    how important is sleep? last night I only had about 4 hours of sleep and I dont feel the best right now…but I’m more worried about whats going on on the inside. does getting lack of sleep like this really put a hamper on testosterone levels and sexual function?

    sleep is the most important… since your body does most of its repairing between 11pm – 1am…

    its best to get to bed before 10pm…

    in fact poor sleep can lower testosterone levels up to 30%!!



    So are you telling me that the time of day one sleeps is more important than the amount of time one sleeps?



    Try to get a good night rest as much as possible. 8-9 hours seems ideal for most people. before 12 would be best since your in college.
