you guys think its alright to take a bunch of different supps on empty stomach before sleep?

Last night before bed I took 1 primrose oil, 1 sublingual 5htp, NAC, 1 calcium tablet, 1 magnesium tablet, and 1 SAMe.. all on empty stomach.. woke up today my stomach wasn’t feeling right.. I got a feeling I’m poisoning my stomach lining or something by doing this.

There’s not much I can do about this.. cuz I can’t carry a box of supplements everywhere I go.. so I take em when I can..

but is this bad for stomach lining or no?

There is another way that you can stop porn addiction, chronic masturbation and recover your sexual health without fighting it with willpower. With the right mindset you won't even relapse. You can learn more about the recovery program here

dude I would not worry about this shit at all. I mean I know theres alot of shit online saying to many supps at one time is bad or take them with food but iv learned to ignore all that.

I swear to god I take up to 20 pills at a time sometime……sometimes empty stomach sometimes not shit does not matter. I mean I might just have a resiliant stomach or something but i wouldnt worry about it.

lol I always take all my pills before going to bed at the same time, sometimes on an empty stomach. no troubles here.

I don’t think it’s a good idea. The first time I tried water fasting, I used supplements alongside it. I got puke in my throat every time

I think one of the pills did react with the other causing this problem

Some times i do take a Calcium:Magnesium pill before going into sleep with 2 grams of aminos and I havent notice anything bad till now …

but when ever i take a big dose of oil ( fish oil or olive , sesame) before sleeping

i notice burining in my stomach….when i wake up

so try to neglect the promise oil on an empty stomach…thats what i think

the primrose oil on an empty stomach does nothing to disturb me, and it shouldn’t it’s not offsetting the pH balance, try taking it all again, could have been a coincidence.
