    i actually stopped masturbating for a long period(may be 3 months) but nothing changed and my brain remained dull and my memory remained weak

    i also had night emission..but every time it happens,when i wake up i feel like ive masturbated and my condition gets worse so i feel that quitting masturbation doesnt make any change

    This is just my opinion but if your erections and your libido are still intact then your not really in a sexually exhausted state you just need to incorporate vitamins and minerals into your diet to help out the nervous system. You should be fine.

    I didn’t mean to scare anybody but if you get to the point where you have a pronounced drop in libido and having trouble sleeping this is not good at all. You don’t want to end up puting a strain on the nervous system cause you will eventually end up with muscle tremors, for me I’ve had this for about 6 or 7 months now and its not fully went away yet. I know this is extremely hard to do when addicted to porn and masturbation but its best to stop till you get that really lethargic sleepy feeling back. If you can’t or don’t have the ability to yawn or have that natural hey its time for bed feeling then your brain is not releasing GABA like its suppose to. If you get sufficient Gaba release around bed time then your on the path to healing. Everybody is different so it might take a couple months of abstinance to let the brain chemistry settle back down, it won’t happen in just a week or two atleast it hasn’t for me but since I’ve cut down my sleep has been alot better.

    trouble sleeping is a good indicator something is wrong

    probably high cortisol at night due to much worrying.. do you feel rested after sleep? if not also indicator.. not dreaming? also indicator

    then you’re not releasing growth hormone and might be low on vitamin b6 and magnesium

    you start worrying due to stress, you deplete serotonin and cortisol, and your adrenals cope up and start to release cortisol at night (high cortisol)

    Having restless nights can also be related to GABA and Serotonin deficiency. Lots of chicken, turkey, beans, fish, cheese and eggs will help boost serotonin and lots of complex carbs like wheats, porridge oats, brown rice, multigrain breads, nuts (almonds especially!) and seeds will boost GABA. Others that will help are Vitamin A known as beta-carotene found in sweet potatoes and carrots, plus magnesium and selenium found in seeds. You could get cod liver oil instead of fish oil and you will have a dose of vitamin A and D for other added benefits.

    Depends what steps you are taking. Abstaining will do you no good without ample nutrition and life changes. Your body requires vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fats. Be positive and relax more. The more your body is relaxed and positive, the better it will function and the faster you will heal. Stress and/or negative attitude will only slow you down. Aim for 8 hours sleep a night, eliminate stress wherever possible, have a massage, meditate and do concious breathing techniques whenever possible.

    Its certianly better than fizzy drinks or alchol as it is far more nutritious and contains vitamin C and glutamic acid, both essential in healing. Anything full of goodness is worth consuming. Look for a juice that is 100% pure, ideally not from concentrate if possible. If not possible then orange juice from concentrate is fine so long as its not got any additives.
