    Hello everybody,

    I have masturbated since very young age and especially to porn. When I was younger, my only symptoms were tiredness after masturbating and lasting till the next day. In my teens I started getting dryness in my eyes, I was very tired at morning, occasional loss of concentration etc. These symptoms worsened by time with muscle tiredness and loss of concentration. I used to be quite good at maths but by the time I finished high school I had memory loss and had trouble concentrating on thinking deeply, like calculations.

    I discovered this forum some time ago and it’s helped me a lot in discovering what causes my symptoms. I had my compulsory military service last year (lasted 6 months) and that was the best thing that’s happened to me relating to my problem. I woke up at 6 am every morning, had physical excercise and I didn’t masturbate for weeks. I noticed significant changes in my energy leves, my self-confidence rocketed, I wasn’t as tired and when I masturbated I had a great erection.

    Even though the military sucked otherwise, I’m really glad I went there. But now 3 months after my symptoms are coming back. I’ve never had impotence, but my penis isn’t always fully inflated when I get an erection. It’s kind of flat. Thanks to reading this forum I’ve found out that what’s causing my bad mood, sensitiveness to light, bad erection and libido, severe lack of concentration and loss of memory atm. is nocturnal ejaculation. Sometimes I see a sex dream and get a full ejaculation, but otherwise it’s like I’m leaking semen at night. Taking naps seems to be even worse.

    So now I need advice on how to get rid of this problem. I know physical excercise helps a lot as one summer maybe 3 years ago I played a lot of soccer by myself and got a lot better. I’ve taken some supplements such as E-EPA fish oil, vitamin pills containing vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, zinc copper, crome etc. in one pill. However I’ve never really noticed any difference with taking supplements, hell I even ordered dr. Lin’s products once and paid over 100€’s of them with taxes and shipping for nothing. I think I should still keep taking supplements, but what supplements do I need and what kind of excercise I should have? I know aerobic excercise is best and I’ll start jogging, walking and biking once it gets a bit warmer outside.

    BTW I forgot to mention I turn 21 this year.
