    your post is inspiring, and I do believe in the retracing thing

    because the damage that we have done to our bodies is accumulated and when you start to find the right method to nourish your organs it starts to show some of what you mention…similar to Yin deficiency

    I believe in the fact that we have a multi – problem….and fixing them one by one wont work, all the factors must be present in the same time to feel the change

    Good Sleep, diet ,supplement, high immune function , good hormonal profile and psychological stability (Low stressAnxiety)…..

    the difficult part is to find the right supplements…

    If you don’t mind , May you share your supplement protocol ?

    Beside the butter and Coconut Oil/Eggs, what else did you included in your diet?

    Well admittedly I should be going back on the strict diet as I only lasted 3 months but I currently continue the following:

    – 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil – twice a day

    – 1 tablespoon of Cod Liver Oil with highest amounts of epa and dha + Vitamin D3 – twice a day

    – Multi B Vitimin – twice a day

    – 1000mg vitamin C – 3 times aday

    – 300mg magnesium – twice day

    – 300mg calcium – twice day

    – Consume big glass of water with 1/4 teaspoon of celtic sea salt (should be grey in colour as it contains 84 trace elements with 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon – Called Electrolyte drink and should be had as many times throughout the day

    The above supplements is all the body really needs. The rest comes from food.

    I will eat low Gi and try to limit my carbs. If I do eat carbs I make sure its brown breads, basmati rice, brown rice etc. Min of 4 raw eggs in a shake with your coconut oil and protein shake powder.

    Cut out dairy completly. In my retracing I went through a point where I got excess phlegm from dairy. I seem to be ok and tolerating it fine now, but should stop as I’m not completly healed. Avoid sugar as much as possible. Learn to read ingredients. Avoid all processed foods

    Dont be afraid of saturated fats and meats

    You get to a point where you start waking up on time every morning just as the sun gets up, damm our bodies are smart. I found when this was happening I felt refreshed and not groggy. Where as if I used alarm or slept in I felt groggy.

    I would usually have my electroliyte drink as soon as I woke but with hot water, this would kickstart my liver and then I would go to the toilet.

    Make sure you are cutting out Alcohol I think this is key and lucky I’m at a point in my life where I dont go out partying anymore. Make sure you are in bed by 10pm as the adrenals start to heal soon after.

    Thats all I can think off right now..

    Oh and If you are experiencing pain full spots on your body especially in the days after ejaculation, then you have bad congestion there and you must bite the bullet and start vacume cupping massage. I’d say thats one area where Dr Lin is right. It is so painful to do but must be done. Ive started again have my girlfriend doing my back and shoulders. Next I need to do my legs as they have always been heavy and muscle been solidly hard.

    The other thing I noticed, when you start to feel better, or lets say you did a cupping session, yo may feel things you didnt before and be tempted to ejaculate. NO NO this is big mistake and you must continue on the road of healing without ejaculation.

    I would say follow the above for 1 month or at least untill your erections are strong and you are waking with erection, then you know you are ready for ejaculation but only then limit it two once every 2 weeks then move down to 1 week etc

    No i stopped taking it as it was night and day difference which I changed to this diet.

    It’s the accumulated waste and toxins that cause slot of my symptoms and hormones were never going to fix that

    Won’t be the same. Coconut oil is anti fungal and has lauric acid. I get mine from eBay the ones from fiji organic.

    Yeah, nirvana you can’t replace coconut oil with olive oil. They are chalk and cheese. Coconut oil is unique among oils in that it has a ridiculously high level of saturated fat, and the fatty acids are medium chain fatty acids which are very special. It is nothing like olive oil. Olive oil wouldn’t do anything.

    Sorry but your post generalizes too many SE sufferrers.

    I did not acquire this from masturbation, and unless you masturbated more than 3+ time a day every day for a long span of time I doubt you did either. There’s no science to support it.

    Many people have tried the nutritional route and it didn’t work.

    not consuming carbohydrates is just plain unhealthy and I don’t suggest this to anyone.

    Committing to this diet will create more harm than good. What really cured him were the steps, not the diet. Cutting out bad carbohydrates may help you, but this diet should not be followed.

    It sounds like you went from a horrible diet to a strict regimen, but if you already have a decent diet, a well balanced diet is much better than this no carbohydrate crap.

    I think your steps are solid with the exception of masturbation. A lot of people think masturbation did this to them, but there’s no science backing up any of that. Symptoms like brain fog etc, suggest neurotransmitter issues. By living your life with a better diet, and better outlook, of course you will see neurotransmitter boosts, however for some people it’s not enough, myself included.

    I think the diet is pretty solid but you need to eat SOME carbs, and its missing a good multi vitamin, like dr crantons for example.

    A good idea would be A solid diet + supplement regime, along with the proper hormone support if required. I’m trying to get started on meditation, alot of smart folks over at mind and muscle say its crucial: NOT A CURE, but definitely a huge plus to getting better.

    I think the body is already weak and susceptible to damage, the over masturbation might have ‘tipped it over’. If it wasn’t the over masturbation, it would have been something else, for sure. The Jerking off was not the root cause.

    Like I said, unless you excessively masturbated abstaining will do absolutely nothing for you, we don’t need to keep rehashing this, even Dr. Mariano thinks abstinence won’t do much.

    After 3 years of daily meditation practice I may say it’s pretty much the most important thing, at least has been for me. Meditation is the healing mode of the human body and mind. You need to slow down the physical and mental activities to activate the parasymphatetic nervous system, which is fundamental to healing of any kind. The problem is, we’re constantly dominated by symphatetic system since we’re so stressed out with all the chronic bodymind tension. You can take all the supplements you want, but if you don’t have the ability to meditate, there is no true balance in your nervous system.

    for what its worth im following a similar diet to this guy by pure chance and the recomendation of DR. mariano. Im just doing it to make sure i dont get insulin resistant and because i cant afford to gain any more weight.

    I dont think it will in any way heal my hormones or adrenals though thats more of that lets go all natural bullcrap.

    I would say the vast majority of people is just some combination of overmasterbation drugs and stress that tips there body over into this cycle of sympathetic dominance and inflamation. Esentially thats what SE is.

    Fiber is a carbohydrate. Not taking fiber will F*ck your intestinal tract up pretty bad.

    Also what I posted from Chilln was a response in my own thread. It was a theory about what was happening to me. I didn’t just take it for what it was, it backs up Frenchi’s theory which is why I posted it. Also Chilln references just about everything he posts.

    DAILY PRACTICE!

    Repetition is the mother of learning.

    You really need to experience what works for you since there are so many different approaches to attaining the meditative state of mind. You may wanna read some information from books and internet. Zen and zazen will give you good start.

    WARNING:

    It’s a lot of work for sexually exhausted. Meditation is an impossible task with the rigid body and bankrupt nerves that comes with excessive sexual pleasures. Sexual indulgence will make you a nervous wreck, and meditation will make you a peaceful buddha, so they don’t go together really well, lol. So you need a lot of patience. It may seem like you are not doing much improvement but things will speed up.

    You need to be very healthy until you can actually succeed in meditation. So by the time you can do it, you are healthy!

    You can consider some of this variables in your practice:

    Position:

    -Sitting (chair or crosslegged)

    -Lying (falling asleep is not the idea however)

    -Standing (learn the proper way to stand effortlessy)

    Eyes:

    -closed (easier to concentrate on bodily feelings since you block one sense out)

    -open (this will keep you very attentive, but it’s hard)

    -half open (somewhere inbetween)

    -keep your eyes steady and relaxed, don’t move them

    Object of concentration:

    -Breath (notice the flow of air in your nostrils lungs, and the tubes between them)

    -Body (feel your body, and how each in breath expands it. let all parts of your body expand. you will see, that some places don’t want to expand because of blockages. on exhale, relax everything)

    -Mind (being aware of stream of thoughts and the silence inbetween thoughts and other patterns is more advanced)

    -Nothing (also you can do it without any object of concentration, this is relaxing and the time will go quick)

    -Mantra (you can use the repetition of any relaxing word or syllable to make the mind busy from thinking too much

    -Staring (you can use and visual object to stare one-pointed. also i think this is hard because SE makes the eyes weak.)

    Keep the spine erect and everything relaxed. Do not react to any thoughts… Thoughts are not an obstacle. You just have to be aware of them, but don’t comment on them any way. Just let them rise and fall, your “deeper self” (awareness) stays at peace whatever it sees. Apply this to your everyday life and nothing will take your peace of mind away!

    and believe you have targeted your adrenals and testes with your high-fat

    diet

    because the oils are well known to revive the ability of your thyroid -adrenals-testis to restart their function again

    the salt and water…this thing is amazing

    if you consume fishoil (4 -5 caps) your cholesterol will be in range

    consuming DHA eggs or omega eggs is can be a substitute for the regular eggs because they contain low cholesterol compared to the regular eggs and high amount of selenium and DHA
