so you dont believe in “overmasturbation”? so like most doctors, you believe that masturbation is healthy and cant cause any harm to ones body? also do you believe that penis curvature is due to masturbating too much…or do you believe that all penises are different shapes and that the curvature is natural? There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program hereSeptember 26, 2013 at 12:24 pm #9927
the only way i believe masturbating can cause harm is if done multi times in a day, but thats freaking common sense.
if you pick your nose all day your going to start have problems…
i think masturbating in non abusive ways is completly healthy and normal.
i think dr.lin did a bit to much brain washing here………
but each to there own, this is just my opinion……
i been masturbating 3-4x a week and im healing extremely well here….
anyways it doesnt matter if it exist or not. the most important issue is getting as much blood work done as possible, keeping masturbating to 2-3x a week,
this is what is healing me and i think its the answer.
if you decide not todo blood work than its going to an uphill battle.
but each person has todo whats best for them
i have found the best thing for me. good luck allSeptember 26, 2013 at 12:24 pm #9930
Believe what you want to believe.
I know over-masturbation has caused these problems I have today and I’m only 19.
I’m glad I stumbled upon Dr Lin’s website when I did (around 16), and started to try and implement his advice since then (with great struggle as I still haven’t recovered); I started masturbating since I was 8 when I couldn’t even ejaculate semen.
However it scares me to think that if I hadn’t gained the knowledge I did (had internet access and found his website), then I may always be thinking it “could be” masturbation, but it “can’t be” and continued until it got worse and worse.
I’ve taken responsibility for what I’ve done and if I fail to recover, then in the end its my fault, because I haven’t put in the right amount of effort.September 26, 2013 at 12:24 pm #9933
its hard to say, but every single expert and doctor i have talked to in the last 5 years of my healing not 1 said masturbating is the root cause. only dr. lin
and i have talked to some hormonal experts in 5 years, some of the worlds best doctors…
if its the cause 99% of men would be impotent right now!
the meso board and anabolic minds is way beyond dr. lins information…
dr. lins information and products did nothing for me..
as soon as i started taking advice from a few of the experts on the other forums, WOW everything started to take off!
but it doesnt matter if its the cause or not
the cause is a hormonal/chemical imbalance. even dr.lin said one should get a blood test and a urine for neurotransmitters.
i believe everyone get gain back there viality with proper supplements and drugs in some cases.September 26, 2013 at 12:25 pm #9939
If u are that horny that you need to masturbate every day then it is not a problem.
We should get rid of the forcing and not use porn to make us feel better when depressed.September 26, 2013 at 12:26 pm #9942
Max you may have talked to experts, but if you ever read into the medical industry, it is one of the biggest money making businesses today, they make billions a year. You’ll find lots on information out there, but I’ll post these 2:
Modern Health Care System is the Leading Cause of Death
Heres a saying I made up that simply explains it all:
“Why give people the cure when you can prolong them on medicine.”
Now I’m not saying all medicines are bad, some of them are useful. However most just cure the symptoms and not the cures.
Also when you said “if its the cause [masturbation] 99% of men would be impotent right now!”, well its said 40% of men suffer from PE, thats a large percentage.
Anyway I’m not going to argue because you have your beliefs, I have mine, and everyone else has theirs. I wish you the best of luck and may the best man win, muwha a race!September 26, 2013 at 12:26 pm #9945
ED, and moreso PE, is a very common problem for men these days.
As far as Dr Lin is concerned, there is a measure of truth in what he says. The way that he presents himself perhaps makes most people question the info on his website. The anal breathing method is very good, especially for our PC muscles are fried from all those over-masturbation sessions.
anyhow I do believe it has a nutritional, hormonal and psychological issue.September 26, 2013 at 12:27 pm #9950
just because it isn’t written or studied anywhere science doesn’t make it not a a real cause…this site was set up for people that had one thing in common…they lost their sex drives…the majority have claimed to have over-masturbated…others like me took drugs and lost it…just 10-15 years ago porn was not prevalent on the internet today and people weren’t staying inside as much…just 10-15 years ago people did not know where to turn when a symptom came up and believed everything their doctor said…the internet is revealing things that are new everyday that would never have been discovered or have been believable and just b/c it is on the internet does not make it true but it does raise an eyebrow when forum sites keep popping up with people having a bit of the same problem with testimonials that seem convincing…there are also no studies in scientific journals that say certain psychiatric drugs or other type drugs cause long term impotence but obviously they do when websites are setup about them too and i am willing to say it caused me to lose my sex drive to a large degree when i started one drug in particular and never regained it back to baseline. But who am i going to believe a doctor telling me it is in my head or common sense where others who took the drug got the same damn problem….September 26, 2013 at 12:27 pm #9954
I would think that jerking off for hours at a time, 5 times a day could possibly be bad for a person. Personally, I did it 2-3 a week, less than 20 minutes.
However, the porn industry runs in the billions. That means millions of guys look at porn, probably regularly. I know that everyone here is looking for similar situations to get to the bottom of it, but I feel that there are more factors.
Impotence is rising? I wasn’t aware, considering that this board only has 300 members. But if it is, this doesn’t mean porn is the cause. Let’s face it: people eat as though they are garbage cans. Anything and everything other than what we are supposed to eat.
