Sexual Reboot: Stop… The Easy Way is now available to buy. Only $27, which is a steal.
Post your feedback in here.
Original Post: The site has been running for a few years now and I’ve just moved everything over to a new domain name (sexualreboot.com) to coincide with a new direction that the site is taking and the launch of a comprehensive guide on recovery. The full name is: Sexual Reboot: Stop Porn Addiction, Chronic Masturbation, Porn-induced Erectile Dysfunction and Sexual Exhaustion the EASY WAY. Quite a mouthful, right?
The short version is simply: Stop… the Easy Way.
It will be available for everyone very soon but in the meantime I am giving free copies to the first ten people that respond to this thread. There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program hereMay 14, 2014 at 2:30 pm #126854
I’m in for a free copy! just send you an email.
Thanks!May 14, 2014 at 2:34 pm #126856
Hey Steve, I just sent you the link.
I forgot to mention before but for everyone that gets a free copy the only thing I want from you is a review of the book. I want to have some testimonials that I can put on the landing page.
You can just post your reviews straight in this thread.May 14, 2014 at 2:38 pm #126857
I got it and just had a quick look. I will write a review when I’ve finished. When do you need the review by? When is the book released for everyone else?May 14, 2014 at 2:39 pm #126859
So you plan on selling the book soon. why not jst give it for free? Why makemoney out of it?May 14, 2014 at 3:23 pm #126861
I’m not releasing it for 2-3 months from now. I want those that have the free copies to be able to go through the process and recover with the help of the course and then write a review, so you have plenty of time.
I’ll email all reviewers in a few months to remind you.
nofap, you only need to spend 5 minutes online to see that tens of thousands of people are struggling and failing to beat these problems effectively, even with all of this free information available, which tells me that there’s a need for a comprehensive guide. This site and forum has a ton of free info that works but I know that there’s many people out there that don’t want to spend hours and hours everyday sifting through websites and forum threads to research their condition and recovery, and for those people I have done all of the hard work for them. Besides, it’s not just an instructional guide (a free instructional guide is already available on this site here). With Stop…The Easy Way you won’t need to use any willpower to fight porn/masturbation addiction because of the subtle reframing techniques you can utilize in order to shift your perspective, as well as the reflective exercises so that you can truly understand what drives you and avoid falling into this trap again.
Considering the time and research that went into Stop… the Easy Way, it is well worth the cost but I will let the reviews speak for themselves.
nofap, you can have a free copy if you’re willing to review it.May 14, 2014 at 3:27 pm #126862

Please send me a free copy. If you don’t need any willpower to fight this thing then that’s amazing but I just can’t believe that’s possible.
I’m happy to write a review for it.
Just emailed you.May 14, 2014 at 5:48 pm #126868

Stinge, Glucose, check your inbox.
As for your point, Stinge, what is willpower?
Willpower – control deliberately exerted to do something or to restrain one’s own impulses.
Why would you need to use willpower to fight this when your desire to avoid porn far exceeds your desire to watch it?
It’s all a matter of perspective and it’s my hope that Stop… The Easy Way helps people achieve the right perspective for tackling this problem.May 14, 2014 at 5:58 pm #126872

My review: I had been trying to recover on and off for almost 1 year now, so I really wanted this book to be good. It did not disappoint. I was able to understand the addiction and the mindgames we play with ourselves which made things much easier. The Porn trigger replacements is a great technique and I noticed a huge difference when I changed my focus (Sexual desire sublimation).
The book is enjoyable. Over 70 pages. Not huge, but it includes everything you need to know and the way it’s written took a lot of pressure off me.
I finished the book and simply did not look at porn. By June I had started masturbating every now and then, but without porn and without any chaser feeling afterwards. My sex drive is back and I’m feeling GREAT!
All in all I highly recommend. Thanks JohnAugust 29, 2014 at 8:42 am #127036
Stop the Easy Way is actually hilarious in places. I didn’t expect it. The tone is playful at times but that doesn’t take away from how informative it is. I totally agree with the approach, it makes complete sense to try and understand why you are self-medicating (using porn as an escape) before you stop porn cold turkey, otherwise you have a load of new problems that you don’t know how to deal with.
I read it through twice before I started my sexual reboot and it went great. I didn’t look at porn and I think I came away from the book actually hating porn. I did masturbate a few times early on but it didn’t effect my recovery (and the book actually says that it’s not a problem).
5 StarsAugust 29, 2014 at 8:48 am #127037
It’s not what I thought it would be. It’s not a step by step guide and I see a lot of effort went into it. I admit that it did make my reboot a lot easier and I feel confident that I won’t relapse.
I think the Porn Triggers section could be expanded because that’s a very important section.
The book is all about focus and some NLP-type things about associations, but that’s just in the style that it’s written. There’s no weird exercises to do. You don’t have to stand in front of a mirror and chant anything stupid 🙂
Great book – helped me – but would like some parts to be biggerAugust 29, 2014 at 8:53 am #127038
Review: Back in May I had already failed several times and I was feeling depressed. I didn’t believe that a book could help me. I just felt like a weak person. The only thing that gave me hope was the tagline “No Willpower Necessary”, which makes me the perfect candidate.
The book flows effortlessly. Covers all the main points. There’s some good strategies and it helped me see some of the mistakes I was making in the way I thought about recovery and porn and my life.
Great book 5/5August 29, 2014 at 8:58 am #127039
===== Stop… The Easy Way Book Review =====
The feeling to look at porn didn’t magically disappear when I finished the book, but I interpreted the feeling in a different way, which made it easy to resist. After a week I had no problems at all and knew I could complete my sexual reboot without relapsing. I think that’s called the Moment of Revelation 😉
It’s about 15 weeks later and I’m feeling awesome. I can’t believe it and I’m so happy that I’m free. Thank you very much!!August 29, 2014 at 11:09 am #127044
