    Hey guys I saw this forum a couple years ago and felt really blessed to have found it. I knew I had to change a lot of things in my lifestyle to fix and heal myself. I’m going to quickly list the stages and method in which I did it.

    First off I was 24 when I started to enage in healing myself so if your a little older than that then it might take a bit longer to heal cause your hormones that help heal lower as you age.

    Recovery took about 9 months but I will say I don’t feel like 100 percent but I know day by day I’m getting better. Around the 4 th month I slipped up and started sleeping with a coworker. I thought I was healed but the weak errections came back as I was having sex with her many times a week. It was really foolish of me to have a setback like that but that’s what made me realize that I could heal.

    Okay month 0-3

    Forget you have a penis!

    Don’t touch it.. not even a little bit.

    People think that you need to keep some stimulation that is so wrong. You’ve weakened every nerve that deals with a orgasium and the ones in your penis too. The body will heal these stressed nerves if you stop stressing them with masterbastion.After the first 3 months masterbate once every couple weeks to gauge healing.

    You should notice better errections, semen, and orgasms.

    I will add a new post about supplements and nutrition to heal .

    (edit:) decided to just put my nutrition advise here.

    First of your body needs to rebuild nerves and hormones than deal with your sex drive and sexual function. No matter what you eat you will not heal if you don’t overcome the porn addiction or whatever makes you a wanker. You have to let go that part of your life. I personally worked on my health and fitness to get pass it. Find a hobby lol.

    Here’s the run down

    main parts to your diet

    1. raw eggs – stimulates hormone growth to balance epinephrine. Make two raw eggs into a protein shake with milk. Other than this one exception avoid dairy as much as possible.

    2. Load up the greens! Leafy green veg is the most important part of your healing method. You’ll charge up your hormones this way. Spinach kale romaine cabbage are all good. Look up a nutritional calculator online and youll see just how much we lack in vitamin intake.

    3. Really give juicing and juice fasting a try. I honestly don’t know if I would have recovered as fast as I did without it.

    4. Lean protein. Keep away from fatty foods especially meats. (exception avocado dem is good) If you look into the principles of juice fasting and raw foodism youll see that fatty cooked foods slow down your nervous system and actually trigger overactive histamine and hormone reactions as if you were getting sick.

    5. Keep away from unnatural food products as much as possible like artificial sweeteners for example. Keep your body clean and running smooth.

    6. No drugs booze or roids. Your body doesn’t need more imbalance and or damage. Booze slows down liver function which slows down healing.

    Supplements: take amino acids,mulitvitamin,lecthin,low dose magnesium, maybe the blue or green alage supplements if you want to get crazy!! Umm if you take the mostly vegetarian route use spurlina protein mix (avoid the soy cause it can boost estrogen levels) to avoid loosing muscle brah…

    Basically the healthy food should be your main supplement cause your body only absorbs so much from a pill supplement.

    Yes my prostate was swollen too which pushes on the bladder. Its the same issue found in older men and why you feel like you need to pee alot. Saw palemento is really good for this. Look into carrot celery or grapefruit/watermelon juicing which both have vitamin a and c and lycopene which helps to cleanse and reduce inflamation of the prostate. Id advise anybody to try to eat fresh homemade cole slaw. Cabbage has vitamin u which will help heal ulcers,colon, and prostate issues. Try to supplement zinc too cause you prostate is going to try to absorbs a shit load of it to make up for your demand of sperm production. Ive heard raw pumpkin seed and or pumpkin oil is good overall giving your prostate a break with abstinence for 3 months will be key. Your beating up your prostate by over indulging.

    Youll possibly notice alot of werid sensations as you heal. One i felt was a frequent twichy like tingling pain in my pelves and it for weeks would bother my sleeping. If it happens to you maybe go to the doctor cause you might need medication for what is called prostatis

    Soooo this is what I needed! I knew my penis needed a rest but I was scared of stopping masturbating at least once per week. Now I see it can be done.

    my dad mom and i juiced some kale, berries and other stuff. Mins later my stomach started bubbling. I have extreme bloating for the last year. So all though my biles were much easier to pass by the bloating wasn’t dealt with.

    I tried all of the remedies you can think of for bloating but only one thing helped. I started jogging for a bout 15 mins in the house and then my abdomen area hurt very bad but i continued to run. Also I’ve lost a lot of weight and underweight due to vommiting from another health problem. So I got pissed and worked out harder thinking of how could I let this happen to me,

    Long story short bloating is gone in one day. If I can get my weak neck to stop giving me 12 hour headaches I will be in good shape.

    Well kale is pretty harsh to stomach at first plus and veggies should be mixed with apples, pears, and maybe pineapple. If your gonna do the green juice look up the reciepe online cause theres only a few variations. If your kind of new to juicing start with apples and carrots… you can throw celery into that as well. You could try to work up to romaine lettuce then kale. If you like sweet then use pinnapple in your juices.

    Even simply orange juice is a great start. Your looking for the nutrients and live enzymes to spead up the healing and improve health. Id still recommend eating kale or other veggies in raw forum until youve gotten comfortable with juicing them.

    Furthermore, they don’t have erectile dysfunction issues as epidemic as our society. Im only posting this to stress that hormone replacement is really dangerous. These other herbs and stimulates don’t cure the under lying problem. You can heal and generate health. You can youtube the liferegenator … he’s a little out there but there is truth to what hes saying. I’ve gone through cleansing and found nutritional dense food has cured and healed me. watch sick fat and nearly dead or a movie called food matters

    I was 17 when I got cheated on by my high school sweet heart and I fell into depression and self hatred. I thought I was ugly and terrible in bed. I felt no self worth.     To no i did have soft flacid. I had to load up on both supplemented aminos and real aminos stuff like farm fresh raw egg shakes cole slaw with red onion and cabbage made fresh good dark green salads decent baked fish and all fruits and veggies preferably juiced. The trick is to create nitric oxygen in the blood to help to create a good errection. My rule 2 to 3 month no sex or handy work

    Premature ejactulation is solved by abstaining and strengthening the parasymthetic nervous system. Its like riding a roller coaster. Ride it once a year its fun but ride it once a day and it gets predictable and boring. Your nervous system is weakened and basically cant control the pc muscles that hold back semen until you orgasm.     sorry I’ve been away guys. Very depressed. I found out a lot of answers but my main concern still has no answer. how to stop hair loss and regrow

    I was low in Vitmain D, Fatty Acids, Magnesium, Zinc, B vitamins, C, Protein and low thyroid.

    I was high in estrogen, and stress.

    I taking the vitamins but idk how to fix the hair loss problem. Scalp burns and itch. If I go bald I will look ugly because I’m already extremely skinny.

    no history. Just bad adrenal fatigue and extreme hair shed. I use to vomit a lot and lost a lot of weight too but that was from headaches due to a car wreck.

    then give it a shot…work on your adrenals and support it, once its strengthened (it will take time), then youll notice the difference, a boost in your adrenals will boost your thyroid and other hormones.

    the estrogen thing is mainly dealt with in the liver, so try to eat more vegs and fruits, with Zinc i think it will be manage.

    other wise take B complex (100mg a day), Broccoli and Cabage, more of onions and garlic also to aid the liver, omegas from flax

    but in the end, its about your diet and what to avoid alcohol ,sugars, food colors, MSG, and other elements that hinders liver function…and finally stress
