    Hey guys I’m new to this website. I’m happy I was finally able to find a group of people that have similar symptoms to mine. I’m going to tell my story i really hope someone could help.

    It all started when I was 18 yrs old. I woke up one morning and my flaccid penis shrunk almost 80%. The shrinkage happen over night there were absolutely no symptoms before the incident. Although my flaccid penis shrunk I was still able to have sex and achieve a normal sized erection (it was just a little bit harder to get an erection but I was able to). 3 months later i developed unilateral gynecomastia which went away quickly when treated with tamoxifen. Through out the years my symptoms started to get worse. I noticed that in the flaccid state I began to shrink even more and my penis was shortening and thinning. My libido has also gotten much worse. Its been 7 years since the incident and it continues to get worse. I can no longer get an hard enough erection unless I use cialis. I’ve been to over 20 doctors urologist/endos and they are all useless. They all tell me I’m normal and send me home with Cialis. I’m only 25 years old i don’t want to use cialis for the rest of my life. I’ve tried many things but haven’t found anything that seems to work. I just recently started a organic low card high fat diet and started doing crossfit/HIIT 2-3 times a week. I’ve been doing this for about a month now and hope it will help.

    I’m almost 100% positive my problem is hormone related (ED and low Libido)

    – Low free testosterone / high SHBG imbalance
    – possibly low DHT (I’m 25 years old and can’t grow a beard)
    – prostate issues (sometimes i get a uncomfortable feeling in the prostate area)
    – toxicity from environmental endocrine disruptors

    Things I noticed throughout the years

    – when I ate chicken/beef my erections got worse (now i only eat organic)
    – accumulated fat in the breast and abdominal area (I’m 6’2 200 pounds with thin legs and arms but a fat abdominal area)
    – when I ran to much for example played basketball or soccer i couldn’t get an erection for 3 days after (felt like my body needed to recover)
    – lower back pain
    – anxiety that got worse through out the years (breathing issues)
    – difficulty peeing (sometimes have trouble getting the flow going)

    Last month I went to my endo and he told me I was slightly hypo (Hashimoto’s). I’m currently on 50mg of thyroxine

    Free Testosterone – 11.1 pg/mL (9.3 – 26.5)

    LH – 6.0 mIU/mL (1.7 – 8.6)
    FSH – 0.8 mIU/mL LOW (1.5 – 12.4)

    Cortisol – 15.3 ug/dL morning (6.2 – 19.4)
    Vitamin D – 40 ng/mL (30 – 100)

    Androstenedione – 66 ng/dL (44 – 186)
    Estradiol – 25.4 pg/mL (7.6 – 42.6)
    DHEA – 146 ng/dL (31 – 701)
    SHBG – 47 nmol/L (16.5 – 55.9)
    Estrone – 49 pg/mL (12 – 72)
    Progesterone – 1.2 ng/mL (0.2 – 1.4)
    Growth Hormone – <0.1 ng/mL (0.0 – 10.0)

    Last time i got DHT tested was 2 years ago

    DHT – 268 pg/mL (106 – 719)

    Sorry for the long post. If anyone has any advice or input please let me know. I’ll do anything to get better. I’m getting my DHT level testes this week so i will keep it posted. Thank you!
