    Going to be starting one month of abstinence today… Yesterday ejaculated twice once having sex and then in the evening watched porn.

    Am very determined to keep an entire month this time around, my best to date is only about 10 days unfortunately.

    Currently am suffering from weak erections, low libido and lack of morning erections most of the time.. Ive tried in the past to kick the habit but to no avail..My hope is that posting my progress here will motivate me further and help me see some real progress!

    Other symptoms ive noticed is hair loss, some weight loss over the past year and half, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty focusing on work. Ive noticed that after about a week of abstaining I the concentration and focus comes back as well as a major boost in energy levels.

    Im going to work on diet and exercise as well, i already exercise fairly often but im going to try some yoga as well as meditation, to complement weights and cardio.

    I’m very much in the same boat as you. I can abstain for a while and immediately feel the benefits but then ‘act out’ and binge and undo all the effort that was put in.

    Max rightly suggests to cut masturbation down to once a week, but my problem is that I can’t seem to keep even to that. It’s like the old drink analogy: one is too many, and a thousand is never enough.
