    I really need some good info on this. Every day i eat red meat in the afternoon and a decent amount of it, along with some rice i get MASSIVE longlasting energy throughout the day, instead of say a couple sandwiches.

    Don’t know if it takes more energy to burn and that the body can have a more stable bloodsugar or whatever..

    I also feel this is better for wood in the evening.

    I heard some stuff about certain people with certain genes and bloodtypes need different types of food to feel good. Anyone got any experiences with this and have some good info in general on this subject?

    I have read alot about nutrition,and yes,a high protein meal can stabilize the blood sugar so you dont get that peak and crash effect that you would get eating a donut or something like that.
