    Alright guys, I am close to healed, but I just can’t seem to get morning erections, and hard spontaneous erections. I have had lots of sex in the last couple days, and my erection is very weak at this moment.

    Therefore, I have decided that I’m going to go full out on boosting acetylcholine (after I’m done my testosterone stack). I have tried boosting it before, but I don’t know how effective it was. If this doesn’t help me, I know it’s not acetylcholine that is causing my problem.

    my other tribulus worked in the beginning now it doesn’t work anymore, i suspect it’s some garbage chinese tribulus with little to no active stuff in it, which will work in the beginning and then wears off

    1. What is it and where does it come from?

    ZMA is a scientifically designed anabolic mineral formula. It contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate plus Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6, and is an all-natural product that has been clinically proven to significantly increase anabolic hormone levels and muscle strength in trained athletes.

    Specifically, Brilla reported that “a group of competitive NCAA football players who took ZMA nightly during an eight-week spring training program had 2.5 times greater muscle strength gains than a placebo group. (250% better results!) Pre and post leg strength measurements were made using a Biodex isokinetic dynamometer.” The strength of the ZMA group increased by 11.6% compared to only a 4.6% increase in the placebo group.

    Basically, this means that if you went up 10 pounds on your bench press in eight weeks without ZMA, you WOULD have went up 25 pounds in that same period if you had been taking ZMA.

    Brilla further explained, “The muscle strength increases may have been mediated by the anabolic hormone increases in the ZMA group. The ZMA group had 30% increases in free and total testosterone levels compared to 10 percent decreases in the placebo group… The ZMA group also had a slight increase in insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels compared to a 20 percent decrease in the placebo group. This study shows that anabolic hormone and muscle strength increases can be induced in already strength-trained athletes by using a novel zinc-magnesium preparation.”

    Many other studies have shown the same results! No wonder bodybuilders around the world are seeing better gains than ever before. No question about it, ZMA has the scientific research and real-world anecdotal evidence to launch it to a level previously held only by creatine. And the NFL has taken notice!

    Another benefit is better sleep. ZMA should be taken 30 – 60 minutes before bed. Most people notice they can fall asleep deeper and then sleep more deeply. Don’t be surprised if you start having very vivid dreams while taking ZMA!

    3. Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency?

    Any bodybuilder looking to gain strength, increase athletic performance, and muscle mass should consider taking ZMA.     OK, I’ve used ZMA tons, it isn’t that great, unless your deficient in those minerals/vitamins. I didn’t find it’s worth it.

    I’ve been healing for about 2 years.

    My testosterone stack is Rebound Reloaded and ActivaTe. I hope it works. Oh and don’t even bother with tribulus. It’s terrible.

    There are times where my erection becomes very weak, even if I haven’t had sex in a while, but there are times where it’s very strong, even during sex. It’s strange…



    I know for a fact that the bioelectric level in my parasympathetic nervous system is too low to support my erection sometimes. I know that testosterone and DHEA recharge your parasympathetic sexual nerve, but it’s very hard for me to kick-start it.

    I hope taking my testosterone stack along with my acetylcholine-boosting supplements will heal me.

    Also, does anybody expereince anxiety-type symtoms? Such as sweaty palms, faster heart rate etc. This must be serotonin, and GABA… Again.



    I did a little reading on ZMA and it says it also can reduce estradoil levels in men (estrogens) anyone notice this effect?



    ok weird to hear that although there might be a couple exceptions

    ive heard only good stuff about zma actually, better sleep (better recovery)

    the next thing i know i have morning erections again

    its said u can use this product indefinitely, no need to cycle it, which i don’t

    tribulus has very good effects for me when i first start using it again after a long time

    however that wears out quickly, the only two products i heard great reviews about are tribestan and tribosten

    of which tribosten i will be getting tomorrow/day after tomorrow

    anyway for me zma is working wonders



    occassionally i will get a fast heart rate which suggests that i still have deficiency in serotonin.

    ZMA isn’t really necessarily. the magnesium acts as a sedative and makes you sleep if you take it before bedtime and the zinc can actually enlarge your prostate if you have too much testosterone.

    after 7 weeks of this fish oil/borage oil and loosing some weight my erection has improved by 25% and curvature by 15%. most of the body pains are gone.



    You’re wrong , I have many bottles of ZMA here. Does me about as much good as the 109 other supplements.

    , I am really interested in boosting my acetylcholine. Will taking all those choline products better someone, or worsten them? I belive if u make this resume, it can REALLY boost the acetylcholine levels. And everything else will fall in place. I tried s supplement plan since Late May. I ejaculated only once in 3 weeks. (with a couple of slipups) I feel the exact same today, and its August 3rd. And what makes it worst, i got oral sex today, and came quicker than ever. acetylcholine levels are important for me.     , are you still capable of acheiving orgasms? Don’t overlook serotonin deficiency => dopamine deficiency => excess prolactin although acetylcholine is also very important

    YEs I am able to achieve orgasms……., i would love if u would print the foods that would boost the alctylcholine levels. ALso i go by 1200 Alpha GPC

    2000-3000 Borage oil

    2 tea spoons of fish oil

    4 craniyums

    and 1000 alctel l cartine

    Im not going to ejaculate until I recieve spontaneous erections, or feel EXTREMLY better. Also I will eat high Alctylcholine prone foods, drink 5 glasses of milk, and to continue to take my fish/borage oil and craniyums to eliminate ejcaulating too fast. , as far as the Choline supplement, i will take whatever ones that you reccomend in terms of REALLY boosting my levels of atcylcholine besides alpha gpc and l cartine. Oh yea, i will also eat organic fruits and veggies.



    you should really try to find local raw goat milk from a farmer near where you live, regular pasturizd cows milk is extremely bad for you and i cant imagine that will help the healing process at all..

    Alright, first off, I drink organic cow’s milk. Itdoesn’t contain all the chemicals and toxins. =)

    Now, as for boosting acetylcholine… For me, if my testosterone stack doesn’t work, this is the plan I’m going to follow:

    1500 mg Alpha GPC Per day.

    500 mg of CDP Choline per day.

    1500 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine per day.

    3000 mg of fish oil per day (fish oil contains DHA).

    GNC Mega Men Multivitamin.

    I will also be drinking my milk, and eating eggs often.

    If this regime doesn’t work for you, you obviously don’t have a problem with acetylcholine. =)
