    I’m bodybuilding for about 3 years now and I ussualy eat 3-4 eggs (whole eggs.. not just the egg white) daily…. even the most recent bloodwork has never ever shown anything wrong with the cholesterol nor cholesterol being closer to the top of the bracket.. quite on the contrary.. it was always very low.

    How did you manage to get into bodybuilding and be bed ridden by POIS at the same time? Interesting.

    Also it’s not a dietary myth. Eggs contain lecithin which lower absorption of cholestrol. So if you have a balanced diet, it can counter-act some of the cholestrol that you take in with eggs.

    However, throwing 4 into your routine everyday is unhealthy if you don’t counteract it with proper nutrition.

    Also you have to consider the amount of fat in eggs including 2 grams of saturated fat.

    As the whole plan was suggested to not take in ANY carbs, you’re taking in too much cholestrol. You need fruits/veggies/good carbs to counter-act the amount of cholestrol from the fat that is being digested along with cholestrol.

    Do some research on how cholesterol and fat does not cause cardio vascular disease. It’s all a myth. The body actually needs cholesterol to operate. The brain is made up of cholesterol.

    It’s actually the sugar in our diets that is the issue. You only have to look at how everything is labelled as 99% fat free but yet is replaced with sugar to see where the problem is!

    Explain how I lost weight on this diet yet I was consuming 250g of fats. They were good fats. Not all saturated fats are bad you know.

     1  Cholesterol is not a deadly poison, but a substance vital to the cells of all mammals. There are no such things as good or bad cholesterol, but mental stress, physical activity and change of body weight may influence the level of blood cholesterol. A high cholesterol is not dangerous by itself, but may reflect an unhealthy condition, or it may be totally innocent.

     2  A high blood cholesterol is said to promote atherosclerosis and thus also coronary heart disease. But many studies have shown that people whose blood cholesterol is low become just as atherosclerotic as people whose cholesterol is high.

     3  Your body produces three to four times more cholesterol than you eat. The production of cholesterol increases when you eat little cholesterol and decreases when you eat much. This explains why the ”prudent” diet cannot lower cholesterol more than on average a few per cent.

     4  There is no evidence that too much animal fat and cholesterol in the diet promotes atherosclerosis or heart attacks. For instance, more than twenty studies have shown that people who have had a heart attack haven’t eaten more fat of any kind than other people, and degree of atherosclerosis at autopsy is unrelated with the diet.

     5  The only effective way to lower cholesterol is with drugs, but neither heart mortality or total mortality have been improved with drugs the effect of which is cholesterol-lowering only. On the contrary, these drugs are dangerous to your health and may shorten your life.

     6  The new cholesterol-lowering drugs, the statins, do prevent cardio-vascular disease, but this is due to other mechanisms than cholesterol-lowering. Unfortunately, they also stimulate cancer in rodents, disturb the functions of the muscles, the heart and the brain and pregnant women taking statins may give birth to children with malformations more severe than those seen after thalidomide.

     7  Many of these facts have been presented in scientific journals and books for decades but are rarely told to the public by the proponents of the diet-heart idea. 

     8  The reason why laymen, doctors and most scientists have been misled is because opposing and disagreeing results are systematically ignored or misquoted in the scientific press.

    that is true that cholesterol goes up most due to high carbs in the diet, especially sugar. Eating fats and cholesterol are in fact good for you.

    One of the things mariano told me was to eat to never worry about eating animal fat, to eat whole eggs, to eat lard and butter instead of margerine etc etc.

    he did tell me I needed to avoid carbs. Ill actually have results in like a month or two so will settle this debate once and for all.

    The silent poison is the Saturated fat or trans fat[ hydrogenated fat mostly]

    for me, eggs are the base of my nutrition….. and it should be for all of us [2-4 a day or more]

    Butter is also a good source of minerals and vitmains…I discovered this when i was diagnosed with a low Vitamin D

    I would say the silent poison is excesive sugar and white flour. Most people are clueless to their real effects. The FDA food pyramid is an absolute and utter joke. And people wonder why there is an obesity epidemic.

    3-4 whole eggs with the yolk, a beef steak with fat added, 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, and a tablespoon of organic butter

    it’s no problem and will actually help in hormone production

    The zones in which people live the longest in the world diets often do not consist of high fat. In Japan you have the okinawa islands and their diet is high in vegetables and tofu.

    There’s an island off of italy called Sardinia their diet consists of mostly plant based.

If you’re young and suffer from sexual exhaustion, 90% of the time its because your genetics are crappy, and the lifestyle tipped you over. If they were strong, you would either recover quickly or not even get to this position in the first place. You need to change your signature if you want anybody to take you seriously.

    Health is all about balance. Do anything too much or little, and problems will generate.

    You need to take responsibility of your own health. Blaming genetics or some other factors you have no influence over, will not lead you anywhere. What is true or not? Who cares. The only thing that matters is good health. And a negative outlook like that will work directly against good health.

    You got to change what you can change. Transform negativity into positivity, and you will have good things instead of despair.

    The problem is blaming masturbation is Bullshit…but blaming Genetics is pure science…

    if masturbation is the cause then I will cut it off, but if my Genetics is the cause how shall heal my genetics…. knowing that its hard to test genetics for our symptoms because the regular tests we do is already costly.

    the regular doctors doesn’t want you to test for the RT3 and claim that TSH and FT4 is more than enough how shall i convince him to check my genetics

    and what are the proper tests to compare my genetics to my current cause

    or how can i let my genetics reach to the optimal level ????

