I began masturbating with normal frequency since the age of 15 (normal being once a week, or even every 2 weeks). I am currently 28 years old. However, between 2003 – 2006, that frequency began gradually increasing to several times a week then to almost everyday. There were even times when that frequency would jump to twice and sometimes 3 times a day. These periods of intense masturbation would go on for several months then cool off and start up again (depending on internet/PC availability).

Since 2007, I have been masturbating about twice a day and this year (2009), that frequency has increased to between 3-5 times daily.

I began noticing signs of SE around 2007, although I was not aware that SE even existed at the time. I experienced fatigue, severe testicular pain, and rapid hair loss (classic alopecia).

However, I did not realize how much weaker my erections had gotten, until I met this wonderful chick about 2 months ago and had the opportunity to have sex with her. I was able to get an erection but it definitely was not at full strength. I decided not to have sex with her that night because the whole incident had already freaked me out. Before this incident, I had not had sex in years and the last time I did, my erection was rock hard!

It was at that point that I seriously researched SE and was surprised at how similar my symptoms were to the ones I found online. I stopped watching all porn and have not masturbated for almost a month now. My erections are still weak, although I have noticed a decrease in testicular pain and a slight reversal in my hair loss. The fatigue was never a big issue although I can pin point it in hindsight.

    Questions:

    1. What supplement can I use to get my erections back to normal or at least increase my rigidity? (Aspire 36 is now banned, how about Provigro, Zenerx, VigRx Plus?) This may be a temporary solution, but I have to satisfy my girl….she seems to be getting antsy.

    2. What supplements should I take to begin a path to recovery? I workout a lot and already take Whey Protein, a good multivitamin, zinc picolinate, Essential Oils (fish/sunflower seed oil combo), glutamine and digestive enzymes.

    3. After my 30 celibacy is up (this week), is it safe to have sex with my girl twice a week?

I am still coming to grips with this condition and was devastated to find out that at only 28, something like this could happen to me. I hate porn and have no intentions of ever watching it again!.

Any assistance is welcome, and I truly hope that I can finally find solutions on this site. I could really use your support and assistance on this one guys…thank you.

p.s. My finances are SEVERELY limited right now and without Insurance, I cannot afford the tests recommended by Max in a separate thread. I hope you guys can still help.

Also, does anybody know where I would be able to get quality Horny Goat Weed standardized at 60% Icariin? I live in Canada.

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

It looks like you’re suggesting all the tests that I should undergo. Thanks for the feedback Max.

However, I don’t have health insurance right now and will not be able to afford paying for those tests personally.

What can I do in the meantime? I also have a girl who needs to be loved. What suggestions do you have?

I was thinking beginning sexual activities with her say maybe twice a week with the help of a herbal ED supplement. Any suggestions are welcome.

I’ve never tried this supplement but Aspire36 is suppose to be about the strongest thing you can get ahold of without prescription. Search the Web its still available.

    get the testing done

    for the rest:

aspire36 isn’t available in it’s old form anymore as far as i know

i have two bottles left i haven’t used one in more than half a year to a year now but then again my tool works good now

you can go generic cialis/viagra/levitra route

libidus is a good one, it’s disguised levitra i tried it and loved it, might try it in future for fun again

i believe and read higher power sexual surge is also a product spiked with viagra or something and should work

rize2 is also spiked with some viagra analogue and will work as well

i would just go generic route for time being it’s cheaper, or you can buy liquicialis from ag-guys.com

    some ideas

other: 5 mg yohimbine about one and half hour before sex works great

then get your testing done to see what really is going on.. i went this route myself too helping myself with bandaids for some time, it was fun though

You can not put a price tag on your health because with out health you can not have happiness or wealth

Here is how I handle no insurance clients

if you consult with me and if in USA

    1) genova cortisol test – 119

    2) ZRT testosterone, estrodial, t3 and t4 blood spot.

    This is all I require.

Like Pimp just mentioned, Aspire has changed it’s formula due to pressure from the FDA. It’s not as powerful as before. Thanks for the input though.

Thanks for all the input Pimp. You have been very helpful. I was just wondering about the generic Viagra/Cialis/Levitra options. Don’t those drugs need prescriptions?

I googled generic Cialis online and discovered online pharmacies that don’t require prescriptions. Are these sites legit? Are you able to recommend any that I would be able to trust?

If I can’t get the generics without a prescription, which drug out of the ones you mentioned would be the best option? I went to ag-guys.com and noticed that the LiquiCialis “may be harmful if ingested”. How are you supposed to administer the drug then?

Lastly, congratulations that you finally got over this ordeal. Have you posted the details of your recovery on the “Success Stories” thread? If not, I would love to know how you did it. I don’t want to use these temporary solutions, but since I am in a relationship, I wanted to give my girl at least SOME sex…and good sex for that.

Again, I know I am asking a lot of questions, but I am new to all of this and am just overwhelmed with the bad news. I’m glad there are people like you willing to offer advise.

Okay, I live in Canada. Are you able to administer the tests from Canada or at least recommend some Canadian labs that are able to do this?

Also, what are the absolutely necessary tests that one needs to diagnose sexual exhaustion? I mean Max listed about 15 tests or so? Which ones can you not go without?

Finally, does US$119 cover both tests you listed?

Thanks again for your input. I appreciate any insight you might have to offer on this issue.

you would need a prescription yes, but some sites you can get them without

i unfortunately don’t know a site, but maybe on some other forums you can check out which site is legit

harmful if ingested is a warning they have to put on every item i believe since they sell this stuff as a research chemical, but actually it’s just a liquid version of a real drug.. i know this site is legit

recommendation on bodybuilding.com product sexual surge read a lot of good things about it you can use it in the meanwhile

success stories i am finished, but am planning consult with hardasnails to tune myself up.. i like my numbers higher on the bloodtests and hope he can help me

I know not many of you like to rely on your doctors medicine, but I found going on a mild anti-depressant drug has increased my ability to last longer during sex. If you eat well whilst taking them then you will find they will be more effective. I am currently taking 10mg of Citalopram. Optimal dose is usually 40mg-60mg but I have found this very low dose to be effective with my diet. Lower you refined carb and sugar intake, increase your protein intake and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Switch to brown grainy bread and avoid pasta, rice and potatoes. If you like rice and pasta have them brown and eat small portions. New potatoes are the best option if you must have them because they are less startchy/carby.

Prescription anti-depressants are just a quick fix and should not be taken long term because if you are on them for several years they can start to cause erection problems. When you come off them then hopefully the diet changes will have made long term difference anyway. Its always good to take a high potentcy vitamin B complex too, with atleast 50mg of each B vitamin. This will aslo increase the effectiveness of your drugs and have long term benefits.

I found most of the info in this book, which I really recommend:
