    Hey guys, I’ve found that if you have a hard time sticking to just healthy foods, I found a good way to make a nutrient dense protein shake recipe which works out cheaper over the long term. Also there are no sugars, carbohydrates, or artificial sweeteners which cause health problems.

    You will need a blender to make these shakes.

    Basic Ingredients:

    1. Cocoa Powder – 5g or 1 teaspoon

    2. Stevia Powder – 2.5-5g or 1/2-1 teaspoon

    3. Unflavoured Protein Powder – You should aim for 128g protein for the entire day, so depending if your having other meals, I recommend doing 32-64g per shake, which is 6-12 teaspoons

    4. Lactose Free Milk, Raw Milk, Coconut Milk – You could use normal milk, but I find it causes cramps, and the shits. If you can tolerate large amounts of normal milk, give it a try.

    This is the basic stuff. You definitely need to buy the stevia, I got mine off ebay, the stevia and cocoa powder make it taste so good. Stevia is also natural, no calories, and doesn’t cause the side effects artificial sweeteners do.

    The unflavoured protein I recommend is Milk Protein Concentrate 85% (Instantised), as I find whey only powders are likely to cause constipation. If you can’t find Milk Protein Concentrate, just go for an unflavoured casein protein powder.

    Once you have the basic ingredients, you can start adding other powders and health foods, as long as they are neutral, or not strong tasting, definitely not bitter.

    Here is a list of ingredients I use that don’t effect the flavour of the shake.

    Optional Health Ingredients:

    1. Creatine Monohydrate Powder – 5g or 1 teaspoon

    2. L-Glutamine Powder – 20g or 4 teaspoons

    3. Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon

    4. Raw Egg Yolks – 6 raw yolks

    5. Collagen Powder

    In the long run this will work out pretty damn cheap, as long as you buy the unflavoured bulk products. This is also very healthy, keeping insulin down, getting all your macro ingredients in one go.

    try substituting Creatine for Citruline Malate. I think it’s much more effective.