    I take full responsibility for my actions and the state iam in. I overmasterbated, did to many drugs, stressed myself to much and probably worked out a bit much on top of all that. I fully admit this and take responsibility for it despite the fact that I had no idea this could be the outcome of all that.

    you can test all those things (not genetics im talkin about the thyroid stuff) you just have to be determined enough with your doctor. Dont take no for an answer and if he says no then switch doctors. Thats a common problem on all these forums and people work around it.

    The first 5 doctors I went to didnt take anyhting i said serously and bascially thought i had some serious performance anxiety. It wasnt till I got to shawn and Dr. Overbeck, and Dr. Mariano that im getting the right testing done .

    As for reversing genetics, I dono about that but fixing your hormones that suck is pretty close.

    I have been to many docs…but they all insist on not doing it…

    I mentioned it just to say that normal tests is considered useless , even if we got the results back its considered normal or ” In range “…so you go back and ask help from experts in forums

    I have done many tests and i send it to some docs I know…but the answer is they are normal….right know i have done some tests without taking my docs opinion and i shall wait for the results …and share it for suggestions

    I am not going to put the blame on genetics or other things. I do not know how other people got to this state but I do know how I got here. And the only answer is -> excessive masturbation fueled by online porn. I was very healthy with amazing hormones and used to masturbate at least once in 2 days. Nothing happened at that time. My body would simply recharge and I would be ready again. It was not until I started masturbating multiple times a day to porn that my sexual function started to go down. I am convinced that I brought this upon myself by over masturbating to porn and not through any other means. I really don’t care what other people think or try to convince!

    Also once you post the results here and lets say musclechat your gona get alot of people who know what there talkin about giving you advice on whats wrong and what needs to be done. If you cant find a doctor to help you then chances are youll be able to import the meds you need to rebalance your body.

    Doing that plus abstaining durin the process and i honestly cant see how you cant recover at least 80 percent.

    Right now I have stopped all supplements. I am trying my best to do as much research as possible to see what will heal this. I still can’t figure out why I am getting nocturnal erections but nothing during the day. I personally think that this is key for my recovery.

    How are you doing bro? I read some of your posts and looks like you visited dr.M. have you been taking his supplements? noticed any improvement at all? It looks like dr.M always gives supplements to either address Thyroid or Adrenals or both.

If you had high levels of cortisol, thyroid, gh, testosterone, good insulin sensitivity etc you would NOT fall into the trap of sexual exhaustion, you could jizz 10 times a day and not fall into it, but since your body is naturally weak, you succumbed to it. had you not masturbated excessively, you may have not succumbed to it, but you would have succumbed to something else like overexercise, high period of stress, or maybe a flu and gotten sick for a prolonged period of time.

    Ya I went to see him. His initial protocol is sorta of a waste I would think. I think after the first phone consult is when he will start doing something more serious. I dono i get nighttime and occasional morning wood pretty consistently . To me all that means is that my Test is hoverin at 480 to 550 and my E2 is 20-30…..Dono what it could be for you. I think a lack of erections during the day aside for any hormonal issues you may have which from what I remember were shity T and high E2 is also proably the fact that your dopamine recpetors are super desensitized to natural sexual stimulus. I mean it could be all sorts of shit but since porn and masterbation were a big part of your demise it makes sense.

    I’ll bet you guys there are way more people in the world that jerk off 4-5 times everyday than there are those who are sexually exhausted from jerking off 4-5 times a day. It’s mainly genetics that brought us here. Genetics + over masturbating / drugs + antibiotic raised food and dairy that we eat + coffee + lack of sleep = tips you over the line one night and you wake up with low cortisol / poor thyroid/ high E2/ low T.

    , you don’t necessarily have to get your genetics tested. The fact that we are susceptible to this condition is a given and will remain so. All you can do now and gotta do now is bring all your hormones back to optimal ranges. Get tested for everything. If the doc doesn’t wanna do something, find a new doc. Later you may have to find a doc that will agree to work with Dr. Crisler on a consultation basis. You see results, find deficiencies, come up with a protocol with your doc, if your doc doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing, then pay Crisler to work on a consultation basis with your doc and tell him what supps you need to take and when. Hopefully you got insurance so that will cover supps like T3/ pregnenolone if needed and part of the testing. And then you’re on your way.

    A ton of people at musclechat have gone through this process and its worked. This is nothing new. Very lengthy process… but much shorter than relying on abstaining and basic supps for recovery.

    What? That really makes absolutely no sense. The reason they don’t relate is more people masturbate than people smoke. Yet hundreds of thousands die from smoking, and only a select few get the type of disorders we have. This demonstrates that masturbation isn’t the cause, it’s a potential contributor, the cause is poor genetics.

    It’s not 2 or 3, there’s more people they just may not post or aren’t represented on the board. The original thread i found the link to this forum from had dozens of people just like me and frenchi.

    At this point I would try your protocol,Jobe´s one and all I could at once. Anyway it seems like your success with it was accidental.

    Right now I am trying to follow the old path of testing everything and then luckily see deficiences and fix them.

    But WTF bring it to me! I will follow ALL the diet for a month.

    I dont really give a F*ck about the CAUSE of SE, I just want to know my direct defiencies in body chemistry and then a permanent SOLUTION. Obviously we are rare cases… a combination of overmasturbation plus something more no doubt… a lot of fuckers still wanking religiously everyday most of their lives and they are ok. And of course I wont masturbate more I dont care about the theories that states that masturbation is not harmful, it is clearly lethal for us, whatever the reason.

    These days I am getting afraid about a physical harm in the sexual organs, not only hormonal imbalance.