Then there’s the medications that f*cked me over, and probably tons more guys who are not aware. I wouldn’t doubt that 80% of the people on this board took one of the following drugs at one point in their life.
Here’s a list of drugs that can cause impotence, as taken from Men’s Health (note that they leave out a bunch):

SSRIs can certainly cause such conditions but not everybody here has used them.
regarding the American medical system, and despite the problems it suffers from, i think its better off than most others- just my humble opinion-September 26, 2013 at 12:29 pm #9963
Improper breathing( surface breathing ) and lack of true relaxing ( excessive stress, negative emotions ) is also common cause of health problems.
Stopping wanking every day at least gives you time to figure out what the hell is going on if the problems are not caused by over-masturbation. I now agree with many that relatively healthy men should be able to masturbate/ejaculate quite often without their healths falling apart.
I can not exactly say what caused my problems since I´ve made so many modifications on my lifestyle on recent years.
The difference is that I don’t let the life take toll on my body like I never masturbate if I do not feel right etc.
I used to feel anxious and have all these symptoms after ejaculation but gradually I have got rid of them all by not doing masturbating when not feeling right and also practicing all these health methods and approaches which are discussed in many topics.
Most importantly people should find what works for them and avoid things which clearly makes them feel worse.
I agree that medical toxins and drugs are very dangerous, they do not take care of the actual causes ( they may even cause more damage or drainage to the body ). Doctors are unable to figure out what caused all your problems and how to get rid of them all. Some doctors are helpful though, but these are very minority of all docs. Doctors where I live are laughable, they tell its all in your head and prescribe mind drugs in very short time. Or they will try to find some man-made disease from the body which actually is an imbalance caused by something else, then the person goes through all these treatments and drugs but never actually heals completely.September 26, 2013 at 12:29 pm #9965
everything disease is rising, including impotence..
cause ? Lack of minerals in the body/soil, environmental toxins, etc.
technically if your getting the proper nutrition you should be able to jerk off 4x a day and be completely normal, as long as you keep your body replenished with minerals..
the more ejaculate the more minerals you lose, eventually you start losing vital minerals, Zinc, Magnesium are the main ones, then after that your body starts getting all messed up and the hormones become unbalanced…
i read an article i think it was on web MD or something they stated ejaculating 3x a week is healthy or every 3rd day, they said if you start doing it more than that it could cause problems…
I think most drugs are completely toxic, but i find a few to be very benefical, mostly the “Hormones or steriods” HRT for example is amazing.
Raven, we had sex last night actually.
we been messing around like everynight, im like a horny 15 year old.
i havent been this excited in the last 5 years.September 26, 2013 at 12:30 pm #9968
Welcome to the club mate heheheSeptember 26, 2013 at 12:30 pm #9971
I didn’t took any medication or drug when I became impotent. But like I said, genetic weakeness is also a factor.September 26, 2013 at 12:31 pm #9977
because it makes perfect sense..
the man’s work is BRILLIANT.
ejaculating = loss of minerals = unbalanced hormones / neurotransmitters.September 26, 2013 at 12:31 pm #9980
Max moody. A change of heart I see.September 26, 2013 at 12:31 pm #9981
okay that was indeed his original point..
do you have a study to backup that when we ejaculate we really lose this much stuff? i was lookin for it but couldnt find it on google although i heard about it
but from this you can also conclude : take in more minerals and lower ejaculation frequency -> balance back in hormones WITHOUT stuff like armour / hydrocortison or whatever
what do you think about this?
what is your take on supplementing with enough minerals?
currently i am reading a book from my g/f’s mother which is about burnout, she is recovering from this with a natural doctor and herbs and shit.. and the book mentions taking in stuff to supplement for lost vitamins/minerals through a greens drink.. what do you think about this?September 26, 2013 at 12:32 pm #9983
I think the excessive masturbation/ejaculation/porn/drugs/etc.
drain and stress more of the nervous system and all these glands.
The nervous system and vital energy to the glands can not be as easily recharged like eating one good meal.
The foods will transform to usable stuff and semen etc. if the bodies energy is strong and there is no imbalance, disease or over-burdened nervous system ( lack of relaxing ).
The digestion must be good too.September 26, 2013 at 12:33 pm #9997
yep people with high l-histidine can suffer from a greater degree of PE.September 26, 2013 at 12:34 pm #10003
but i thought about taking it
sam-e supposed to be really good for the liver and anti depression, you could try it, be careful with dosage and start low
l-methionine is what i tought would help, but i never could find it as a separate unit here around town.. by the time i tried the ring and the issue was solved
perhaps ill try it again next spring if i get PE again but i don’t think so
btw.. have read some stuff about hypo/hyperthyroid people having more trouble with erection strengthSeptember 26, 2013 at 12:35 pm #10009
Good stuff. I took my temperature just now and it’s 36.7 this is higher than any day before i have measured.
I took a shower and ate but that was about two hours ago.
36.7 is within the 36.6-36.8 range.
Might be the Raw Thyroid!
Tomorrow I will evaluate Reset AD on its own and how it affects mood on two pills. I will also try to take temps throughout the day.
Might add in the thyroid later again.September 26, 2013 at 12:36 pm #10013
Believe it or not, but Dr. Lin’s products are actually recommended on the AskMen.com website:
Guess there’s a least some credibility
