I had previously posted about my condition here -> [MOD EDIT: URL Removed]
I acquired SE via over-masturbation to porn.
I am now determined to regain my sexual health. I went through this forum thoroughly and have picked up the following as essential supplements that I would need to take in order to improve my sexual function.
I am a newbie and hence would require your help and assistance to fight this disease. If I am missing any supplement or need to change anything PLEASE let me know.
Prostaglandin E-1/3 Synthesis:
Serotonin and Dopamine Synthesis:
Is “Alpha GPC” good or should I take something else to boost Acetylcholine?
ADVICE/SUGGESTIONS welcomeThere is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program hereOctober 15, 2013 at 12:39 pm #15372
Isn’t this too much ?
I don’t know what is Craniyums. Does it really work ?
I think reloading serotonine and dopamine in the same time is very difficult beaucause they use the same path. There is competition between both neurotransmitters.
Anyway i prefer to test natural path. Maybe l-tyrosine is better.October 15, 2013 at 12:41 pm #15373
id just take 5-htp if i were you instead of craniyumsOctober 15, 2013 at 12:44 pm #15374
Thanks and Max
I learnt about Craniyums through this forum. It is used to increase serotonin and dopamine levels. has informed that it is really making a positive difference.
, if you feel this is too much what do you suggest I drop from the plan?
Max, what exactly is 5-htp? Is it available in capsule forms?October 15, 2013 at 12:46 pm #15375
Is NOW ADAM still suggested? I thought Multi Vitamin by Dr Ron for example is better.October 15, 2013 at 12:47 pm #15376
So are you referring to “Doc’s Best Multi-Vitamin-Mineral-Antioxidant”? [[MOD EDIT: URL Removed]
Is that better than ADAM?October 15, 2013 at 12:50 pm #15377
I am not sure myself, i wanne order supplements very soon too.
I think i have read it here anywhere, because in NOW ADAM are some additives or something like that, lets wait for an answer from a veteran
Bytheway: I like your regime, i will start with Cod Liver Oil, Organ&Gland Extracts & MultiVitamin from DrRon + ZMA for the start.October 15, 2013 at 12:52 pm #15378
Dr ron’s multi would be a better option. NOW ADAM has unnecessary additives and I think there is too much overlap from the various ingredients.
the search for the perfect multi still continues.October 15, 2013 at 12:54 pm #15379
Thanks guys! I will replace ADAM with Dr. Ron’s multi-vitamin. It appears to be on the expensive side but I am willing to invest in time and money to heal myself.
Do you think my plan looks good? Is “Alpha GPC” good to boost Acetylcholine or should I use some thing else?October 15, 2013 at 12:57 pm #15380
Hmmm it’s hard to say. I’m begginner fore curing SE
Anyway i thinks it’s better to test 1 or 2 things at the same time. To see what is the main problem. I read that the one have results with acethylcholine and other with fish oil …. etc.
Maybe you could test natural products (fish oil, eggs …) Then other one.
If you don’t feel depressed maybe ure serotonine is ok.
If you don’t have attention deficience maybe ure dopamine is ok.
Each case is different. I think it’s too much but maybe i’m wrong ans it’s better to take all this in once.October 15, 2013 at 12:59 pm #15381
I suggest take it easy on the supplements, since you are new to SE you do not have the big picture yet in your mind or know the long term effects of various methods / supplements on your body although you certainly are on track.
Remember to avoid anything that makes you feel worse and take it easy and calm your mind. Its going to take time to get 100% healed but first its important to get out of the vicious circle.October 15, 2013 at 1:02 pm #15382
Actually I am not new to SE. I have been suffering for the past 6 years (from 2000). I first tried LoveLonger-III and then went to LoveLonger-IV, MoodMax, Power-E etc. I have also tried various other products without any success.
I was searching for a solution for a very long time and finally stumbled upon this forum.
It’s really great to see a forum dedicated to fight this disease.
I have some questions (new thread) and would really appreciate if you can provide some insight.October 15, 2013 at 1:03 pm #15383
When you were taking Dr. Lin’s products, you didnt notice any improvements at all? How long did you take them for?October 15, 2013 at 1:06 pm #15384
It was a long time ago (2003). When I first realized that I was no longer getting spontaneous erections… Lovelonger III was the first thing that I tried. It had some effect but I felt that my erections were no where near like the ones that I used to have. I felt a bit abnormal and in a desperate attempt started switching products… that’s how I ended up trying Lovelonger IV, Moodmax etc….October 15, 2013 at 1:08 pm #15385

I tired only for a maximum of 2 months each… I felt some difference but the erections seemed so un-natural.October 15, 2013 at 1:12 pm #15387
I just found this forum as well and can’t tell you how happy I am at this moment.
I hope to learn much here and to do w hatever I can to help people who are in the same boat as me.
