’re sexually exhausted but he doesnt say for how long. In another article he says to abstain for a few weeks, then regulate to no more than 3x a week.

    Also about your panic attacks, maybe consider taking 5-HTP again before sleep? Or Mucuna Pruriens? You already take ZMA right?

    Look into Rhodiola Rosea, Phosphatidyl Serine and other cortisol control supplements.

    Also look into deep breathing exercises, meditation.

    st. john wort increases serotonin.

    i currently stopped all supplements for now.

    actually the first day i cut out st. johns wort, which was yesterday i feel better. i was taking alot of supplements, maybe it was st. johns wort that was giving me my panic attacks

    but i also stopped taking other supplements.

    im going to order a test for minerals, testosterone, dhea, cortisol soon

    These are the supplements that have helped me the most.

    i started ZMA, Choline, and Tomkat which is basically tongkat ali 50:1 with fo-ti and ant,

    i believe the tomkat has increased my libido a bit, my penis is bigger in the flaccid state.

    it seems when i mess around with diet, it does play a major role (im usually basing on how i feel on my morning erections, when i get a morning erection im so happier and have more energy during the day)

    i have been eating the following daily, and for the last day or 2 i stopped all supplements and got better results when i changed my diet

    meal: fresh raw vegetable juice, 6-8 egg yolks

    snack: fruit, olive oil

    snack: fruit, nuts maybe some raw milk

    meal: 8oz salmon, 1 cup seaweed, 1/2 onions, some mushrooms or usually chicken / brocolli, sometimes red -meat 2x a week.

    snack: olive oil, maybe a piece of fruit

    before bed, usually walnuts and a cup or so of raw milk (this make me sleep better than taking ZMA before sleep)

    im going to probably re add the tongkat, alpha GPC, and ZMA, but im going to be constantly cycling these, always changing how i take them, i think this is one of the mistakes i made before, i never gave my body/liver a rest from all the supplements. I do want to stop taking tongkat and other herbs, becuase i still think herbs are basically just stimulants and will not really fix the problem, there more of a band-aid.

    i do think some herbs will help heal such as some mushrooms, like reishi or cordyceps, Deer Antler and ANT seems to be alright, and goji-berry which isnt really a herb but a fruit. I do find some herbal teas to be very helpful, green tea is a favorite of mine.

    after i get my hormonal tests done, this will give me lots of information on what i need todo.
