For those who feel being victims of their genes, latest Harvard study on meditation..:

Meditation really is a super thing. It’s a miracle to the body and mind and healing those.

And even among people in a group that has been meditating for just eight weeks, you could see a change in 1561 genes.

That will give you the idea what you can achieve in years with meditation… A total transformation of your genetic code.

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

Of course there is many ways and no one will have same way…

If you want to do supplements, it’s perfectly okay.

If you want to do acupuncture and different alternative treatments, it’s okay too.

But to get to moving on any way, there must be a foundation in abstaining, meditation, healthy dietary habits, proper exercise including stretching and positive psychology. This builds the engine to keep you travelling steady and surely towards health in any way you choose to take.

Indeed! I sit every day for 50 minutes. The difference it makes to the day is remarkable.
