i have been doing some reading and have read the recovery success too……but all i get from it is that you need a lot of money and resources to get your life back and to be serious living in india i dont even know if i can get all those thing that many people have suggested…..all i get here is cod liver oil……..where does one get borage oil……..many other cases like this……….how does one get the stuff guys………….HAS ANYONE RECOVERED BY A SIMPLER WAY????????????????

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

Like i said your probably fucked. Rather be honest. and also all the success stories are not success stories I dont know where you got that idea. Non of those people really healed anything.

Your not gonna heal yourself by just taking oils and herbs. you have to diet.

Get some bloodwork done. Get your parents to take you to the doctor. Right now its best you eat foods that help with testosterone production.(Nuts, Bananas, Broccoli and ect.)

You can just google foods that help with testosterone production.

And recovery isn’t complicated although i will drain you emotionally. If recovery wasn’t possible then this site wouldn’t even be up. even if there wasn’t i for some reason would still be trying to fix it, i’m too damn motivated to give up on this shit. Rushil i dont know about you but i’m working on getting recovered as soon as i can. Your no longer a kid and you need to man up and take care of business. if you keep bugging your parents enough they will take you to a doctor.

Rushil you can still get access to supplements even if you live in India. Just go to http://www.iherb.com and order the supplements that you need to take. They make deliveries all over the world.

You’re gonna have to work and save up for quite a while, like the rest of us are doing.

US labs send hormone and neurotransmitter tests all around the world, so that shouldn’t be a problem. But you may have trouble finding a local doctor to prescribe HCG or thyroid medication or whatever you need.. so you’ll probably have to move to a different part of india to get it. Do what you gotta do.

Herbs, supplements are not going to fix your problems and yes there are no real success stories yet and yes this is very hard to fix and your in for a long run , i live in the US and still dont have a solution for my problems been to the best doctors for years now and god knows how long more i got left until i get some releif, my point is people who live in the US with the resources are not even getting all the help they need you living in india and if its true what you say then your in for a longg run , you need to figure it out man i dont know what to tell you.

akiravp if I remember correctly you have consulted with Dr.Mariano right? I am surprised that you are still not seeing improvements. What problems do you have exactly?

There are 3 “success ” stories that I know of. Iv spoken to all of them personally through pms and they all had SE/POIS and are completly symptom free. Not sure if you have seen me post that before but its my number one driving force when I get depressed or pessimistic knowing that 3 guys have beat this before.

They took the fix all hormonal problems, and fix all neurotransmitters to recover. Essentially what im tryin to do just still have while to go.

When I first posted my story on musclechat with all my results I had a guy DEX09 answer some of my initial posts. He said he had very similar results in the hormone dept, as well similar neurotransmitter results.

We got to talking through PMS and he said he had all the symptoms of SE/POIS.

He investigated his adrenals, thyroid, androgens and neurotransmitters. Found himself lacking in all departments so he fixed the issues and his symtpoms for the most part disapeared.

His sotry was so similar to yuhus I thought it was him at first but he was like nope not him. So great for us just another example of the proper route to follow.

and ya im sure he also stopped watching porn and jerkin off as much . but thats not enough.

The truth is the people who are seeing full recovery are people who are mildly exausted , for sever cases like myself its not so easy….

No way dude…the guy YUHU had ridicolous symptoms. Much worse then mine at least. Dono what yours are like but even after he balanced everythign he spent months doing vacum cupping and other methods to heal his PE.

He had all the symptoms of SE. the whole 20 point list. From eyefloaters to frequent urination to PE to ED. All that is gone now. if thats not serious case then I dono what is.

All I have to say is you guys aren’t going anywhere with your current attitude. Unless your willing to let go of all the misery of SE and PE and all the horrible stuff that your experiencing and move on with your life, your probably not going to make much progress. The thing is, you’re never going to be “recovered”, just improved. And everyone here has the potential to make great improvements that will increase overall life quality and make way for a “normal” life. The mere idea of us being sexually exhausted is probably the biggest impediment for recovery because it creates hopelessness, depression, anxiety, and other negative responses. This is the natural reaction for a life-threatening situation, but in order to combat this one we must act counter-intuitively. Stop freaking out and searching for some magic solution and just chill the F*ck out because it doesn’t exist, and furthermore it stops the natural recovery process that is built into our bodies. Sleep is when most of the recovery happens, and quality of sleep makes a huge difference. Doing deep breathing and other forms of meditative exercises or activities is also very beneficial. You guys know the all the other stuff (diet, nutrition, cutting out excessive porn/masturbation, etc.). Diet is important, but is useless without a good mindset and quality sleep. It’s like putting a ton of gasoline in a car and having most of it leak out; it’s mostly useless unless the leak is fixed, just as the nutrients we get from our food are useless unless our bodies are able to use them while we are sleeping.

Another way to think about all this is that porn/masturbation drained our chi (life force most simply said), and any other kind of stressor does the same. In order to restore chi, one must relax, breathe, and sleep. I highly suggest going to yoga, it is great exercise and do a great job teaching about this kind of stuff. They’re essentially aimed towards recovery and are all about all the same kind of stuff you guys are looking for. Sorry to those who are too severely damaged to get any results without artificial means and good luck to the rest.

And for what it’s worth, I had pretty severe symptoms and felt as hopeless as a lot of people on this forum not so long ago, but now consider myself fairly recovered.

, did you use any supplements, HRT/TRT at all to recover? and how severe was your condition?
